11、 with was that there were too many members to make best use of the team. So I plan to streamline the organization with a decrease in both members and departments, but the inevitable ramification of that was not every department minister support it.Then here are my actions: Firstly I held a meeting t

12、o expound the necessity of the plan and promotion of efficiency that can bring to our team; secondly I deal with the problem of cutting department ministers by helping them establish an totally new association which was independent from student union; the last step was to reduce the number of new me
