1、新目標英語八年級下Unit 5 If you go to the party, you will have a great time!Section A 1a-2cDeng Qiongzhi一、 學情分析:作為八年級的學生,首次接觸if引導的條件狀語從句,在接受上會有一些難度,這就要求教師在引入的時候要多從學生的角度思考。根據(jù)“Talk about consequences”這個語言目標,鼓勵學生展開想象,對某一條件下產(chǎn)生的結果實行大膽的判斷。二、 單元分析:本單元通過“Talk about consequences” 來學習if 引導的條件狀語從句,掌握用be going to 來表示將來的
2、時態(tài),準確使用情態(tài)動詞should。從學生熟悉的party 出發(fā)到對于未來職業(yè)選擇的探討,鼓勵學生做出自己的決定,并對這個決定所帶來的結果實行討論和評判。該話題貼近學生生活,鼓勵學生對未來的生活展開豐富的想象。其中,對于生活中重要內(nèi)容的探討和為慈善活動尋找金點子設計海報等不失為德育教育的好素材。本單元的核心語言項目是“Im going to dance with Ann. If you do, youll have a great time. Are you going to the party? You should wear your cool pants”,主要話題是“Decision
3、making”。Section A 中用”If you do, you will You should”句型及對話來談論學生熟悉的party,使學生在完成任務的同時學習語言,并培養(yǎng)學生樹立準確的人生觀。三、 本課時設計思路及理論依據(jù): 這是一堂聽說課。首先通過設置為班上一個學生過生日,你準備去參加她的生日聚會的情景,導入新課If you go to the party, you will have a great time! 然后使用多媒體表現(xiàn)和介紹聽力中涉及的生詞jeans, letin, organize等,并設置一些情景導入新句型“ If you do, you will do”。從而直
4、接過渡到語法歸納:if條件狀語從句,主句用一般將來時,從句用一般現(xiàn)在時。在此基礎上用聽力形式鞏固語法。再結合課文插圖以Pair work操練語法。然后通過兩個任務實行語言的產(chǎn)出活動,學以致用。最后以Chant突出和歸納本課重點句型“ If you do, you will do”。使學生在輕松愉快的氣氛中學得新知。四、 教學目標1、 語言技能目標(1) 能用if 引導的條件狀語從句來作出假設,用will 來談論結果,如:If you do, youll be late.(2) 能用“You should ”給出建議,如: You should wear cool pants.(3) 能用“I
5、think Im going to ”來表達作出的決定,如:I think Im going to the party with Karen and Ann.2、 語言知識目標(1) 準確使用if 引導的條件狀語從句,如:If you do, you will have a great time.(2) 準確使用表示將來時態(tài)的句型,如:Im going to wear my new jeans.Are you going to the party? Yes, I am.(3) 使用what對if引導的句子所產(chǎn)生的結果實行提問,如:What will happen if they have a
6、party tonight?(4) 準確使用情態(tài)動詞 should,如:You should wear your cool pants.3、 情感態(tài)度目標(1) 本單元 Section A 主要圍繞“ party ”展開話題,貼近學生實際生活,能夠提升他們的學習興趣,用英語來表達自己的意愿;(2) 參與“charity event”的金點子活動海報設計,培養(yǎng)學生的愛心;(3) 參與對人生重大事件的討論,協(xié)助學生樹立準確的人生觀。4、 文化意識目標了解國外學生在開 party 時應遵守的規(guī)則,同時和國內(nèi)的規(guī)則實行比較,了解中西方文化之間的差異。五、 教學重點和難點1、 教學重點(1) 重點單詞:
