_單縣小學英語學科教學技能培訓心得體會2015年10月以來我參加了單縣小學英語學科教學技能培訓。這對于我來說是一次難得的機會,回顧半年來培訓的生活,收獲很多,這種緊張而忙碌,一點也沒有減輕洋溢在我心中的快樂和幸福。通過學習,我有以下感受:一、英語教師必須培養(yǎng)學生良好的學習習慣作為一個小學英語教師,為了培養(yǎng)學生良好的學習習慣,我們首先應規(guī)范學生的書寫習慣,要從學字母開始,要讓學生認識什么是書寫體,什么是印刷體。在書寫的時候,胸要離桌子一拳頭,本子要成10角;其次,要有準確模仿的習慣,大膽開口的習慣,把英語作為一種交際工具,還要有及時復習的習慣;最后還要養(yǎng)成勤于積累,實踐的習慣。只有這樣,學生良好的學習習慣養(yǎng)成了,才能對英語學科感興趣,才能愿學,樂學,善學。二、英語教師必須具備扎實的基本功作為一個小學英語教師必須要有聽、說、讀、寫、畫、唱、跳這些基本功。通過這次學習,我更深切的體會到“英語的工具性”的重要性。語言是一個載體,是一種工具。它的目的是交流。要想熟練的使用這個工具來達到交流的目的,它就應該是聽說讀寫四項基本技能的綜合,最后以“說”的形式呈現(xiàn)出來。要想實現(xiàn)這個目標,教師除了要提高自身的口語水平和專業(yè)素質(zhì)外,更要轉(zhuǎn)換在課堂上的角色。只有運用靈活多樣的教學方法,才能充分調(diào)動學生學習的積極性,激發(fā)學生的知識潛能,改變“單調(diào)壓抑”的課堂模式,向英語口語化的課堂邁進,向充分互動的課堂邁進。三、理念和思想的更新通過這次培訓學習,還使我們明白了應該樹立終生學習、終身培訓的意識,不斷更新觀念,勤于學習,與時俱進。隨著經(jīng)濟國際化全球化的發(fā)展,英語詞匯的不斷更新,社會需求對英語教師的口語、語音、技能等水平要求會越來越高,如果教師不注意加強自身的學習,勢必會被動挨打,還誤人子弟。四、自身英語能力的提高這次培訓,領導、老師根據(jù)我們學員的實際情況,給我們安排的一些提高自身英語能力的課程,如聽力與表達;還有語音課,楊老師準確的發(fā)音讓我們佩服,她對每個音素的生動講解讓我們對牢記在心;在這半年里,我們不管是英語口語、語音、語調(diào),還是聽力、書寫都有了很大進步。五、了解了最新的英語新課程改革理念在這次培訓中,讓我看到了有別于傳統(tǒng)的英語教學模式課堂教學,了解到了最新的英語課程改革理念。讓我對新課改有了進一步的認識。教學不是簡單的“知識灌輸”或是“知識移植”的過程,是學習主體(學生)和教育主體(教師),包括環(huán)境交互作用的過程,這種教學是一種學生主動參與的、尊重學生個性的、參與教學環(huán)境中的教學。總之,培訓讓我真正感受到教育是充滿智慧的事業(yè),深刻意識到自己賦有的責任,我們從志愿者身上不但學到了教學本領,而且還學到了如何為人師?!霸敢黄鹕幕貞?,一份永久的紀念”成為我們重新跋涉的新起點。李田樓鎮(zhèn)騰飛小學李秋梅2016.3.14Single-county primary school English teaching skills training experiencesSince October 2015 I participated in a single county primary school English teaching skills training. Through the study, I have the following experience:First, the English teacher must cultivate good study habits As a primary school English teachers, to provide students with good study habits, we should first specification writing habits of students, from the beginning to learn letters, to make students understand what is written in the body, what is printed.
