Generalprovisions試件成型方法及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)條件應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《普通混凝土力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB/T?50081的規(guī)定。采用蒸汽養(yǎng)護(hù)的構(gòu)件，其試件應(yīng)先隨構(gòu)件同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)，然后再置入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下繼續(xù)養(yǎng)護(hù)至28d或設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定齡期。Themethodofformingthespecimensandthestandardcuringconditionsshouldbeinaccordancewiththecurrentnationalstandard"StandardforMechanicalPropertiesofOrdinaryConcreteTestMethods"GB/T50081.Thespecimensofsteam-curedcomponentsshouldbecuredunderthesameconditionsasthecomponentsbeforetheyareplacedunderstandardcuringconditionsandcontinuetobecureduntil28dorthedesignage.1、一般規(guī)定

Rawmaterials1、水泥進(jìn)場時(shí)，應(yīng)對其品種、代號、強(qiáng)度等級、包裝或散裝編號、出廠日期等進(jìn)行檢查，并應(yīng)對水泥的強(qiáng)度、安定性和凝結(jié)時(shí)間進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《通用硅酸鹽水泥》GB?175的相關(guān)規(guī)定。1.Whencemententersthesite,itsvariety,code,strengthgrade,packagingorbulknumber,factorydate,etc.shouldbeinspected,andthestrength,stability,andsettingtimeofthecementshouldbeinspected.Theinspectionresultsshouldcomplywiththerelevantprovisionsofthecurrentnationalstandard"GeneralPortlandCement"GB175.2、原材料

Rawmaterials檢查數(shù)量：按同一廠家、同一品種、同一代號、同一強(qiáng)度等級、同一批號且連續(xù)進(jìn)場的水泥，袋裝不超過200t為一批，散裝不超過500t為一批，每批抽樣數(shù)量不應(yīng)少于一次。Inspectionquantity:Forcementfromthesamemanufacturer,variety,code,strengthgrade,batchnumber,andcontinuouslyenteringthesite,bagscontainingnomorethan200tshallbeconsideredasonebatch,andbulkcontainingnomorethan500tshallbeconsideredasonebatch.Thesamplingquantityforeachbatchshallnotbelessthanone.檢驗(yàn)方法：檢查質(zhì)量證明文件和抽樣檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。Inspectionmethod:Checkthequalitycertificatedocumentsandsamplinginspectionreports.2、原材料

Rawmaterials2、混凝土外加劑進(jìn)場時(shí)，應(yīng)對其品種、性能、出廠日期等進(jìn)行檢查，并應(yīng)對外加劑的相關(guān)性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土外加劑》GB?8076和《混凝土外加劑應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)范》GB?50119等的規(guī)定。2.Whenconcreteadmixturesenterthesite,theirvariety,performance,productiondate,etc.shouldbeinspected,andtherelevantperformanceindicatorsoftheadmixturesshouldbeinspected.Theinspectionresultsshouldcomplywiththecurrentnationalstandardssuchas"ConcreteAdmixtures"GB8076and"TechnicalSpecificationfortheApplicationofConcreteAdmixtures"GB50119.檢查數(shù)量：按同一廠家、同一品種、同一性能、同一批號且連續(xù)進(jìn)場的混凝土外加劑，不超過50t為一批，每批抽樣數(shù)最不應(yīng)少于一次。Inspectionquantity:Forconcreteadmixturesfromthesamemanufacturer,variety,performance,batchnumber,andcontinuouslyenteringthesite,abatchofnomorethan50tonsshallbeconsideredasabatch,andeachbatchshallbesampledatleastonce.檢驗(yàn)方法：檢查質(zhì)量證明文件和抽樣檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。Inspectionmethod:Checkthequalitycertificatedocumentsandsamplinginspectionreports.2、原材料
