3、s me to motivate and inspire those students who embrace the same passion on this field to chase their dreams。 i cannot agree more on the statement that psychology is a science as well as an art。 especially, exploring the myths of human cognition is like exploring the universe, complicated and full o

4、f attractive mysteries。 the questions about human cognition and language processing are some of my early curiosities that initiated my interest in psychology. now those initial curiosities have grown into a passion that convince me that only by developing myself into a psychologist will it be possib

5、le for me to explore the underlying mysteries behind those questions。i reach this decision not only by the passion but also after careful and comprehensive considerations。 i compared the experiences of research， internship of human resources management and all other kinds of jobs including teaching

6、and i found research the most favorite。 i enjoy the time when i am sitting and reading papers quietly， when i am communicating with others exchanging our ideas and when i am thinking on the things i am fascinated the most。 i also like thinking and exploring things that i dont know。 furthermore， my p

7、ersonality is suitable for being a professor。 i understand that it takes a long journey to realize this goal。 to be a professor， i need to spend years and years digging deep into this field and acquiring enormous knowledge， which is not only a challenge of intelligence, but also a challenge of perse

8、verance。 through being a research assistant in various laboratories， i had abundant opportunities to communicate with phds and mphil students。 therefore, i know that to obtain these diplomas， there will be countless obstacles on the way。 from getting an idea about a research to publishing a paper, t

9、here are hesitation， gloominess anxiety and even frustration. however， because i like this subject, i will maintain a lasting passion on it. since i was a kid， i have formed the characteristic of insistence. i would push myself to reach every goal i ever made. this characteristic will support me to
