Unless otherwise specified, test and measurement shall be done under temperature of 233 and relative humidity of 4585%. If it is judged that the test results are not affected by such conditions, the tests may be conducted at temperature 1530 and humidity 2585%RH. 測試必須使用出廠時間不超過一個星期的新電池,且未進行過五次以上的充放電循環(huán)。除非特別說明,否則測試會在溫度233,相對濕度4585%的條件下進行。如果經(jīng)鑒定測試結果不受上述條件影響,測試也可以在溫度1530,相對濕度2585%RH的條件下進行。3.2 Measuring Instrument or Apparatus(測量器具及設備)3.2.1 Dimension Measuring Instrument(尺寸測量器具)The dimension measurement shall be implemented by instruments with equal or moreprecision scale of 0.01mm. 尺寸測量器具的精度等級應不小于0.01 mm 。3.2.2 Voltmeter(伏特計)Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class having inner impedance more than 10k/V 按照國家標準指定規(guī)格等級或采用靈敏度更高的,測量電壓時內(nèi)阻不應小于10k/V。3.2.3 Ammeter(安培計)Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class. Total externalresistance including ammeter and wire is less than 0.01. 按照國家標準指定規(guī)格等級或采用靈敏度更高的,包括電流表及電線在內(nèi)的總外阻應小于0.01。3.2.4 Impedance Meter(電阻計)Impedance shall be measured by a sinusoidal alternating current method(1kHz LCR meter).內(nèi)阻測試儀測量原理應為交流阻抗法(1kHz LCR)。3.3 Standard ChargeDischarge(標準充放電) 3.3.1 Standard Charge :Test procedure and its criteria are referred as follows: 標準充電:測試過程及標準如下:0.2C5A =600mA Charging shall consist of charging at a 0.2C5A constant current rate until the cell reaches 3.65V. The cell shall then be charged at constant voltage of 3.65 volts while tapering the charge current. Charging shall be terminated when the charging current has tapered to 0.01 C. Charge time: Approx 5.5h, The cell shall demonstrate no permanent degradation when charged between 0 C and 45 C. 電池先0.2C5A恒流充至3.65V,當充電電流逐漸減小時再以3.65V恒壓充至電流減小到0.01 C,充電時間大約為5.5個小時。在0-45內(nèi)充電電池應沒有永久損害。3.3.2 Standard Discharge(標準放電)0.2C5A =600mACells shall be discharged at a constant current of 0.2 C5A to 2.5 volts 23 3C電池以0.2 C5A恒流放電至2.5V 23 3C3.3.3 If no otherwise specified, the rest time between Chare and Discharge amount to 30min. 如果沒有特別說明,電池充放電間隔時間為30分。3.4 Appearance(外觀) There shall be no such defect as flaw, crack, rust, leakage, which may adversely affect commercial value of battery. 電池外觀應沒有劃傷、破裂、污漬、生銹、漏液等影響市場價值的缺陷存在。 3.5 Initial Performance Test(初始性能測試)Table 2(表 2)Item(項目)Test Method and Condition(測試方法及條件)Requirements(要求)(1) Open-CircuitVoltage(開路電壓)The open-circuit voltage shall be measured within 24 hours after standard charge.(標準充電后24小時內(nèi)測量開路電壓)3.3V(2) Internal impedance(初始內(nèi)阻)Internal resistance measured at AC 1KHz after 50% charge.(半充電狀態(tài)下,測量其AC 1KHz下的交流阻抗)30m(3) Minimal Rated Capacity(最小額定容量)The capacity on 0.2C5A discharge till the voltage tapered to 2.5V shall be measured after rested for 30min then finish standard charge.(標準充電后,擱置30min,測量0.2C放電至2.5V截止電壓所放出的容量)Discharge Capacity(放電容量)2850mAh3.6 Temperature Dependence of discharge capacity(放電溫度特性) Cells shall be charged per 3.3.1 and discharged 0.2 C5A to 2.5 volts. Except to be discharged at temperatures per Table 3. Cells shall be stored for 3 hours at the test temperature prior to discharging and then shall be discharged at the test temperature. The capacity of a cell at each temperature shall be compared to the capacity achieved at 23 C and the percentage shall be calculated. (電池放電必須在本規(guī)格書規(guī)定的環(huán)境溫度范圍)6.4 Over-discharges(過放電)After the short time excessively discharges charges immediately cannot affect the use, but the long time excessively discharges can cause the battery the performance, battery function losing. The battery long-term has not used, has the possibility to be able to be at because of its automatic flashover characteristic certain excessively discharges the condition, for prevented excessively discharges the occurrence, the battery should maintain the certain electric quantity。(在短時間過放電然后立即充電不會影響電池的使用,但如果是長時間過放電會導致電池性能及電池功能喪失。電池長時間不使用,可能會有因它本身自動產(chǎn)生的電弧特性而必然的過放電情形,為防止電池過放電,電池應該保持一定的電量)6.5 Storing the Batteries(儲存電池)The battery should store in the product specification book stipulation temperature range.
