Introduction v本節(jié)實(shí)訓(xùn)是用CIF方式成交以及用L/C付款方式的 外貿(mào)進(jìn)口案例, 信函內(nèi)容填空，并根據(jù)信函信息 填寫(xiě)合約和單據(jù)。信函內(nèi)容涵蓋了建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系、 詢盤(pán)、報(bào)盤(pán)、還盤(pán)、交易的達(dá)成；涉及到的合約 或單據(jù)有購(gòu)貨確認(rèn)書(shū)、貿(mào)易進(jìn)口付匯核銷(xiāo)單（代 申報(bào)單）、中華人民共和國(guó)出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局入 境貨物報(bào)檢單、中華人民共和國(guó)海關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)單等.由 于本實(shí)訓(xùn)是L/C的進(jìn)口案例，所以還出現(xiàn)了不可撤 銷(xiāo)信用證申請(qǐng)書(shū)。要求學(xué)生將信函內(nèi)容填空，并 根據(jù)信函信息填寫(xiě)合約和單據(jù)。 Practice 2. Questions v In this case, if the seller didnt take out insurance and the goods under the contract reached the port of destination without any accident fortunately, but the settlement was rejected when the seller presented the relevant documents to the negotiating bank. Why? v 本案中，如賣(mài)方考慮到海面風(fēng)平浪靜，估計(jì)不會(huì)發(fā)生什么意外，就沒(méi) 有辦理保險(xiǎn)，載貨船舶起航后也很快平安抵達(dá)目的港。而賣(mài)方通過(guò)銀 行向買(mǎi)方提示單據(jù)要求付款時(shí)，遭到買(mǎi)方拒付，為什么？ v 答案提示：本案交易雙方采用CIF術(shù)語(yǔ)成交，根據(jù)國(guó)際貿(mào)易慣例，賣(mài) 方的基本義務(wù)之一就是自負(fù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和費(fèi)用辦理從裝運(yùn)港到目的港的海運(yùn) 貨物保險(xiǎn)，而賣(mài)方實(shí)際沒(méi)有辦理貨運(yùn)保險(xiǎn)，顯然構(gòu)成重大違約.另外， CIF屬于象征性交貨方式，即賣(mài)方憑單交貨，買(mǎi)房憑單付款，也就是 說(shuō)，衡量賣(mài)方完成義務(wù)與否的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
