2、下，不利于幼兒園事業(yè)的長足發(fā)展。隨著社會的發(fā)展，信息社會的建立，幼兒園開始沖破傳統(tǒng)管理模式，使用信息系統(tǒng)對幼兒園進行管理，將會大幅提高管理的效率，便捷與安全，給幼兒園的教學與管理工作的諸方面帶來新的革命。因此，迫切需要一套好的幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)來滿足這種要求。系統(tǒng)采用c/s結(jié)構，由客戶端捕捉動作和消息，將業(yè)務進行處理后，訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫（進行數(shù)據(jù)的各種查詢、填加、刪除、檢索等操作），最后將結(jié)果返回給客戶端。delphi是開發(fā)信息管理等系統(tǒng)所使用的重要軟件開發(fā)工具。它提供了一個完整的數(shù)據(jù)庫應用程序開發(fā)環(huán)境和數(shù)據(jù)庫應用程序的模型框架，因此，幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)采用優(yōu)秀的開發(fā)工具delphi和它自帶的數(shù)據(jù)庫完成。系

3、統(tǒng)的功能包括：學籍管理；收費退費；考勤管理；休學復課；學生調(diào)班；教師工資測算及發(fā)放；幼兒園經(jīng)營情況，也就是財務核算等；兒童食譜制定，營養(yǎng)搭配等；用戶管理，也就是登陸界面和用戶添加刪除界面等。幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)可以幫助幼兒園管理人員對幼兒園中大量的、動態(tài)的、錯綜復雜的數(shù)據(jù)和信息進行及時、準確的分析和處理，最大限度地降 低處理信息的勞動強度，使幼兒園的管理手段和管理水平產(chǎn)生質(zhì)的飛躍。它不僅可以簡化、規(guī)范幼兒園的日常操作，而且降低了幼兒園的成本 ，提高了管理的效率和質(zhì)量。另外，幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)大大提高了家園共育的水平，可以提高幼兒園的知名度和檔次，密切家園聯(lián)系，共同為孩子創(chuàng)造一個良好的成長環(huán)境。二、文獻綜

4、述（國內(nèi)外相關研究現(xiàn)況和發(fā)展趨向）計算機在管理中的應用開始于1954年，當時美國首先用計算機處理工資單。40多年來，計算機在處理管理信息方面發(fā)展迅速。例如，60年代美國計算機在管理中應用項目不到300項，到了1975年達到2670項。而現(xiàn)在，美國在財務會計上90%的工作由計算機完成；物資管理中80100%的信息處理由計算機完成；計劃管理中是8090%。據(jù)計算機應用方面發(fā)展較快的國家統(tǒng)計，計算機用于經(jīng)濟管理的約占80%；用于科技運算的占8%；用于生產(chǎn)過程控制的占12%。由此可見，計算機在管理中的作用舉足輕重。管理信息系統(tǒng)（management information system，簡稱mis）是

5、為實現(xiàn)信息的管理和利用，對信息進行系統(tǒng)、綜合處理，并輔助各級管理人員進行管理決策的信息處理系統(tǒng)。它的出現(xiàn)使原本分散的、難于統(tǒng)一的信息匯總到一起，達到了數(shù)據(jù)共享和一致，對提高工作效率做出巨大貢獻。管理信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展 管理信息系統(tǒng)通過對企業(yè)當前運行的數(shù)據(jù)進行處理來獲得有關信息，以控制企業(yè)的行為；利用過去和現(xiàn)在的數(shù)據(jù)及相應的模型，對未來的發(fā)展進行預測；能從全局目標出發(fā)，對企業(yè)的管理決策活動予以輔助。從工業(yè)發(fā)達國家來看，管理信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了以下幾個階段： 第一階段：（1953年至1965年）單項數(shù)據(jù)處理階段，也稱電子數(shù)據(jù)處理（edp）階段。這是電子計算機在管理領域應用的起步階段。這一階段，由于當時

6、計算機硬、軟件的限制，數(shù)據(jù)處理的性質(zhì)只是使用計算機代替人的手工勞動，進行簡單的單項數(shù)據(jù)處理工作，如計算工資、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、報表登記、編制計劃等。這個階段的處理方式主要是集中式的批處理。 第二階段：（1965年至1970年）綜合數(shù)據(jù)處理階段，也稱事務處理系統(tǒng)（tps）階段。這個階段計算機硬、軟件有了很大的發(fā)展，出現(xiàn)了多用戶的分時系統(tǒng)，計算機開始應用于對某一個管理子系統(tǒng)的控制，并具有一定的反饋功能。如庫存管理系統(tǒng)、生產(chǎn)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)、物資管理系統(tǒng)等。這個階段的處理方式已發(fā)展為面向終端的聯(lián)機實時處理。第三階段：（1970年至今）管理信息系統(tǒng)（mis）階段。這個階段是在企業(yè)中全面的使用計算機把各種管理子系統(tǒng)的功

7、能集中起來，構成了計算機化的全方位的信息系統(tǒng)，即現(xiàn)代管理信息系統(tǒng)。這個階段的處理方式是在數(shù)據(jù)庫和網(wǎng)絡基礎上組成分布式處理系統(tǒng)。它的特點是使用數(shù)據(jù)庫和分時處理的計算機網(wǎng)絡，并充分利用運籌學等數(shù)學方法，實現(xiàn)了硬件、軟件和數(shù)據(jù)資源的共享。 國外信息化進程比我國早二十幾年，因此早在十幾年前就出現(xiàn)了許多優(yōu)秀管理系統(tǒng)，并且國外一般具有較大規(guī)模的穩(wěn)定的技術隊伍來提供服務與技術支持?？v觀這些系統(tǒng)主要有以下幾個特點：1先進性：2通用性：3方便性。國內(nèi)信息化建設相對起步較晚，在全國范圍內(nèi)推廣計算機在管理中的應用是在70年代末開始的。雖然經(jīng)過努力形成了一定規(guī)模的信息化建設體系，但由于整體信息化程度相對落后，經(jīng)費短缺

8、，理論體系不健全等原因，國內(nèi)軟件開發(fā)水平與國外有一定的差距?？v觀目前國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀，在安全性和信息更新化方面存在有一定的不足，各現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)資料單獨建立，共享性差；在以管理者為主體的方式中，信息取舍依賴管理者對于信息的認知與喜好，較不容易掌握用戶真正的需求，也因此無法完全滿足用戶的需求。因此開發(fā)出非常優(yōu)秀的管理系統(tǒng)還有不少困難。幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)是針對幼兒園的大量業(yè)務處理工作而開發(fā)的管理軟件，是典型的管理信息系統(tǒng)。它是一個幼兒園不可缺少的部分,它的內(nèi)容對于幼兒園的決策者和管理者來說都至關重要,它能夠為用戶提供充足的信息和快捷的查詢手段。傳統(tǒng)模式下利用人工進行幼兒園信息管理，存在著較多的缺點，如：工作繁雜

9、、工作量大、錯誤率高，效率底，保密性差，時間一長將產(chǎn)生大量的文件和數(shù)據(jù)，更不便于查找，更新，維護等。隨著科學技術的不斷提高,計算機科學日漸成熟, 使用日趨成熟的計算機技術來代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的人工模式，來實現(xiàn)幼兒園信息的現(xiàn)代化管理，具有著手工管理所無法比擬的優(yōu)點.例如:檢索迅速、查找方便、易修改、可靠性高、存儲量大、數(shù)據(jù)處理快捷、保密性好、壽命長、成本低、便于打印等。這些優(yōu)點能夠極大地提高幼兒園信息管理的效率,也是幼兒園的科學化、正規(guī)化管理,與世界接軌的重要條件。用計算機制作的幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)還可以通過功能強大的internet網(wǎng)及時的向?qū)W生的家長傳遞該生在幼兒園的最新成績，有助于學校與家長的信息互動，為

10、更好地把握幼兒園的教育方針起到了一定的促進作用！因此，開發(fā)這樣一款功能強大，操作簡單，具有人性化的幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)成為很有必要的事情。 知識經(jīng)濟時代正向我們走來，信息化，已成為社會發(fā)展的時代特征。幼兒園管理已初步告別過去陳舊、出錯率高的時代，取而代之的是智能、方便、存儲量大的幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)，傳統(tǒng)的幼兒園管理朝數(shù)字化、無紙化、智能化、綜合化的方向發(fā)展。計算機技術、通信技術和現(xiàn)代信息技術的迅猛發(fā)展，管理科學、行為科學和系統(tǒng)科學等相關學科的不斷發(fā)展，為幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)提供了堅實的理論和技術基礎。我們堅信幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)的明天將是更加地燦爛美好，更加地智能、以人為本。三、擬采取的研究方法（方案、技術路

11、線等）和實現(xiàn)的可行性論證擬采取的研究方法1.設計平臺：delphi 本系統(tǒng)采用面向?qū)ο蟮能浖_發(fā)方法。delphi是一門真正的面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)工具，并且完全可視化，具有強大的數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)能力。它的編程語言簡潔明快、組件功能強大和編程環(huán)境靈活方便。采用delphi來開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)庫應用程序具有更大的靈活性和可擴展性。 了為便于編程人員創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫應用程序，delphi數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)環(huán)境中提供了一個可以為各種數(shù)據(jù)庫進行操作的軟件數(shù)據(jù)庫桌面(database desktop,簡稱desktop)。通過數(shù)據(jù)庫桌面desktop可進行創(chuàng)建、瀏覽、編輯和刪除數(shù)據(jù)表的操作。2.數(shù)據(jù)庫：paradox paradox 數(shù)據(jù)庫

12、是boland在delphi下利用bde進行操作的桌面數(shù)據(jù)庫。paradox數(shù)據(jù)庫本身以獨立的表存在的，一個表就可以看成是一個庫，或者也可以說是一個文件夾就是一個庫，文件夾里的 paradox 數(shù)據(jù)表就是該庫的各個表。 paradox 數(shù)據(jù)表的擴展名是db，此外還有一些其他的文件類型，作為數(shù)據(jù)表的輔助，但用ado對其進行處理時，使用*.db的文件就已經(jīng)足夠。 paradox 是一種關系數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)工具，能匯集各種信息以供查詢、存儲和檢索。 它多用于中小型企業(yè)來設計中小型數(shù)據(jù)庫，一般的信息管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫用 paradox 來設計完全能達到要求。它有簡單、易學易用的優(yōu)點。3.數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問技術：bde

14、性論證1.技術可行性 系統(tǒng)是采用delphi 作為開發(fā)工具的， 它作為一種典型的數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)工具，具有界面友好、工具豐富、速度較快等優(yōu)點，并在數(shù)據(jù)庫操作與管理、可視化開發(fā)環(huán)境、面向?qū)ο蟪绦蛟O計等方面具有很強的功能，本人已經(jīng)系統(tǒng)深入地學習過這門課程，為系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)提供了技術可行性。 2.經(jīng)濟可行性 幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)是一個小型的管理系統(tǒng)， 在開發(fā)時需要軟件開發(fā)人員花費一定的時間和精力，因此需要一定的資金。但它給幼兒園管理帶來的好處是不可估量的，節(jié)省了許多人力，物力上的開支，使幼兒園管理工作變繁為簡，使其更加合理化、規(guī)范化。工作效率的提高就意為著整體水平的提高，是非常值得投資的。 3.操作可行性 系
