The two parties sign the contract in the basis of friendly cooperation and fulfil the clauses.甲方在甲方服務(wù)期限為 至 。The period of service will be from to .III. 乙方的報(bào)酬1. 乙方在甲方工作期間的課時(shí)費(fèi)按照： 元/次計(jì)算，工作時(shí)間9:00至11:30，下午02:30至05:30；每周_次授課，以人民幣形式支付。如乙方每月授課時(shí)間多于110小時(shí)，超出的授課時(shí)間，可按照120元每課時(shí)計(jì)算課時(shí)費(fèi)。如乙方在工作期間遲到早退曠課等，遲到早退一小時(shí)罰款50元，遲到兩小時(shí)罰款一百，依此類推。若未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)請(qǐng)假罰款100一次。1.Party Bs teaching-hour salary will be RMB/time by cash. Teaching time will be from 09:00 -11:30am and 02:30-05:30pm, _ time(times)a week.If the teaching hours are more than 110 hours per work-month, Party B will get 120 RMB for teaching compensation per extra teaching hour.2. 乙方的報(bào)酬支付時(shí)間為次月25日。 2.The salary will be paid on 25th per month(the next regular working month)IV. 甲方義務(wù)Party As Obligations1.甲方對(duì)乙方的工作負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督以及評(píng)價(jià)。Party A shall conduct direction, supervise and evaluate the Party Bs work.1. 甲方應(yīng)向乙方提供必要的工作設(shè)施。Party A shall provide Party B necessary working facilities.2. 甲方應(yīng)向乙方每月25日按期發(fā)放報(bào)酬。Party A shall pay Party Bs salary regularly by 25th.(the next regular working month)V. 乙方義務(wù)Party Bs obligations1. 乙方必需遵守甲方的工作制度及與外國(guó)專家管理相關(guān)的規(guī)定，并接受甲方在工作方面的安排、指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督和評(píng)價(jià)。同時(shí)，乙方應(yīng)提供包括能證明其身份的護(hù)照、學(xué)籍卡等。 1. Party B shall abide to Party As work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts and shall accept Party As arrangement, guidance, supervision and evaluation. Meanwhile, Party B shall provide identification, include passport, students card and the copy of current visa.2. 乙方必須按照指定學(xué)期的課時(shí)計(jì)劃保質(zhì)保量完成甲方委派的工作，同時(shí)，乙方應(yīng)遵守被派遣單位的相關(guān)工作制2. Party B shall complete the tasks on time and ensure it is qualified .Party B shall abide to the working system of dispatched school.3. 乙方同意并授予甲方處于市場(chǎng)和宣傳活動(dòng)使用乙方真實(shí)的個(gè)人信息和肖像。 3. Party A is permitted and authorized by Party B to use his/her true personal information for marketing and advertising activities, including the using of Party Bs personal photographs.VI. 合同的終止Termination of Contract1. 在以下情形下，甲方將書面通知解除與乙方的合同：1.Party A will terminate the contract with written notice under those circumstances:(1) 如果乙方違反了中華人民共和國(guó)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)造成乙方無法繼續(xù)履行本合同的，甲方有權(quán)單方解除與乙方的兼職聘用合同。 (1) contract will be terminated immediately if Party B violates the laws and regulations of China, Party As work system of employer, and the regulation of Chinese government about Foreign Teachers or other contract terms. In this situation, no compensation;(2) 如果乙方不能勝任本合同中關(guān)于工作的要求，且在合理期限內(nèi)仍不能改善的，甲方可單方解除與乙方之間的聘用合同。 (2) If Party B fails to meet the requirements of the contract the contract will be terminated immediately, Another circumstance is Party B will be given 15 days to improve his/her job performance. If, the foreign teacher has not improved his/her job performance after 15 days later and make Party A satisfaction, the contract will then be terminated and Party B will not receive any additional pay;2. 如果乙方提出解除與甲方的合同，乙方必須于合同解除日前30天向甲方書面提出解除合同。在這種情況下，乙方將能夠得到工作時(shí)間范疇內(nèi)的課時(shí)報(bào)酬。否則，乙方將不能獲得未發(fā)放的課時(shí)報(bào)酬。 2.If Party B chooses to terminate the contract, he/she must provide thirty days written notice to Party A. If this is to be done , Party B will receive full salary for the period worked. Otherwise, salary and subsidiary will not be paid.VII. 違約金B(yǎng)reach Penalty任何一方不能按照合同中所規(guī)定內(nèi)容執(zhí)行，都將視為違約。違約方應(yīng)承擔(dān)10,000元人民幣的違約金。When either of the two parties fails to fulfill the contract or fails to fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, that is to be to considered to break the contract, it must pay a breach penalty of 10,000 RMB.VIII. 延期本合同自簽訂之日起生效，到合同期滿自然終止。合同到期后，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一致可以繼續(xù)續(xù)簽。This contract takes effect on the date signed by both parties and will automatically expire when the contract ends. If either of the two parties asks for a new contract, it should profound its request to another party 2 weeks prior to the expiration of the contract, and sign the new contract with mutual permission.IX. 仲裁Arbitration有關(guān)合同內(nèi)容的含義，須雙方及時(shí)互相溝通，及時(shí)處理其中可能存在的爭(zhēng)議。如果經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商不能達(dá)成一致，可申請(qǐng)可向甲方所在地仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)仲裁。對(duì)仲裁不服的，可以向人民法院提起訴訟。The two partie
