37主發(fā)電機(jī)組系泊試驗(yàn)程序DIESEL GENERATOR MOORING TEST PROCEDURESpecification 技術(shù)參數(shù)Maker 供應(yīng)商YANMAR 6EY18ALTYPE 型號(hào)Vertical, Single Action, 4-Cycle, Direct Injection, WaterCooled Diesel Engine with Turbo-charger and Air Cooler 直列、單作用、四沖程、直噴、帶渦輪增壓器和空冷器的水冷柴油機(jī)600 KW at 900 r/minGenerator 發(fā)電機(jī)Capacity 容量:750 KVARated voltage額定電壓:450VCurrent電流:962AFrequency額定頻率:60 HZPower factor功率因數(shù):0.8(滯后 lagging)No. of phase 相數(shù):3Number of sets 數(shù)量 3試驗(yàn)說明: 采用0#柴油進(jìn)行主發(fā)電機(jī)組系泊試驗(yàn); 試航時(shí),驗(yàn)證主發(fā)電機(jī)組使用重油的能力和運(yùn)行狀況; 試驗(yàn)過程中要驗(yàn)證柴油機(jī)的暖缸功能、預(yù)潤滑油泵和啟動(dòng)馬達(dá)是否正常工作;1. 動(dòng)車前的試驗(yàn)、測量 check items before A/E starting1.1 為發(fā)電機(jī)組服務(wù)的各系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備在發(fā)電機(jī)組試驗(yàn)前應(yīng)預(yù)先運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),檢查其可靠性。All systems and auxiliary equipment serving for A/E to be operated in advance in order to check their reliabilityNO.1&2主空壓機(jī)安全保護(hù)報(bào)警點(diǎn)確認(rèn):包括滑油壓力低(設(shè)定點(diǎn)0.08MPa)和壓縮空氣溫度高(設(shè)定點(diǎn)85)報(bào)警。NO.1&2 main air compressor failure include L.O. PRESS LOW (set point 0.08MPa)& TEMP. HIGH(set point 85).主空壓機(jī)的自動(dòng)起、停壓力分別為2.4 / 3.0MPa 和2.2 / 3.0MPa 。Automatic start/stop press of main air compressor are 2.4 / 3.0Mpa and 2.2 / 3.0Mpa.應(yīng)急空壓機(jī)的自動(dòng)起、停壓力為2.4 / 3.0MPa。Automatic start/stop press of emergency air compressor are 2.4 / 3.0Mpa.1.2 試驗(yàn)盤車裝置安全聯(lián)鎖的可靠性。Check the turning gear interlock device, A/E cannot be started when the turning gear is engaged.1.3 測量柴油機(jī)的冷態(tài)曲軸拐檔。 The cold condition crankshaft deflections to be recorded completely. 2. 測量發(fā)電機(jī)冷態(tài)絕緣電阻The cold Insulation Resistance of generator to be recorded completely.在負(fù)荷試驗(yàn)的前、后分別用500V的兆歐表測量下面兩者之間的絕緣電阻,絕緣電阻值應(yīng)1MW。Before and after load test, the insulation resistance in the following items shall be measured respectively by means of 500 V megger,resistance shall be not less than 1 MW.a) 定子繞組對(duì)地 Stator coil to earth.b) 空間加熱器對(duì)地 Space heater to earth.c) 調(diào)速馬達(dá)對(duì)地 governor motor coil to earth. d)勵(lì)磁繞組對(duì)地 (注:萬用表測量) field coil to earth(note: to be measured by multimeter).注:在測量絕緣時(shí)切斷AVR、 及有可能損壞的元、部件的斷路器或線路。Note: AVR and the breakers or circuit of the elements and components, which might be damaged during measuring, shall be disconnected when the insulation is measured.3. 機(jī)組報(bào)警系統(tǒng)和安全裝置模擬試驗(yàn)(模擬試驗(yàn))Safety and alarm points testing (simulation) 試驗(yàn)方法 testing method 用手動(dòng)液壓泵校對(duì)并整定報(bào)警及停車壓力開關(guān)或傳感器的設(shè)定值。Adjust and test the pressure transmitter by portable hand pump. 用電阻箱(對(duì)于Pt100傳感器)或加熱方法校對(duì)并整定報(bào)警或停車溫度開關(guān)或傳感器的設(shè)定值。Adjust and test the thermometer by heating method or resistance box(for Pt100 sensor). 人為造成柴油發(fā)電機(jī)超速,檢查超速停車保護(hù)功能。Check the over speed function by manually adjusts the governor.3.1報(bào)警系統(tǒng)Alarm items詳見附頁表一及機(jī)艙自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目明細(xì)表(SC4439(ZS)-440-01MX)See the List of Auto. Control Monitoring and Alarm Points for E/R (SC4439(ZS)-440-01MX)3.2 安全裝置模擬試驗(yàn) D/E safety device testD/E should shut down if it falls across the conditions as follows (SIMULATION):a. 滑油低壓報(bào)警并停車(設(shè)定值為0.30 MPa)。Lube Oil inlet pressure 0.30 MPa (simulation)b. 超速停車(設(shè)定值為10081035r/min)。D/E rotating speed 10081035 rpmc. 缸套水溫度高停車(設(shè)定值為1002)。Jacket water high temp. (set point is 1002)4. 起動(dòng)試驗(yàn)starting test 將應(yīng)急空氣瓶充氣至3.0 MPa,每臺(tái)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)從冷態(tài)開始連續(xù)進(jìn)行起動(dòng),直到不能起動(dòng)為止,記錄起動(dòng)次數(shù)(應(yīng)不少于6次)和最低起動(dòng)壓力。Every D/E to be started continuously in cold condition by emergency air reservoir filled with compressed air of 3.0 MPa until it cannot be started. (Detail sees inspection report)6. 發(fā)電機(jī)特性試驗(yàn) generator characteristic test 6.1 穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)壓特性試驗(yàn) Voltage-load characteristic & governor characteristic Testing 在負(fù)荷試驗(yàn)后,將柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的負(fù)荷和功率因數(shù)(COS=1)調(diào)整到額定值,柴油機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)整到額定轉(zhuǎn)速900 rpm,就可以進(jìn)行穩(wěn)態(tài)特性試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)負(fù)荷按下列程序變化:負(fù)荷75% 50% 25% 50% 75% 100% 記錄各種負(fù)荷狀態(tài)下,電壓、電流、頻率。.After load test, use water resistance as load (cos=1.0), under rating current, adjust the voltage and frequency of each main generator to the rating, when the power factor is 100%, adjust the load from rating varies as 75%50%25%50%75%100%then to the rating, measure the voltage and frequency at each state after stableDuring the above measurement, it shall be verified that the voltage variation rate shall not exceed 2.5% (11.25V).計(jì)算穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)整率voltage variation rate V%= ( V - Vn ) / VnV是不同功率下電壓 Voltage under variation powerVn是額定電壓450V rated voltage 450VV%2.5%6.2 調(diào)速特性試驗(yàn)Governor testa.突卸:負(fù)荷100 0 ,記錄瞬時(shí)和穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)時(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)速和穩(wěn)定所需時(shí)間。 When the G/E is unloaded suddenly from 100% to 0%(100%0%), measure D/Es momentary speed and steady speed, restoring timeb.突加:負(fù)荷0 40 80 100 ,記錄突加負(fù)荷時(shí)瞬時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)速值,穩(wěn)定后轉(zhuǎn)速值和穩(wěn)定所需時(shí)間。各機(jī)組分別試驗(yàn)一次,要求如下:0% of the rated load is suddenly thrown on following applied to the 40%,80% and 100% of the rated load respectively after interval sufficient to restore the speed to steady state. (min.) speed after variation, r/minn3: steady speed after variation, r/min7. 檢測 Inspection在負(fù)荷試驗(yàn)和調(diào)速器試驗(yàn)后立即停車,檢查、記錄發(fā)電機(jī)熱態(tài)絕緣電阻、發(fā)電機(jī)溫升,并測量記錄每臺(tái)柴油機(jī)曲軸熱態(tài)拐檔和主軸承和連桿軸承的發(fā)熱情況。After load test and governor test, check the insulation resistant, temperature of bearing and connecting rod and measure the crankshaft deflection in hot condition at once.8. 操縱試驗(yàn) Maneuver test8.1 機(jī)旁起動(dòng)停車試驗(yàn)。D/G local manually starting should be carried out on local start panel.8.2 集控室遙控起動(dòng)、停車試驗(yàn)。Test of remotely starting and stopping D/E in MSB9. 檢查發(fā)電機(jī)主開關(guān)過載保護(hù)延時(shí)跳閘的可靠性 ACB of main generator protection test(1) 優(yōu)先脫扣510秒 Preference trip delay 510 seconds(2) 長延時(shí)脫扣,以發(fā)電機(jī)額定電流的1.25倍 1202A做試驗(yàn),根據(jù)附表做好記錄 (3) 短延時(shí)脫扣,以發(fā)電機(jī)額定電流的2.5倍 2500A做試驗(yàn),根據(jù)附表做好記錄 10. 逆功率保護(hù)Reverse power protection設(shè)定值:10%額定功率即60KW,脫扣時(shí)間約10秒。Reverse power setting value: 10% of rated output 60 kW. Tripping time is about 10sec.11. 欠壓保護(hù):電壓降至70% 35%額定電壓時(shí),即315V 158V,ACB自動(dòng)脫扣 Under voltage protection: Drop the voltage to 70% to 35% of rated value, i.e., 315V to 158V, ACB shall trip automatically.12. 主發(fā)電機(jī)開關(guān)聯(lián)鎖試驗(yàn) Interlock test of main generator switchesa. 發(fā)電機(jī)ACB與各自的空間加熱器。Main generator ACB and its space heater interlock. 當(dāng)發(fā)電機(jī)開關(guān)合閘時(shí),空間加熱器指示燈熄滅。The Space Heater power will be cut off when generators ACB is closingb. 發(fā)電機(jī)ACB與岸電。Main generator ACB and shore power MCB當(dāng)發(fā)電機(jī)供電時(shí),岸電開關(guān)應(yīng)合不上閘,反之亦然。SHORE power breaker of MSB can not be closing when D/G running and its ACB was closed. Vice versa.13. 驗(yàn)證主配電板上有關(guān)指示燈應(yīng)工作正常Verify that concerning indicators of main switchboard work normally.14. 并聯(lián)運(yùn)行試驗(yàn) Parallel running test of generator并聯(lián)運(yùn)行負(fù)載試驗(yàn)的發(fā)電機(jī)臺(tái)數(shù)組合為:1+2、2+3、3+1、1+2+3,操作方法:運(yùn)行中發(fā)電機(jī)在75%額定負(fù)載時(shí),并入待并發(fā)電機(jī)組,然后將各發(fā)電機(jī)的負(fù)載調(diào)整到額定功率的75%作為起并負(fù)載點(diǎn),按順序75 50% 25 20 25 50 75 10075 改變負(fù)荷進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),在各個(gè)負(fù)荷狀態(tài)下記錄電壓、電流、功率。每一負(fù)載點(diǎn)并聯(lián)運(yùn)行時(shí)間為1分鐘。有功功率分配差值應(yīng)不超過發(fā)電機(jī)額定功率的15%。Parallel running test of generator according to following orders: 1+2、2+3、3+1、1+2+3. per-running generator is loading 75% of rated as a start point of parallel running, then the total load shall be changed as below mentions. (Cos=1.0) 75 50% 25 20 25 50 75 10075 . During test, voltage & active power at each step of generator shall be measured and calculate the divergence of the parallel running generators load relative to rated power of each generator, and the divergence shall not exceed 15% rated power of one generator. (The running time of every measured point is 1 minutes.)15、配電盤功率管理系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)15.1 斷電后備用發(fā)電機(jī)組自動(dòng)起動(dòng)試驗(yàn) 在斷電情況下,備用發(fā)電機(jī)組應(yīng)立即起動(dòng)并投入電網(wǎng)。本試驗(yàn)應(yīng)按以下步驟進(jìn)行并記錄結(jié)論:序號(hào)斷電后自動(dòng)起動(dòng)備用機(jī)組試驗(yàn)步驟結(jié)論1a) 一號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)行在電網(wǎng)上b) 選擇二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)為第一備用c) 模擬一號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)故障停車信號(hào),一號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)立即脫扣,主匯流排斷電d) 二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)應(yīng)自動(dòng)起動(dòng),且在電壓建立后,投入電網(wǎng)恢復(fù)供電2a) 二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)行在電網(wǎng)上b) 選擇三號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)為第一備用c) 模擬二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)故障停車信號(hào),二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)立即脫扣,主匯流排斷電d) 三號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)應(yīng)自動(dòng)起動(dòng),且在電壓建立后,投入電網(wǎng)恢復(fù)供電3a) 三號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)行在電網(wǎng)上b) 選擇一號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)為第一備用c)模擬三號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)故障停車信號(hào),二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)立即脫扣,主匯流排斷電d)一號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)應(yīng)自動(dòng)起動(dòng),且在電壓建立后,投入電網(wǎng)恢復(fù)供電15.2 在電壓和頻率異常情況下,備用發(fā)電機(jī)組自動(dòng)起動(dòng)試驗(yàn) 備用發(fā)電機(jī)組在延時(shí)5秒后自動(dòng)起動(dòng),故障發(fā)電機(jī)自動(dòng)退出電網(wǎng),然后備用發(fā)電機(jī)主開關(guān)自動(dòng)合閘。(整個(gè)過程應(yīng)在45秒內(nèi)完成)1)低壓:95%額定電壓(427V) 延時(shí)5秒2)高壓:105%額定電壓(473V) 延時(shí)5秒3)低頻:95%額定頻率(57HZ) 延時(shí)5秒4)高頻:105%額定頻率(63HZ) 延時(shí)5秒本試驗(yàn)應(yīng)按以下步驟進(jìn)行并將結(jié)果記錄在結(jié)論里序號(hào)電壓和頻率異常,自動(dòng)起動(dòng)備用發(fā)電機(jī)試驗(yàn)步驟結(jié)論1a) 選擇二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)為第一備用,一號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)行在電網(wǎng)上b) 調(diào)節(jié)一號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)電壓到427V(最好模擬試驗(yàn))c) 延時(shí)5秒后報(bào)警并自動(dòng)起動(dòng)二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)d) 一號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)自動(dòng)退出電網(wǎng),短時(shí)斷電e) 二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)自動(dòng)投入電網(wǎng)并恢復(fù)供電2a) 選擇三號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)為第一備用,二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)行在電網(wǎng)上b) 調(diào)節(jié)二號(hào)發(fā)電機(jī)電壓到427V(最好模擬試驗(yàn))c)
