眾多，既需要完成前臺的服務工作，還需要完成后臺的管理工作。如果沒有一套可靠的酒店管理系統(tǒng)，單憑手工操作，不僅效率低，而且會極大地影響到酒店的服務質(zhì)量。二酒店管理系統(tǒng)的分析和設計2.1需要解決的問題目前手工操作或采用舊管理系統(tǒng)的酒店在運營時存在如下幾個主要問題:1房間的預定功能不能或無法完全的實現(xiàn)，手工記錄或早期系統(tǒng)無法即時了解當天的房間使用狀況，無法判斷房間是否被重復預定，客人無法在到達酒店前隨時進行酒店預訂和房間信息的了解。 2賓客住宿時，操作員不能直接了解實際房價和房間使用情況；對于預定賓客無法做到有效的查詢、直接入住。 3收銀處不能快速的了解待結(jié)用戶的情況，無法有效的督促其進行費用的繳納；當用戶結(jié)賬時，對于其消費情況無法快速的查詢并清楚的顯示，容易出現(xiàn)費用糾紛，住房費用靠人工進行計算，容易出現(xiàn)差錯。4管理部門無法直接、快速查詢、統(tǒng)計客人實際消費情況，營業(yè)情況。5酒店經(jīng)理不能直接、及時了解客房開房情況，客人消費情況，酒店營業(yè)收入情況，沒有各種所需的數(shù)據(jù)分析。6由于人手操作的緣故，所有統(tǒng)計報表都由人手工計算和制作，不但效率低，容易差錯，更無法作大型復雜的統(tǒng)計，先進的管理模式無法在酒店應用，直接影響酒店管理水平的提高。7. 系統(tǒng)設計目標針對舊系統(tǒng)的主要問題，本系統(tǒng)提出的總目標是為酒店賓客提供迅速、高效、滿意的服務；最大程度的減少事務處理過程中的誤差；及時、準確地反映酒店的運作情況、經(jīng)營情況，從而提高酒店的服務質(zhì)量，獲得更好的經(jīng)濟效益。具體的目標包括：1賓客在線自助預定服務功能。2快速辦理客人入住
