24、生的性格,掌握學(xué)生的心理和生理發(fā)展規(guī)律,以便采用新的有效的培養(yǎng)方式和選取恰如其分的培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容。教師要關(guān)心學(xué)生,不要歧視學(xué)生。如教師不喜歡班內(nèi)一些“調(diào)皮生”,同學(xué)看不起,他們自己也常常背著自卑的包袱,這些不良個性心理的發(fā)展,應(yīng)引起教育者的關(guān)注。教師要善于捕捉他們心靈深處的閃光點(diǎn),適時地加以啟發(fā)誘導(dǎo),以促進(jìn)其轉(zhuǎn)變。體育教學(xué)中有這樣一件事,有下午的一堂體操課中,突然天降大雨,學(xué)生們紛紛跑向避雨處,奇怪的是“調(diào)皮生”沒走,冒著雨收拾著海綿墊子,并主動要求和教師把墊子搬回器材室。這件事雖小卻閃爍著集體主義的思想火花,體現(xiàn)了關(guān)心集體,愛護(hù)公物的高尚品格。教師抓住這個有利契機(jī),及時的在班內(nèi)鼓勵表揚(yáng)了這個學(xué)生,
