英語詩歌選讀課程教學(xué)大綱課程編號:01130120 學(xué)分:2 學(xué)時:34(其中實(shí)踐學(xué)時:0) 授課學(xué)期:6 學(xué)期一、課程的性質(zhì)、地位、作用及與其他課程的聯(lián)系 本課程是英語專業(yè)本科高年級選修課之一,它以“英國文學(xué)史及選讀”和“美國文學(xué)史及選讀”為先修課程。想對英語詩歌進(jìn)行更深入的同學(xué)可以選修“英語詩歌選讀”。以英美詩歌發(fā)展史為線索,使學(xué)生掌握英國和美國詩歌的主要品種及其源流,重要詩歌流派及其理論,總體風(fēng)格和影響,重要詩人及其作品的風(fēng)格與成就;使學(xué)生了解英國詩歌的民族特性和美國詩歌的民族特性。通過學(xué)習(xí)詩歌體裁、格律、主題、意象、修辭等方面的基礎(chǔ)知識,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生欣賞英美詩歌能力,增加語言的輸入量,從而增加實(shí)際運(yùn)用語言的能力,為今后進(jìn)一步的語言學(xué)習(xí)和文學(xué)研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。使學(xué)生具有獨(dú)立研究簡單題目的能力。二、課程的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與要求Part One: British VerseChapter 1 The Canterbury Tales and 16th-Century Poetry【教學(xué)目標(biāo)】1.
