3.2ThePrincipalshallensurethattheproductsandservicesofferedtotheAgent'scustomersareofhighqualityandmeettherequiredstandards.

4.ObligationsoftheAgent

4.1TheAgentshalluseitsbesteffortstointroducenewcustomersandincreasesalesofthePrincipal'sproductsandserviceswithintheterritoryof___________________________.

5.Confidentiality

6.2UponterminationofthisContract,theAgentandtheSub-AgentshallhavenoclaimagainstthePrincipalforanycommissionsthatmayhavebeenearnedbutnotyetpaid.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
