英語校本教材一、前言 校本課程是近幾年伴隨素質教育的推行而出現(xiàn)的一種新型課程,是改變教學觀念、改革課程、改造課堂教學模式、改進教學方法和改善教學內容的重要舉措。我校英語校本課程是以英語知識為載體,以激發(fā)學生學習興趣,學生特長為目的。以學生為活動主體,使學生熱愛英語學科,并形成良好的英語素質的一門課程。英語課程必須根據(jù)學生身心發(fā)展和英語學習的特點,關注學生的個體差異和不同的學習需求,愛護學生的好奇心,求知欲,充分激發(fā)學生的主動意識和進取精神,倡導自主、合作、探究的學習方式。校本課程的開展無疑給英語教學注入新鮮的血液,并在英語教學改革中,為學生創(chuàng)建了一個五彩繽紛的英語學習平臺。二、 開設目的 開設了英語校本課程,目的是為了拓展學生的知識面,充分挖掘學生的潛能,培養(yǎng)學生學英語的興趣。便于學生全方位地了解英語國家的文化背景,提高他們的學習水平。培養(yǎng)學生欣賞英語國家文化的能力和創(chuàng)新能力;培養(yǎng)學生良好的道德品質和人文素養(yǎng);培養(yǎng)學生的國際參與意識和跨文化交際能力;發(fā)展學生的個性,提高他們的素質。 以提高學生英語語言綜合能力運用為基本宗旨, 以提高學生學習英語興趣為目的,培養(yǎng)學生的合作意思與創(chuàng)新精神。三、 課程內容 (1)由于初一年級的學生在年齡上較小,在英語方面的知識較少,又有好動、愛表現(xiàn)、膽子大的心理特點,所以就初一年級的學生中開發(fā)難度小可以激發(fā)興趣的課本劇表演、背誦詩歌、講小故事等課程。首先根據(jù)學生的興趣愛好選擇一些簡單、生動活潑的視聽材料,如:錄像,DVD等作為教材。首先在課堂上介紹影像資料中會出現(xiàn)的生詞并幫助學生借助圖片等理解單詞;用簡單英語解釋生詞。然后向學生展示教材內容指導學生理解故事或是詩歌,確定朗讀基調、把握主題線索、掌握輕重快慢,反復實踐。教師示范朗讀某一類作品,進一步體會和理解朗誦技巧。最后由學生通過移動多媒體圖片或表演的方式模仿故事中某些關鍵句的節(jié)奏和語調,以各種單人或集體的方法復述故事或詩歌。要求口齒清楚,聲音洪亮,情緒飽滿,儀表端莊,儀態(tài)大方,有感染力。定期開展比賽檢查課程開展的效果。 (2)初二的學生不僅在知識上有了一定的積累,心理上較初一成熟,而且還需要培養(yǎng)閱讀的能力為初三打基礎,所以在初二學生中開展以經典和時尚熱點相結合為教材的閱讀課程。首先教師根據(jù)自己學生的特點選擇一些適合他們的文章,無論是報刊雜志還是課文都可以,但是一定要貼近學生的生活實際和生活,并把這些材料按不同內容編排成冊。然后以每課時一個單元的方式給學生授課,并注重學生對文章的理解。對學生進行泛讀和精讀的方法指導,尤其是技巧上的指導。讓學生在閱讀中體會理解這些方法技巧,并掌握它們。每月進行一次閱讀理解的摸底調查,以便更好地進行評價。 (3)初三學生在英語的知識方面已經有了兩年的積累,對中西習俗有了一定的了解,但需要細化,了解中西習俗差異,要求我們學生要根據(jù)不同場合、對象、話題、身份等使用恰當?shù)皿w的語言。 另外,對英語文化的了解和理解有利于加深對本國文化的認識,培養(yǎng)愛國注意精神,有利于提高人文素養(yǎng)。并且還有非常重要的學業(yè)考試要準備,所以結合以上的特點,在初三學生中開發(fā)以寫作為主的課程。教師就以下方面指導學生。 認真審題,確定體裁;根據(jù)題目要求,理解要表達的要點。 設計好文章的層次段落,考慮所用時態(tài)、人稱等,把要點串聯(lián)起來,構成文章框架; ROSE: The fall alone would kill you. JACK :It would hurt. Im not saying it wouldnt. To be honest Im a lot more concerned about the water being so cold. She looks down. The reality factor of what she is doing is sinking in. ROSE :How cold? JACK: taking off his left shoeFreezing. Maybe a couple degrees over. He starts unlacing his right shoe. JACK: Ever been to Wisconsin? ROSE: perplexedNo. JACK :Well they have some of the coldest winters around, and I grew up there, near Chippewa Falls. Just. you look like kind of an indoor girl. Anyway, I went through some thin ice and Im tellin ya, water that cold. like that right down there. it hits you like a thousand knives all over your body. You cant breath, you cant think. least not about anything but the pain. takes off his other shoeWhich is why Im not looking forward to jumping in after you. But like I said, I dont see a choice. I guess Im kinda hoping youll come back over the rail and get me off the hook here. ROSE : Youre crazy. JACK :Thats what everybody says. But with all due respect, Im not the one hanging off the back of a ship. He slides one step closer, like moving up on a spooked horse. JACK :Come on. You dont want to do this. Give me your hand. Rose stares at this madman for a long time. She looks at his eyes and they somehow suddenly seem to fill her universe. ROSE : All right. She unfastens one hand from the rail and reaches it around toward him. He reaches out to take it, firmly. JACK: Im Jack Dawson. ROSE: voice quavering Pleased to meet you, Mr. Dawson. Rose starts to turn. Now that she has decided to live, the height is terrifying. She is overcome by vertigo as she shifts her footing, turning to face the ship. As she starts to climb, her dress gets in the way, and one foot slips off the edge of the deck. She plunges, letting out a piercing shriek. Jack, gripping her hand, is jerked toward the rail. Rose barely grabs a lower rail with her free hand. Quartermaster Rowe, up on the docking bridge hears the scream and heads for the ladder. ROSE : help! help!JACK : Ive got you. I wont let go.英語對話內容:1.A:Have you ever experienced an unforgettable event?B:Yes,I have,thats one of the most wonderful memories in my life.A:What did you experience?B:I witnessed that chinese national football team got the qualification for the 2002 world cup on October 13,2001.A:What did you see?B:Because my home is very close to the Tiananmen Square.I saw everybody was celebrating happily and excitedly.There were cheers and shouts in the streets.A:Did you join the crowds?B:Of course.I walked on the streets with my family for a while.The traffic was terrible.The streets looked like a parking alot and cant move at all.But it seemed that nobody care it at all because they were all losing themselves in the excitement and enjoyment that our football team brought us.A:Sounds really awesome.B:yes,it definitely is.A:I hope chinese football team could give us that feeling again in the future.B:I hope so,too.2.In your opinion,is part-time job good for university students?why?Yes,I think so because university students can practise their practical ablility and social experience through working with other people and they can learn how to get on well with their workmates in their workplace.Moreover,they can possibly earn a certain amount of money to afford some things they want to buy instead of getting money from their parents all the time.Even they can buy some stuff for their family members to show their love for their families.But,they should control the working time in order to not let it have a bad influence on their study and university life.So,if university students can allocate their time well,to find a part-time job is very good and beneficial to them八年級校本英語課程(第二學期)一、前言 隨著近幾年英語教材的大幅度改革,牛津英語教學又對英語學習提出了新的要求和目標。小學和初中是外語教學啟蒙階段,更應在課程設置、課時安排、教學內容、教學方法等方面有所發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新.我校地處城鄉(xiāng)結合部,廣大學生的英語口語能力訓練極少,為此我校在原有市級集體課題探究學困生的心理現(xiàn)狀及其矯正策略方面取得了一些成績,并已于09年7月圓滿結題!為了將這一研究成果擴大,在該課題的統(tǒng)領下,我校決定開發(fā)以英語口語交際運用為主的校本課程。我們要在英語口語校本課程的內容結構、活動形式、教學模式、教學方法等方面的進行系統(tǒng)的編排,建立起一套較為完整的符合我校實際的英語口語校本課程體系,充分體現(xiàn)學科優(yōu)勢和特點,發(fā)揮學生的自覺性,主動性和創(chuàng)造性,從而激發(fā)學生學習英語的興趣,全面提高英語教學效果。二、課程價值 校本課程開發(fā)是以學生獲得學習的利益為終極目的的。學校以學生為主體,課程本身亦是為學生的學習而存在的。我們開設英語口語交際與運用校本課程,通過加強學生口語能力的訓練,從而促進學生英語學科綜合素質的全面發(fā)展,使學生學以致用,具有初步運用英語進行交際的能力,培養(yǎng)學生良好的學習習慣。三、課程特征 、主體性。以學校為主體,自主開發(fā)和發(fā)展課程;以教師為主體,充分尊重教師的意見,開發(fā)和實施課程;以學生的實際需要為主體,開發(fā)和利用課程。 、基礎性?;A教育要重視基礎,這是教育規(guī)律和學生內心發(fā)展規(guī)律的要求,因此,英語口語交際與運用校本課程開發(fā)要為每個學生打好基礎服務。 、發(fā)展性。學校教育是為學生未來做準備的,因此,英語口語交際與運用校本課程和教學應著眼于學生的未來發(fā)展。 、全面性。學生的發(fā)展應是主動的、全面的發(fā)展,英語教學應當是使學生在有限的在校時間內,聽說讀寫等方面得到最快最充分的發(fā)展,英語口語交際與運用校本課程就是要服務于這一全面的發(fā)展。 、實用性。通過英語口語交際與運用校本課程的學習,體現(xiàn)面對全體學生的實用性。提高學生英語學習的興趣,提高學生英語學習的主動性,使他們學有所獲,學以致用,為提高我校的英語整體水平服務。四、課程內容 七八年級課程的具體內容以牛津英語教材內容為本,即結合英語教學的特色,擅長口語交際的特點,以情景對話為主,為學生口語能力進一步發(fā)展提供更廣闊,輕松的平臺。在課程的開始我們著重對學生進行了英美文化背景知識介紹和英語語言特點的介紹。通過這兩堂課使學生進一步了解英美國家的一些禮俗和對話表演的一些技巧,為以后的情景對話課打下了很好的伏筆。接下來的對話表演結合課文實際,創(chuàng)設學生感興趣的各種情景,以小組為單位進行表演。另外還增加了常用英語口語若干句,以擴大學生英語口語知識面。九年級我們 則以牛津英語教學大綱中的學生應掌握的功能意念項目為依托,進行全面綜合地訓練,同時增加美國英語俚語、英語諺語、諺語名人名言、英語幽默與笑話欣賞等項目。課程內容的情景對話緊密聯(lián)系課文,但又高于課文,既是課文內容的復習鞏固,又是課文知識的延伸和拓展。使學生的課內知識得到進一步的升華。設置的情景是學生熟悉并感興趣的,如購物,借東西,采訪外教等。興趣是最好的老師,有了興趣學生才會投入其中,盡情表達。同時,校本課程又滲透影響到課堂學習中,相輔相成,良性循環(huán)。其次,長期有效的訓練既培養(yǎng)了學生的競爭意識又鍛煉了團隊合作精神。情景對話需要學生進行小組合作,同時也比較小組之間哪個更有創(chuàng)意,表演的更精彩。因此在小組競爭與合作中使學生通過感知,體驗,實踐參與和合作探究等方式完成任務。在活動的過程中他們體驗到合作的快樂,競爭的刺激和同學間互助的力量。在這較多的人際交往中培養(yǎng)與人相處的協(xié)調能力,培養(yǎng)良好的性格情感。同時注重實踐。實踐是培養(yǎng)語言交際能力的基礎。口語教學中應激勵學生主動地參加集體性、多樣性、探索性的實踐活動,并在活動中充分發(fā)揮潛能,獲取新的知識,我們要盡可能滿足每一個學生的需要,最大限度地切合每一個學生的性格特點、生活經驗與文化背景,這樣才能促使學生主動學習,并將所學的知識遷移到其他的情境之中,成為真正有用的知識,進而內化為學生人格的一部分。五、課程目標英語口語交際與運用校本課程的實施要為我校英語教學起到很大的輔助作用,同時也要推動學生英語讀,寫,譯等其他綜合能力的形成和培養(yǎng)。在校本課程實施過程中,我們會根據(jù)學生不同的實際情況,提出不同的要求:基礎比較薄弱的,正在形成學習英語興趣的學生,要讓他們逐漸積極主動地參加各項英語活動,初步掌握“聽說”學習策略,要求能基本聽懂各模塊要求學習的情境對話,老師提示4-5次后能和同學進行對話表演;對于那些知識有一定的掌握,基本形成英語學習興趣的學生,要求比較積極主動的參加各項英語活動,初步掌握“聽說讀”的學習策略,老師提示2-3次后,能就各學期要求掌握的情境對話進行表演,發(fā)音較清楚,語音語調較正確;對于基礎扎實,已經形成學習英語興趣的學生,要求能積極主動的參加各項英語活動,初步掌握“聽說讀寫”等方面的學習策略。老師提示1次后,能就各學期要求掌握的情境對話進行表演,發(fā)音清楚,重音正確,語調自然。在校本課程實施過程中,每位學生在英語口語方面不斷增加知識的積累,系統(tǒng)而全面地提高自己的英語口語與交際能力,同時增強對英語學習的興趣,培養(yǎng)與老師和同學間的合作能力,提高英語學習的主動性,從而全面提升自己的英語水平。本英語課程(第二學期)八年級下學期(共15節(jié)次)周次具體內容備注1Topic 1Life goals 3Topic 2Chores 5Topic 3Your town 7Topic 4Opinions 9Topic 5Advice 11Topic 6Interestingevents 13Topic 7Telling a story 15Topic 8A history of Mothers Day17Topic 9Hobbies 19資料收集與整理八年級下學期校本備課內容Topic One Life goalsNo man or woman is worth your tears,and the one who is ,wont make you cry. 沒有人值得你流淚,值得讓你這么做的人不會讓你哭泣。 The worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside them knowing you cant have them. 失去某人,最糟糕的莫過于,他近在身旁,卻猶如遠在天邊。 Never frown,even when you are sad,because you never know who is falling in love with your smile. 縱然傷心,也不要悉眉不展,因為你不知是誰會愛上你的笑容。 To the world you may be one person,but to one person you may be the world. 對于世界而言,你是一個人;但是對于某人,你是他的整個世界。 Dont waste your time on a man/woman,who isnt willing to waste their time on you. 不要為那些不愿在你身上花費時間
