(section B 2a-2e)科目:英語教學(xué)對象:初二(2)班課時:1課時提供者:姚佳單位:池州石臺縣占大初級中學(xué)一、教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析 本節(jié)課內(nèi)容來自八年級上冊第六單元,其功能項目是講故事(tell a story)。本單元是圍繞story展開話題的一個單元,分為sectionA 中國傳統(tǒng)故事,sectionB西方傳統(tǒng)故事和self-check三部分。本節(jié)課是sectionB的2a-2e部分,主要學(xué)習(xí)Hansel and Gretel 的故事。二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)知識目標(biāo):能認(rèn)讀并能工整書寫所學(xué)單詞,如: stepmother,wife,husband,whole,scene,moonlight,shine,bright,ground lead,voice,brave等。能力目標(biāo):1能夠?qū)W會在閱讀中通過標(biāo)題預(yù)測文章大意。 2能夠在教師的指導(dǎo)下,通過抓關(guān)鍵詞如: as soon as, along the way , shine bright ,lead sb to, find ones way out等完成閱讀任務(wù)。 3閱讀童話故事HanselandGretel,了解話劇體裁的表現(xiàn)形式。情感目標(biāo):1.了解英語文化; 2.引導(dǎo)學(xué)生運用所學(xué)語言表達自己的觀點,在復(fù)述該童話劇的過程中 豐富表達的內(nèi)容和語言。三、學(xué)習(xí)者特征分析 學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體。八年級學(xué)生的經(jīng)過兩年多來的系統(tǒng)的英語學(xué)習(xí),具備了一定的聽說基礎(chǔ),正逐步向讀和寫過渡,有了初步合作,分析歸納的能力。并處于知識積累,前后知識銜接,培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的關(guān)鍵時期,大部分學(xué)生對英語有一定興趣,但由于知識的安排是由淺入深,有少數(shù)學(xué)生對這門學(xué)科產(chǎn)生了厭惡情緒,激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣至關(guān)重要。四、教學(xué)重點及難點重點:掌握基本詞匯和重點句型1) Wife, husband, whole, stone, shine, bright, ground, lead, voice, brave2) What a long time you slept in the forest.Its leading us to that wonderful house made of bread, cake and sugar難點:Reading the play五、教學(xué)過程、教師活動學(xué)生活動設(shè)計意圖. Warm-up 1 Greet the Ss as usual. 2 Review:Invite one of the student to retell the story The Emperors New Clothes. Show some key words to help them. Lead in 1.Introduce what a fairy tale is and ask Ss what fairy tales they know. 2.Show some famous fairy tales.Talk about what these fairy tales about with Ss. e.g. Sleeping Beauty: Sleeping Beauty is about a princess who falls asleep for a long time because of an evil curse. Years later, a prince kisses her up. They get married and have a happy life.Greetings Retell the story The Emperors New Clothes.Talk about some famous fairy tales通過復(fù)述皇帝的新裝來鞏固上節(jié)課所學(xué)內(nèi)容,引出本節(jié)課的童話故事。通過介紹一些大家所熟知的童話故事吸引大家的注意,讓大家學(xué)習(xí)一些英語文化. Reading Tell Ss the following is a fairy tale.Show a video about Hansel and Gretel. Before Reading: Learn the reading strategy in this unit. Ask Ss to read through the passage and decide what kind of text it is. Is it a letter, a play a short story or something else? Ss may find out that its a play. While Reading:1. Ask Ss to read the first paragraph and finish the following tasks.A. a.What is the background of the fairy tale?B. b.How the story will continue? Ss read the letter quickly and try to find the answers to the two questions. Check the answers with the class. 2. Work on 2c Let Ss read the play carefully and try to match each description below with the correct scene. Ss read the play carefully and try to match each description. Check the answers with the class. 3.Work on 2d First read the questions below. Then ask Ss to find the answers to the questions.
