EPMA, 1995. 2. 王國(guó)棟 . 硬質(zhì)合金生產(chǎn)原理 . 北京：冶金工業(yè)出版社， 1988 一、課程在培養(yǎng)方案中的地位、目的和任務(wù) 本課程是學(xué)生今后從事粉體材料與其他高性能新材料生產(chǎn)、科研、教學(xué)以及經(jīng)營(yíng)管理工作的基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)課程學(xué)習(xí)，有助于提高學(xué)生的專業(yè)知識(shí)水平與專業(yè)英語(yǔ)水平。 二、課程的基本要求 本課程是一門雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)課程，講稿與教案均為英語(yǔ)，要求學(xué)生具有一定的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫水平，同時(shí)要求學(xué)生具有粉末冶金原理、材料科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、物理化學(xué)的知識(shí)背景。通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)，要求學(xué)生能系統(tǒng)地了解超硬材料與硬質(zhì)合金制備的基本理論與應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，加深對(duì)粉末冶金材料制備工藝、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備與基礎(chǔ)理論的理解。 三、課程的基本內(nèi)容以及重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn) 第 1 章 Cutting Tool Materials a gate to understand super-hard materials and hardmetals ， 3 學(xué)時(shí) * Understanding of cutting tool metallurgy and specific tool applications for various types of metalcutting. * high-speed steels, hardmetals, ceramics, cermets, and the superhard cutting tool materials are discussed * tool selection for various applications are outlined * types of tool failure modes are detailed 配教學(xué)片 2 個(gè) 第 2 章 Introduction to Super-hard Tool Materials ， 3 學(xué)時(shí) Understanding of the commonly used super hard materials * the reasons why they are chosen as tool materials are discussed * the differences between CBN and diamond, PCBN and PCD, CBN blanks and PCD blanks, the production and usage are outlined 第 3 章 Hardmetal-1/Historical development & technical significance ， 3 學(xué)時(shí) Understanding of the historical development and the technical significance of hardmetals * historical development are outlined * definition of terms, and properties are outlined * classification of sintered hardmetals are outlined 第 4 章 Hardmetal-2-3/Production of starting materials for hardmetal manufacture ， 7 學(xué)時(shí) The production principle and methods of the raw materials, e.g. W 、 Co 、 carbides （ WC 、 TiC 、 TaC 、 (W,Ti)C, (W,Ti,Ta)C 、 NbC 、 Cr 3 C 2 、 VC 、 ） , nitrides and carbo-nitrides powders are described and the availability and distribution of the relevant ore bodies are discussed. The effect of impurities on the properties and structure of hardmetals are outlined 配教學(xué)片 2 個(gè) 第 5 章 Hardmetal-4/Production of hardmetals/part 1: mixing, granulation & direct shaping ， 2 學(xué)時(shí) The principle, quality control and equipments of mixing, granulation and direct shaping processes are discussed. 配教學(xué)片 3 個(gè) 第 6 章 Hardmetal-5/Production of hardmetals/part 2:indirect shaping & special shaping operations ， 2 學(xué)時(shí) The indirect-shaping started with pre-formed blocks in a variety of shapes, which have been produced by either die - or cold-isostatic pressing (CIP) is introduced. The production principle and equipment of CIP, extrusion ， injection moulding are outlined. 配教學(xué)片 3 個(gè) 第 7 章 Hardmetal-6/Near-net-shaping of the die pressing in the hardmetals industry ， 3 學(xué)時(shí) This contribution deals with the near net shape potential of the die pressing and the realization in the industrial production.
