CTS-900X PC軟件操作手冊第1章 安裝與卸載1.1 運行環(huán)境操作系統(tǒng): Windows 2000/XP 1.2 安裝軟件1. 安裝程序啟動后，出現(xiàn)安裝向?qū)Ы缑妫?2. 單擊“下一步”，出現(xiàn)選擇目標(biāo)位置，系統(tǒng)的缺省安裝目錄為“C:Program FilesSIUICTS-900X Client”，用戶可根據(jù)自己的實際情況修改路徑； 3. 單擊“下一步”，出現(xiàn)創(chuàng)建程序快捷方式，系統(tǒng)缺省將程序快捷方式放到“開始”菜單-“程序”菜單-SIUICTS-900X Client文件夾； 4. 單擊“下一步”，選擇安裝哪一種儀器類型的軟件；5. 單擊“下一步”，準(zhǔn)備開始安裝； 6. 單擊“安裝”按鈕開始安裝，等候安裝結(jié)束；7. 安裝結(jié)束后，程序彈出提示安裝完成的確認(rèn)窗口，單擊完成按鈕確認(rèn)并關(guān)閉窗口；1.3 啟動軟件 單擊【開始】菜單【程序】菜單，從中選擇SIUICTS-900X Client程序組，然后單擊對應(yīng)機型的項即可啟動通訊程序。 1.4 卸載軟件 單擊【開始】菜單【程序】菜單，從中選擇SIUICTS-900X Client程序組，然后單擊“Uninstall”項，即可對通訊程序進行卸載。另有一種卸載方式，用戶可以從控制面板中選擇添加/刪除程序卸載通訊程序。注：軟件在安裝以后如因某種原因需要重新安裝，建議您先卸載，然后再重新安裝。第2章 概述本說明書包括CTS-9009、CTS-9008和CTS-9006等所有CTS-900X系列上位機軟件的操作說明。2.1 主要功能1. 數(shù)據(jù)文件查看功能：用于查看用U盤從儀器轉(zhuǎn)存出來的存檔文件。2. 短片回放文件查看功能：用于查看用U盤從儀器中轉(zhuǎn)存出來的短片回放文件。3. 網(wǎng)絡(luò)雙向通訊功能：用于通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口連接儀器，讀取儀器參數(shù)和波形，并對儀器參數(shù)編輯后下載回儀器。4. 報告生成功能：用于從存檔文件或網(wǎng)絡(luò)中將儀器參數(shù)和波形輸出到Microsoft Office Word文檔中。2.2 主界面在界面中：1. 灰色的菜單或工具欄圖標(biāo)表示此種儀器沒有此功能；2. 其它顏色菜單或工具欄圖標(biāo)表示此種儀器沒有此功能；2.2.1 菜單欄“數(shù)據(jù)文件”菜單打開：打開用U盤從儀器轉(zhuǎn)存出來的存檔文件。“報告”菜單生成報告：將從當(dāng)前存檔或網(wǎng)絡(luò)獲取的儀器參數(shù)輸出到報告模版文件中?！岸唐募辈藛未蜷_：打開用U盤從儀器轉(zhuǎn)存出來的短片回放文件。播放：播放短片回放文件。暫停：暫停播放。停止：停止播放。前一分鐘：跳轉(zhuǎn)到前一分鐘。后一分鐘：跳轉(zhuǎn)到后一分鐘?！熬W(wǎng)絡(luò)”菜單連接：連接儀器。斷開連接：斷開連接。修改參數(shù)：修改儀器參數(shù)。凍結(jié)：凍結(jié)/解凍儀器畫面。“語言(Language)”菜單用于選擇軟件界面語言，目前可選擇中文/英文。2.2.2 工具欄：打開用U盤從儀器轉(zhuǎn)存出來的存檔文件。：打開用U盤從儀器轉(zhuǎn)存出來的短片回放文件。：播放短片回放文件。：暫停播放。：停止播放。：跳轉(zhuǎn)到前一分鐘。：跳轉(zhuǎn)到后一分鐘。：將當(dāng)前存檔或從網(wǎng)絡(luò)獲取的儀器參數(shù)輸出到報告模版文件中。：連接儀器。：斷開連接。：修改儀器參數(shù)。：凍結(jié)/解凍儀器畫面。：增益步進。：提高增益。：降低增益。：顯示波形右側(cè)菜單：隱藏波形右側(cè)菜單第3章 功能操作3.1 語言選擇操作步驟：選擇菜單欄中的“語言（Language）”項，并在下拉列表中選擇相應(yīng)語言即可。3.2 數(shù)據(jù)文件查看功能本功能用于查看用U盤從儀器轉(zhuǎn)存出來的存檔文件。操作步驟：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“數(shù)據(jù)文件”-“打開”，在文件打開對話框中選擇存檔文件即可。打開存檔文件后，將顯示波形數(shù)據(jù)及存儲的參數(shù)。3.3 報告生成功能本功能用于從存檔文件或網(wǎng)絡(luò)中將儀器參數(shù)和波形輸出到Microsoft Office Word（Word版本為2000、XP及2003）文檔中，其中文檔模版可以由用戶根據(jù)需要自行排版制作，只要在制作的文檔中插入本功能中規(guī)定的關(guān)鍵字，并在選擇模版時選擇該文檔，即可將模版與儀器參數(shù)結(jié)合形成報告。關(guān)鍵字請參見附錄B 報告關(guān)鍵字。操作步驟：1. 打開存檔文件或通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接儀器；2. 點擊工具欄或菜單欄“報告”-“生成報告”，并在文件打開對話框中選擇模版即可生成報告；3.4 短片回放文件查看功能本功能用于查看用U盤從儀器中轉(zhuǎn)存出來的短片回放文件。操作步驟：打開短片文件：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“短片文件”-“打開”，在文件打開對話框中，選擇短片文件打開即可，文件打開后自動開始播放；并可進行以下操作：1. 播放文件：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“短片文件”-“播放”；2. 暫停播放：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“短片文件”-“暫停”；3. 停止播放：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“短片文件”-“停止”；4. 跳轉(zhuǎn)到前一分鐘：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“短片文件”-“前一分鐘”；5. 跳轉(zhuǎn)到后一分鐘：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“短片文件”-“后一分鐘”；3.5 網(wǎng)絡(luò)雙向通訊功能本功能用于通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口連接儀器，讀取儀器參數(shù)和波形，并對儀器參數(shù)編輯后下載回儀器。操作步驟：1. 用計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊電纜線連接PC機與儀器；2. 設(shè)置PC機IP地址為10.0.0.X網(wǎng)段，具體設(shè)置請參見附錄A IP地址設(shè)置；3. 連接儀器：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“網(wǎng)絡(luò)”-“連接”；4. 斷開網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“網(wǎng)絡(luò)”-“斷開”；5. 修改儀器參數(shù)：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“網(wǎng)絡(luò)”-“修改參數(shù)”，將彈出對話框顯示當(dāng)前儀器設(shè)置中的可調(diào)參數(shù)（不可調(diào)節(jié)的參數(shù)將顯示為灰色），修改后按點擊確定，所修改的參數(shù)將下載到儀器中。6. 凍結(jié)：點擊工具欄或菜單欄“網(wǎng)絡(luò)”-“凍結(jié)”，其作用相當(dāng)于儀器面板中的凍結(jié)鍵。7. 調(diào)節(jié)增益：點擊工具欄更改增益步進，點擊工具欄提高增益，點擊工具欄降低增益。附錄A IP地址設(shè)置以Windows 2000為例說明，Windows XP操作步驟相同。1. 從控制面板中選擇網(wǎng)絡(luò)和撥號連接；2. 打開“本地連接”屬性；3. 選擇“Internet 協(xié)議 （TCP/IP）”組件，單擊“屬性”按鈕；4. 按對話框所示，輸入IP地址，可以設(shè)置的IP地址范圍是83，8554中的任何一個，一般可以設(shè)置為，子網(wǎng)掩碼設(shè)為，單擊“確定”按鈕完成設(shè)置。 附錄B 報告關(guān)鍵字項目序號關(guān)鍵字儀器參數(shù)$RANGE$范圍$VEL$聲速$D_DELAY$延遲$P_DELAY$零點$REJECT$抑制$ANGLE$角度$KVALUE$K值$XVALUE$前沿長度$THICKNESS$厚度$TRANSMISSION$發(fā)射方式$DAMPING$阻尼$FREQ_BAND$頻帶$RECTIFY$檢波方式$REPETITION$重復(fù)頻率$PROBE_TYPE$單雙探頭$OPTION_COORDINATE_MODE$坐標(biāo)模式$ALARM_LOGIC$報警方式$OPTION_EHANCE_ASCAN$填充模式$DATE$日期$CURVE$曲線（存檔中的曲線，如DAC、AVG）$DAC_LINE1$判廢線$DAC_LINE2$定量線$DAC_LINE3$評定線$DAC_CORR_DB$補償（DAC）$DAC_LINE_SEL$曲線選擇$AVG_BASE_APERTURE$基準(zhǔn)孔徑$AVG_CURVES1$AVG曲線1$AVG_CURVES2$AVG曲線2$AVG_CURVES3$AVG曲線3$AVG_DB_CORR$補償（AVG）$AVG_ATTENUATION$衰減$PARA_DA$閘門內(nèi)測量點深度$PARA_SA$閘門內(nèi)測量點聲程$PARA_RA$閘門內(nèi)測量點到探頭前沿的水平距離$PARA_HA$閘門內(nèi)測量點波高$PARA_HADB$閘門內(nèi)測量點波高與閘門電平dB差$PICTURE$波形圖像$GAIN$增益$GAIN_STEP$增益步進超聲波探傷儀CTS-900X PC Software Operation ManualInstall and UninstallRunning Environment Operating System: Windows 2000/XP (supporting English or Simplified Chinese) Software Installation1. After running the program, it displays Welcome to the Client Setup Wizard. 2. Click Next, and the window will display Select Destination Location. The system default folder is C:Program FilesSIUIClient. The user may change the path according to his practical situation. 3. Click Next, and the window will prompt to create the programs shortcuts. The system default will place the programs shortcut in the folder of START -Program -SIUIClient. 4. Select which software of model to be installed. and Click Next.5. Click Next, and it is ready to install.6. Click Install and the installation starts. Please wait until the installation is completed.7. When the installation is completed, the program will pop up a confirmation window to remind the user that the installation is finished. Click Finish to close the window.Start the Software Click Start Program, select SIUIClient and then click Client to start Client Application. Uninstall the Software Click Start Program, select SIUIClient, and then click Uninstall to uninstall Client Application.There is another way to uninstall. Reports can be defined by the user as a template, with specified keywords inserted in the file. When generating a report, choose the template and then keywords will be replaced by actual values. Please refer to Annex B Report Keywords.Step:1） Open a dataset file or connect to the instrument through the network.2） Click in the toolbar or Report-Generate report in the menu bar, In FileOpen dialog, choose a template for generating the report.Cine File ViewerThis function is to view cine files saved from the instrument with a USB disk.Step:Open cine file: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-Open in the menu bar, and in FileOpen dialog choose the cine file. After the file is loaded, it will start playing automatically, and the other actions below can be performed:1） Play: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-Play in the menu bar.2） Pause: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-Pause in the menu bar.3） Stop: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-Stop in the menu bar.4） Jump to the previous minute: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-PrevMinute in the menu bar.5） Jump to the next minute: Click in the toolbar or CineFile-NextMinute in the menu bar.Network Bidirectional CommunicationThis function is to connect the instrument with the network port for reading instrument parameters, wave and loading parameter changes back to the instrument.Step:1） Connect the instrument to a PC with a computer network communication cable.2） Set IP address of the PC as 10.0.0.X. For specific setting of IP address, please refer to Annex A IP Address Setup.3） Connect the instrument: Click in the toolbar or Network-Connect in the menu bar.4） Disconnect network connection: Click in the toolbar or Network-Disconnect in the menu bar.5） Edit parameter of instrument: Click in the toolbar or Network-ModifyPara in the menu bar. A dialog will display the editable parameters of the current instrument (the parameters can not be changed are in gray). After modification, click OK, and the parameters will be downloaded into the instrument.6） Freeze: Click in the toolbar or Network-Freeze in the menu bar. Its function is the same as Freeze key on the system panel.7） Gain adjustment: Click in the toolbar for gain step; Click in the toolbar to increase gain; or Click in the toolbar to decrease gain.
