新目標九年級英語Unit10 You are supposed to shake hands.教學設計Section A 1a-1c教學對象:九年級學生教學目標知識目標Students can grasp the target language and vocabularies.What are you supposed to do when you meet someone for the first time?You are supposed to shake hands.能力目標(1) Train students listening ability.(2) Train students integrating skills.(3)Train students communicative competence.(4)Improve the four skills of learning English.情感態(tài)度和價值觀培養(yǎng)學生文明的交際行為,學會比較不同的國家的文化差別,能理解和尊重不同國家風俗禮儀習慣。教學難點Vocabularies and different customs.教學重點Can use “be supposed to” correctly.教學過程Step 1:Warming up Show the map .ask the students to guess what each of the countries is. For example: Brazil, Japan, Korea, the United States and so on. Let students know about the countries so that students understand that different countries have different culture.Step 2: Presentation by play a game. Students have learned the new words in the first part. So it is a good way for teachers to describe the words and students guess what they are.(設計意圖:讓學生復習鞏固所學的單詞,利用多媒體,介紹一些國家的禮節(jié)禮儀,有利于1a活動的開展,通過對舊知識的復習有利于新課的句型教學。)Step 3: Listening practice . 1) .Ask students to think : what are they supposed to do when they meet someone for the first time ? ( in China)S: Answer the question.( one or two students)2) Let students practice.What do people do when they meet the first time ?利用多媒體,出示圖片Let them practice the important sentences again and again according to the picture.3) .Read the instructions again and ask students to match the customs lettered. a , b ,and c .with the countries.
