附錄附錄一Multi-disciplinaryhypothesizedprototypemodelingandsimulationtechnologyAuthor:PRCtechnicaldepartmentarticleorigin:MSC.SoftwareThisarticleembarkedfromthecurrentproductdesignprocesstothemulti-disciplinaryunionsimulationdemand,hasanalyzedtheproductcoordinationdesigntothesimulationtechnologythreelevelsfunctiondemands,anddrewoutcurrentlyrealizesthemulti-disciplinaryintegratedsimulationgeneralmethod.Themulti-disciplinaryunionsimulationneedstocontrol,theorganization,thefiniteelementandsoonthedifferentsimulationenvironmentintegrationandthedataexchange,MSC.Softwareprovidedmostsystematicandtheintegritymulti-disciplinarycoordinationsimulationdevelopmentenvironment,thisarticleindetailintroducedMSC.TheSoftwaremulti-disciplinaryhypothesizedprototypemodelingandthesimulationsolution,andhasproducedtheconcreteexample.1.multi-disciplinaryunionssimulationsdemandItiswellknown,themodernproductresearchanddevelopmentflowisthemulti-peopleteam,themulti-disciplinarydomaincoordinationdesignprocess.Inproductperformancehistory,regardlessofistheplanprincipledesign,thepartleveldetailedparameterspecificationdesign,allinvolvestomanydifferentsubsystemsandtherelateddisciplinedomain,thesesubsystemsallhavetheoneselfspecificfunctionandtheuniquedesignmethod,butbetweenvarioussubsystemsthenhasthecross-couplingfunction,composestheintegritytogetherthefunctionalsystem.Chart1themodernproductprocessinvolvesmanysubsystemsandtherelateddisciplinedomainHowdoestheeffectivecoordinatedeachsubsystemdesignteamswork,letbetweentheteamachieveinformationsharing,helpssupplyeachother,andguaranteesthesubsystemthedesignqualityandtheoverallperformance,therealizationproductdesigntrueintegrationharmoniouscooperationassimilation,thustheenhancementratedcapacity,savesthedesigncost,reducesthedevelopmentcycle,thisisanextremelyimportantquestion.Inordertoachievetheabovegoal,wemustsatisfyfollowingthreelevelsthedemand:First,hasvarioussubsystemsandvariousdisciplinesdomaineffectiveintegrationsimulationtool,thusguaranteesvarioussubsystemsthedesignstandardandthereliability:Chart2variousdisciplinesdomaindifferentdesigntoolSecond,canrealizebetweenvarioussimulationstoolseamlessintegrationandthedataexchange,realizesthemodelconformityundertheunificationoverheadconstruction;Third,inordertocancoordinateandmanageeachdesignteam,aswellasmassdatawhichproducesinthedesignprocess,realizationresourcesoptimizationdisposition,butalsomusthavethesimulationdataandtheflowmanagementplatform,realizesvariousdisciplinesdomaintruecoordinationtoimitate.2.multi-disciplinarycoordinationsimulationsgeneralrealizationmethodAtpresentmoregeneralandthepopularrealizationmulti-disciplinaryintegrationsimulationmethodmainlyincludesfollowingthreekinds:2.1unionssimulationstype(Co-Simulation)Theunionsimulationtypeisatpresentisgeneral,alsousesmostonedataexchangeway,itsdataexchangeprinciplelikechart3shows,betweentwodifferentsimulationstoolspassesTCP/WayrealizationdataexchangeandtransferandsoonTCP/IP.Chart3unionsimulation-likebasicprincipleAfterbetweentwodifferentsimulationstoolsthroughtheunionsimulationwayestablishmentconnection,onecontainsthemodelmaytheresultwhichcalculatesowntransmitasthesysteminputinstructionforthemodelwhichanotheroneestablishes,thiskindofinstructionincludingthestrength,themomentofforce,theactuationandsoonthetypicalsignal,lattermodeltheresponsequantitywhichproducesinunderthisinstructionfunction,likedisplacement,speed,accelerationandsoon,alsomayfeedbackgivesformerthemodel,likethis,themodelinformationandthesimulationdatamayintwobetweendirectionaltransmissions.Theunionsimulationwaymodelapplicationincludes:Polysomedynamicsandcontrolsystem(forexamplevehiclecontrol),structureandairoperatedload(forexampleaeronauticaldynamicsanalysis),andsoon.Thisisonekindiseasiesttoestablishandtherealizationintegratedsimulationway,hasverystronggeneral,butlimitsliesinprocessestherigidsystemwithdifficulty,takesmanytothesystemresources,certainsituationpossiblespeedstobeslow.2.2modelstransformationstype(ModelTransfer)Modeltransformation-likeprinciplelikechart4shows.Itsmainprincipleistransformstoolmodelforthespecificformcontainsthemodelinformationthedatafile,foranothertoolinmodeltransfer,thusrealizationinformationinteractive.Thetypicaldataformatlikeusedinjustshootingthecouplinganalysisthemodalityneutraldocument(*.mnf),containedinthisdocumentusesM,K,xtheresonanceoscillationmatrixrepresentationinformation;Usesinthecontrolmechanismintegrationsimulationaswellasothersimulationsdynamiclinkstorehousedocuments(*.dll),inthisdocumentcontainsusesthevariableexpressionthefunctioninformation.Chart4modeltransformation-likebasicprincipleThemodeltransformation-likemodelapplicationincludes:Thecontrol,thebatterysolutionandtheorganizationintegrationsimulation(forexampleairplanecontrolsurface),thefiniteelementandthepolysomeorganization(forexamplejustshotcouplingmechanicalsystem),andsoon.Thiswaycharacteristicliesinthesolutionspeedquickly,takesfewtothesystemresources,thestabilityisgood,afterandthemodelestablishmentisadvantageousfortherepetitionuse,butlimit
