前言

本部分的全部技術內容為強制性。

本部分等同采用IEC60745-2-11:2003(2.0版)((手持式電動工具安全第2-11部分:往復鋸(曲

線鋸、刀鋸)的專用要求》,與等同采用IEC60745-1:2003(3.2版)制定的GB3883.1-2005《手持式電

動工具的安全第一部分:通用要求》一起使用。

本部分實施之日起代替GB3883.11-1991《手持式電動工具的安全第二部分:往復鋸(曲線鋸、

刀鋸)的專用要求》。

本部分與GB3883.11-1991相比主要修改如下:

1)刪去GB3883.11-1991的引言。

2)第3章定義,刪去GB3883.11-1991中2.2.23正常負載定義,增加3.101往復鋸、3.102曲

線鋸定義。

3)刪去GB3883.11-1991第7章7.1中增加的“鋸割木料的最大鋸割深度2mm”和“工作軸每

分鐘空載往復次數”。

4)刪去GB3883.11-1991第10章輸人功率和電流中的10.1的修改:“最大鋸割深度不超過

55mm的往復鋸,其輸人功率在按規(guī)定的正常負載運行的10min后測量”、“最大鋸割深度超

過55mm的往復鋸不進行此項試驗?!币约?0.2的修改:“往復鋸的電流在工具按正常負載運

行的10min后測量”。

5)刪去GB3883.11-1991第11章中11.4的修改:“溫升在工具按正常負載條件運行30min后

測量”。

6)本部分第19章機械危險中增加對19.1的改換

7)增加圖101試驗探針

本部分由中國電器工業(yè)協會提出。

本部分由全國電動工具標準化技術委員會(CAS/TC68)歸口并負責解釋。

本部分由上海電動工具研究所負責起草

本部分主要起草人:劉江、李邦協、李宏照、潘順芳。
