9、ucceed. Ernas father will set out with her in a small boat. Mr Hart has trained his daughter for years. Tomorrow he will be watching her anxiously as she swims the long distance to England. Erna intends to take short rests every two hours. She will have something to drink but she will not eat any so

The most unusual car was a Benz which had only three wheels. Built in 1885, it was the oldest car taking part. After a great many loud explosions, the race began.
26、Many of the cars broke down on the course and some drivers spent more time under their cars than in them ! A few cars, however, completed the race. The winning car reached a speed of forty miles an hour-much faster than any of its rivals. It sped downhill at the end of the race and its driver had a
27、lot of trouble trying to stop it. The race gave everyone a great deal of pleasure. It was very different from modern car races but no less exciting. After a time, we noticed a snake-charmer with two large baskets at the other side of the square, so we went to have a look at him. 32、baskets. When he began to play a tune, we had our first glimpse of the snake. It rose out of the basket and began to follow the movements of the pipe. We were very much surprised when the snake charmer suddenly began to play jazz tunes and modern pop songs. The snake, however, continued to dance slo
33、wly. It obviously could not tell the difference between Indian music and jazz!Lesson43 Over the South Pole 飛越南極In 1929, three years after his flight over the North Pole, the American explorer, R. E. Byrd, successfully flew over the South Pole for the first time. Though, at first, Byrd and his men we
34、re able to take a great many photographs of the mountains that lay below, they soon ran into serious trouble. At one point, it seemed certain that their plane would crash. It could only get over the mountains if it rose to 10,000 feet. Byrd at once ordered his men to throw out two heavy food sacks.
35、The plane was then able to rise and it cleared the mountains by 400 feet. Byrd now knew that he would be able to reach the South Pole which was 300 miles away, for there were no more mountains in sight. The aircraft was able to fly over the endless white plains without difficulty. Lesson44 Through t
36、he forest 穿過森林Mrs Anne Sterling did not think of the risk she was taking when she ran through a forest after two men. They had rushed up to her while she was having a picnic at the edge of a forest with her children and tried to steal her handbag. In the struggle, the strap broke and, with the bag i
37、n their possession, both men started running through the trees. Mrs Sterling got so angry that she ran after them. She was soon out of breath, but she continued to run. When she caught up with them, she saw that they had sat down and were going through the contents of the bag, so she ran straight at
38、 them. The men got such a fright that they dropped the bag and ran away. The strap needs mending, said Mrs Sterling later, but they did not steal anything.Lesson45 A clear conscience 問心無愧The whole village soon learnt that a large sum of money had been lost. 39、s wallet while taking his savings to the post-office. Sam was sure that the wallet must have been found by one of the villagers, but it was not returned to him. Three months passed, and then one morning, Sam found his wallet outside his front door. It had been wrapped up in newspaper and it containe

Two months later, some more money was sent to Sam with another note: Only 25 per cent a thief now! In time, all Sams money was paid back in this way. The last note said: I am 100 per cent hones
41、t now!lesson46 Expensive and uncomfortable 既昂貴又受罪When a plane from London arrived at Sydney airport, workers began to unload a number of wooden boxes which contained clothing. No one could account for the fact that one of the boxes was extremely heavy. It suddenly occurred to one of the workers to o
42、pen up the box. He was astonished at what he found. A man was lying in the box on top of a pile of woollen goods. He was so surprised at being discovered that he did not even try to run away. After he was arrested, the man admitted hiding in the box before the plane left London. He had had a long an
43、d uncomfortable trip, for he had been confined to the wooden box for over ten hours. The man was ordered to pay &345 for the cost of the trip. 46、,根據(jù)集團公司現(xiàn)狀,特制定本方案。一、制定原則本方案本著公平、競爭、激勵、經(jīng)濟、合法的原則制定。1、公平:是薪酬體系的宗旨,員工只有在認為薪酬系統(tǒng)公平的前提下,才可能產(chǎn)生認同感和高滿意度,薪酬的激勵作用才可充分體現(xiàn)。2、競爭:公司想要獲得具有真正競爭力的優(yōu)秀人才,必須要有一套具有吸引力并在行業(yè)中具有競爭力的薪酬系統(tǒng)。3、激勵:應(yīng)通過薪酬體系來激勵員工的責(zé)任心和工作的積極性。4、經(jīng)濟:在考慮集團公司承受能力大小、利潤和合理積累的情況下,合理配置勞動力資源,過高過低都會給公司帶來負面影響。5、合法:方案建立在遵守國家相關(guān)政策、法律法規(guī)和集團公司管理制度基礎(chǔ)上。二、管理機構(gòu)成立薪酬管理委員會主任:總
47、裁副主任:執(zhí)行總裁成員:副總裁 監(jiān)事會主席 工會主席 事業(yè)部總經(jīng)理 運營總監(jiān) 財務(wù)總監(jiān) 人力資源部經(jīng)理本方案所指薪酬管理的最高機構(gòu)為薪酬管理委員會,日常薪酬管理由人力資源部負責(zé)。三、制定依據(jù) 本方案制定的依據(jù)是根據(jù)內(nèi)、外部勞動力市場狀況、地區(qū)及行業(yè)差異、員工崗位價值(對企業(yè)的影響、解決問題、責(zé)任范圍、監(jiān)督、知識經(jīng)驗、溝通、環(huán)境風(fēng)險等要素)及員工職業(yè)發(fā)展生涯等因素。(后附集團公司崗位評估辦法)四、崗位層級劃分1、集團公司的所有崗位分為兩類,一類為技術(shù)類;一類為除技術(shù)類的管理及其它所有崗位,其中技術(shù)崗位分為五個層級(分別為:一層級(A):教授級;二層級(B):高級;三層級(C):中級;四層級(D)
48、:助理級;五層級(E):員級);管理及其它所有崗位分為七個層級(分別為:一層級(A):總裁級;二層級(B):總監(jiān)級;三層級(C):部門經(jīng)理級;四層級(D):部門副經(jīng)理級層;五層級(E):部門主管級;六層級(F):專員級;七層級(G):員級); 2、每類崗位層級分別為六個級差(A1、A2、A6)。(具體見崗位各層級基本薪酬評估系數(shù)表12)3、按照集團公司崗位價值評估辦法,結(jié)合崗位說明書,采取自評、上級測評、薪酬管理委員會三方匯評的辦法,確定各崗位評估結(jié)果,并將評估結(jié)果(分數(shù))排列放入崗位層級表中。4、本方案中技術(shù)類崗位人員指現(xiàn)從事各類技術(shù)工作人員且具有技術(shù)類資格、職稱證書。(教授級、高級、中級、
49、助理級、員級或者從業(yè)資格證書)五、薪酬組成1、薪酬組成:崗位基本工資+崗位績效工資+職務(wù)消費+各類補貼。2、崗位基本工資、職務(wù)消費、各類補貼按月發(fā)放,崗位績效工資與考核結(jié)果掛鉤(具體參見績效考核手冊),非生產(chǎn)、營銷人員的績效工資按季度考核、兌現(xiàn),生產(chǎn)人員的績效工資按月考核、兌現(xiàn),副經(jīng)理以上人員(中級以上技術(shù)人員)按季考核、年底發(fā)放。3、對于新增設(shè)崗位,由薪酬委員會根據(jù)崗位價值評估確定薪酬層級及薪酬標準。六、崗位基本工資1、確定薪酬層級系數(shù)。根據(jù)崗位價值的分數(shù)計算出所有層級的相對系數(shù)。 2、確定薪酬基本單元值。根據(jù)薪酬層級系數(shù)及集團公司上年度薪酬水平、外部薪酬競爭性和內(nèi)部薪酬的激勵性確定層級薪酬
50、基本單元值(K),各個層級的K值不同,分別為有五層、七層A、B、C、D、E、F、G,各個層級的K值,為K1、K2K6。3、崗位基本工資的確定。薪酬層級系數(shù)薪酬基本單元值=本崗位薪酬標準(具體系數(shù)K值見附表) 七、崗位績效工資1、依據(jù)公司上年度經(jīng)濟效益來確定每一層級的績效工資。(后附表)2、每一層級的績效工資按考核結(jié)果分為杰出、優(yōu)秀、稱職、基本稱職、不稱職五個級別。具體內(nèi)容詳見績效考核手冊。八、職務(wù)消費1、 副經(jīng)理(中級技術(shù))以上人員都可享受職務(wù)消費。2、 職務(wù)消費包括:通訊費、交通費、差旅費、招待費、辦公費、其它費用。3、 依據(jù)各崗位的性質(zhì)及業(yè)務(wù)范圍來確定各崗位職務(wù)消費。九、補貼及福利1、司齡
51、補貼從員工進入本企業(yè)之日起計算,連續(xù)工齡每滿一年可得司齡工資20元/月。2、司齡工資實行累進計算,累計10年后不再增加。 3、為吸引特殊人才加盟公司,集團公司特設(shè)立特殊人才津貼。4、特殊人才津貼分為三檔,一檔為1000元/月以下,二檔為1000-4000元/月,三檔為4000元/月以上。津貼每月?lián)嵃l(fā)放。5、員工享受特殊人才津貼必須要經(jīng)集團公司執(zhí)行者總裁辦公會審批通過。6、工作地點與家庭所在地不在同一城市的員工享受月伙食補貼150元;各分子公司的伙食補貼可參照集團公司標準由各分子公司自行決定后,報集團公司執(zhí)行總裁辦公會審批通過。7、女工衛(wèi)生費為20元/月。8、需值班的特殊部門按實際考勤(每天1
52、人并規(guī)定值班時間)計算,值班工資標準按本人月基本工資計算。計算公式:日值班工資=日基本工資/8小時*日值班時間 9、年終效益獎金由執(zhí)行總裁辦公會確定。10、年度累計請假1個月的員工,不享受效益獎金。十、試用期薪酬1、公司新招聘員工試用期一般為三個月,特殊情況下最長可以延伸至六個月。2、試用期員工的薪酬為該崗位崗位工資標準的百分之八十;不享受公司提供的其它福利。3、新入職大學(xué)生試用期待遇,雙學(xué)位900元/月;大學(xué)本科800元/月;大學(xué)專科760元/月。十一、薪酬調(diào)整薪酬調(diào)整分為整體調(diào)整和個別調(diào)整。1、整體調(diào)整:指集團公司根據(jù)國家政策和物價水平等宏觀因素的變化、行業(yè)及地區(qū)競爭狀況、集團公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略
53、變化以及公司整體效益情況而進行的調(diào)整,包括薪酬水平調(diào)整和薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,調(diào)整幅度由董事會根據(jù)經(jīng)營狀況決定。2、個別調(diào)整:主要指薪酬級別的調(diào)整,分為定期調(diào)整與不定期調(diào)整。薪酬級別定期調(diào)整:指公司在年底根據(jù)年度績效考核結(jié)果對員工崗位工資進行的調(diào)整,詳細情況參見集團公司績效考核手冊。薪酬級別不定期調(diào)整:指公司在年中由于職務(wù)變動等原因?qū)T工薪酬進行的調(diào)整。3、 員工在相連的兩次績效考核之間的月份發(fā)生崗位變動,如在新崗位上工作時間超過兩個月,則以新崗位的績效考核結(jié)果作為本考核期的考核結(jié)果,否則,以原崗位績效考核結(jié)果作為本考核期考核結(jié)果。在考核期結(jié)束時依據(jù)考核結(jié)果補發(fā)績效工資余額。4、各崗位員工薪酬調(diào)整由薪
54、酬管理委員會審批,審批通過的調(diào)整方案和各項薪酬發(fā)放方案由人力資源部執(zhí)行。調(diào)整后的薪酬級別,從調(diào)整生效日所在月的月初計算。十二、薪酬的支付1、薪酬支付時間計算A、執(zhí)行月薪制的員工,日工資標準統(tǒng)一按30天計算。B、薪酬支付時間:當月工資為次月10日。2、下列各款項須直接從薪酬中扣除:A、員工工資個人所得稅;B、應(yīng)由員工個人繳納的社會保險費用;C、與公司訂有協(xié)議應(yīng)從個人工資中扣除的款項;D、法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的以及公司規(guī)章制度規(guī)定的應(yīng)從工資中扣除的款項(如罰款);E、司法、仲裁機構(gòu)判決、裁定中要求代扣的款項。3、工資計算期間中途聘用人員,當月工資的計算公式如下:4、各類假別薪酬支付標準A、產(chǎn)假:按本人月
55、基本工資(不含績效工資)的80%支付。B、探親假:工資按正常出勤支付。C、婚假:工資按正常出勤支付。D、護理假:(配偶分娩)工資按正常出勤支付。E、喪假:工資按正常出勤支付。F、公假:(參加各類考試)工資按正常出勤支付。G、哺乳假:享受社保部門支付的生育金,單位不再支付工資。H、工傷假:按勞動鑒定委員會結(jié)果執(zhí)行,公司不再另外支付工資。I、普通病假:月累計請病假二天內(nèi)不減發(fā)工資(包括基本工資和績效工資)。J、企業(yè)職工因患病或非因工負傷停止工作治病醫(yī)療期間(必須有市級以上醫(yī)院證明,若有不實,一經(jīng)查實取消其享受權(quán)利),根據(jù)本人實際參加工作年限和在本單位工作年限,原則上可給予三個月到二十四個月的醫(yī)療期
56、: (a)實際工作年限十年以下的,在本單位工作年限五年以下的為三個月;五年以上的為六個月。 (b)實際工作年限十年以上的,在本單位工作年限五年以下的為六個月;五年以上十年以下的為九個月;十年以上十五年以下的為十二個月;十五年以上二十年以下的為十八個月;二十年以上的為二十四個月。 (c)企業(yè)職工在醫(yī)療期內(nèi),其病假工資按以下標準執(zhí)行:(d)醫(yī)療期在三個月以下時,工資按當?shù)刈畹凸べY標準的100%發(fā)放;三個月以上六個月以下工資按當?shù)刈畹凸べY標準的90%發(fā)放;六個月以上十二個月以下工資按當?shù)刈畹凸べY標準的80%發(fā)放;十二個月以上二十四個月以下工資按當?shù)刈畹凸べY標準的60%發(fā)放;K、事假:月累計超出二天以
57、上按日減發(fā)崗位基本工資。針對集團公司中層以上管理人員實行不定時工作制,集團公司中層以上管理人員(包括中層管理人員)如因特殊情況確需請假者,經(jīng)執(zhí)行總裁批準,可按正常出勤對待。十三、員工有下列情形由員工本人向公司人力資源部門提出書面申請,經(jīng)批準后15天內(nèi)一次性結(jié)清工資。(一)依法解除或終止勞動合同時;(二)公司認可的其他事由。十四、 薪酬保密1、 人力資源部、集團財務(wù)及股份財務(wù)所有經(jīng)手工資信息的員工及管理人員必須保守薪酬秘密。非因工作需要,不得將員工的薪酬信息透漏給任何第三方或公司以外的任何人員。薪酬信息的傳遞必須通過正式渠道。 2、 有關(guān)薪酬的書面材料(包括各種有關(guān)財務(wù)憑證)必須加鎖管理。工作人員在離開辦公區(qū)域時,不得將相關(guān)保密材料堆放在桌面或容易泄露的地方。有關(guān)薪酬方面的電子文檔必須加密存儲,密碼不得轉(zhuǎn)交給他人。3、 員工需查核本人工資情況時,必須由人力資源部薪酬福利專員會同財務(wù)部門出納進行核查。4、 各事業(yè)部、分子公司管理人員的薪酬保密工作按以上辦法執(zhí)行,生產(chǎn)、銷售人員除外。5、公司執(zhí)行國家規(guī)定發(fā)放的福利補貼的標準應(yīng)不低于國家規(guī)定標準,并隨國家政策性調(diào)整而相應(yīng)調(diào)整。十五、本方案自發(fā)下之日起執(zhí)行。十六、本方案由人力資源部門負責(zé)解釋。附: 集團公司崗位評估辦法集團公司各崗位薪酬定位表各層級崗位基本薪酬評估系數(shù)表12各層級崗位年績效
