Party B shall finish the manufacturing of Standard Magnetic CompassGLC-1and effect shipment within the date both parties agree on, excluding the occurrence of uncontrolla ble or unforese

8、eable events;7零件及原料的損耗率： 加工時(shí)零件及原料損耗率為 ，其損耗率由甲方免費(fèi)供應(yīng)，如損耗率超過(guò) ，應(yīng)由乙方補(bǔ)充加工所需之零件和原料 ;7. Attrition Rate of Parts and MaterialsAttrition rate of parts and materials in processing is %and shall be providedby Party A for free. In case attrition rate exceeds %, Party B shall supplementthe additional parts and ma

9、terials required for processing;8若甲方誤運(yùn)原料及零件，或因大意而將原料及零件超運(yùn)，乙方應(yīng)將超運(yùn)部分退回，其費(fèi)用 由甲方承擔(dān)，若遇有短缺，應(yīng)由甲方補(bǔ)充；8. In case the shipment of parts and materials by Party A is wrong or in excess, Party B shall return the excessive portion at Party Asexpenses. In case of short shipment, Party A shall make up the shortage;9

10、甲方提供加工 GLC1 型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)磁羅經(jīng)的零件及原料，乙方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按規(guī)定的設(shè)計(jì)加工，不得變 更；9. Parts and materials provided by Party A for Standard Magnetic CompassesGLC-1shall be manufactured by Party B in strict accordance with design without modification;10技術(shù)服務(wù)：甲方同意乙方隨時(shí)提出派遣技術(shù)人員到 的要求，協(xié)助培訓(xùn)乙方的技術(shù)人員，并允許所派技術(shù)人員留在乙方檢驗(yàn)成品。為此，乙方同意支付每人日薪 美元，其他一切費(fèi)用(包括來(lái)回旅費(fèi)

Technical Service: Party A agrees to send technicians to to help trainingParty Bstechnicians at the request of Party Bat any time, and allows the technicians sent by Party A to remain with Party B for inspection of the finished products. 13、ped by Party Ato the foreign purchasers appointed by Party A at any time;13其他條件 (1)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)磁羅經(jīng)的商標(biāo)應(yīng)由甲方提供，若出現(xiàn)法律糾紛，甲方應(yīng)負(fù)完全責(zé)任：(2) 若必要時(shí)乙方在或購(gòu)買(mǎi)加工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)磁羅經(jīng)的零件及原料，其品質(zhì)必須符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并事先需甲方核準(zhǔn)。(3) 為促進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)，乙方應(yīng)儲(chǔ)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)磁羅經(jīng)樣品，隨時(shí)可寄往甲方所指定的國(guó)外買(mǎi)主，所 需的零件和原料，由甲方所運(yùn)來(lái)的零件及原料地報(bào)銷(xiāo)。13. Other Terms and Conditions:(1) Party A shall provide the trademark o

14、f Standard Magnetic Compassesand shall be held fully responsible for legal disputes if any;(2) The quality of parts and materials purchased by Party Bin or for processing Standard Magnetic Compasses,if necessary, shall be in conformity with the standard and approved by Party A in advance;(3) For promotion of export, Party B shall prepare and store samples of Standard Magneti c Compassesand send them to foreign purchasers appointed by Party A.
