演講人:日期:世界艾滋病日英文目錄WorldAIDSDayOverviewGlobalImpactofAIDSPreventionandEducationMeasuresTreatmentandCareforAIDSPatientsChallengesFacedinFightingAIDSGlobally01WorldAIDSDayOverviewRaisingAwarenessWorldAIDSDayisobservedtoraiseawarenessabouttheAIDSpandemiccausedbythespreadofHIVinfectionCombiningStigmaandDiscriminationItaimstocombatstigmaanddiscriminationagainstpeoplelivingwithHIV/AIDSShowingSupportThedayalsoservesasanopportunitytoshowsupportforpeoplelivingwithHIV/AIDSandrememberthosewhohavediedfromthediseasePurposeandSignificanceEstablishmentWorldAIDSDaywasfirstconceptualizedinAugust1987byJamesW.BunnandThomasNetter,twopublicinformationofficersfortheGlobalProgramonAIDSattheWorldHealthOrganizationinGeneva,SwitzerlandOfficialRecognitionItwasfirstobservedonDecember1,1988,andhasbeenobservedannuallysincethenSymbolTheredribbon,whichhasbecometheuniversalsymbolofawarenessandsupportregisteringHIV/AIDS,wascreatedfortheinauguralWorldAIDSDayin1991bytheVisualAIDSArtistsCaucusHistoryandOriginTheUnitedNationsanditsagencies,includingAIDSandtheWorldHealthOrganization,playasignificantroleinpromotingandcoordinatingWorldAIDSDayactivitiesManygovernmentsandnongovernmentalorganizationsaroundtheworldalsoobserveWorldAIDSDaybyorganizingeventsandcampaignstoraiseawarenessandmobilesupportforpeoplelivingwithHIV/AIDSNumerouscellsandinfluencersusetheirplatformstospeakoutaboutHIV/AIDSandresourcetheirfollowerstogettested,knowtheirstatus,andsupportthoselivingwiththevirusUnitedNationsGovernmentsandNGOsCelebritiesandInfluencersInternationalObserversAnnualThemesEveryyear,WorldAIDSDayhasaspecificthemethatfocusesonaspecificaspectoftheHIV/AIDSpandemic2022ThemeThethemeforWorldAIDSDaywas"Equalize",callingforequalaccesstoHIVprevention,testing,treatment,andcareservicesforeveryone,whereverThemefortheYearPreviousthemesPreviousthemeshaveincluded"Knowyourstatus"(2017),"Communitiesmakethedifference"(2019),and"Globalstability,sharedresponsibility"(2020),amongothersThesethemeshaveemphasizedtheimportanceofcommunityengagement,sharedresponsibility,andglobalstabilityinthefightagainstHIV/AIDSThemefortheYear02GlobalImpactofAIDSGlobalValidity01Accordingtothelateststatistics,over38millionpeopleworldwidearelivingwithHIV,withapproximately1.5millionnewinfectionsoccurringannuallyMortalityRates02AIDSrelatedillnessesareoneoftheleadingcausesofdeathglobally,withapproximately690000AIDSrelateddeathsreportedin2020GeographicDistribution03WhileAIDSeffectsallregionsoftheworld,subSaharaAfricaremainsthemostseverelyaffected,accountingformorethantwothingsofallnewHIVinfectionsStatisticalOverviewKeyPopulationCertaingroupsaredisproportionatelyaffectedbyHIV,includingmenwhohavesexwithmen,peoplewhoinjectdrugs,sexworkers,andtransgenderpeopleVulnerableGroupsPeoplelivinginpower,thosewithlimitedaccesstohealthcare,andindividualsinconflictorpostconflictsettingsarealsoatincreasedriskofHIVinfectionWomenandGirlsGlobally,womenandgirlsaccountfornearlyhalfofallnewHIVinfections,withyoungwomenphysicallyvulnerableduetoacombinationofbiological,behavioral,andstructuralfactorsAffectedPopulationStigmaanddiscriminationPeoplelivingwithHIVoftenfacestigmaanddiscrimination,whichcanleadtosocialisolation,lossofincomeandemploymentopportunities,andpoormentalhealthoutcomesOrphanedandVulnerableChildrenTheAIDSepidemichasleftmillionsofchildrenorphanedorvulnerable,withmanyfactoringpower,anger,andlimitedaccesstoeducationandhealthcareEconomicBurdenTheeconomicburdenofAIDSissignificant,withthecostoftreatmentandcareaswellasthelossofproductivityduetoillnessanddeathhavingamajorimpactonhouses,communities,andnationsSocialandEconomicImpactTreatmentandCareSignificantprogresshasbeenmadeinthedevelopmentandavailabilityofantiviraltherapy(ART),whichhastransformedAIDSfromafataldiseaseintoamanageablechronicIllnessformanypeoplePreventionStrategiesEffectivepreventionstrategies,suchastheprovisionofcleanneedsandsymmetriesforpeoplewhoinvestindrugsandthepromotionofsafesexpractices,havebeenimplementedinmanycountriesProgressinCombatingAIDSGlobalCommitmentTheglobalcommitmenttoendingtheAIDSepidemichasneverbeenstronger,withtheUnitedNationsPoliticalDeclarationonHIVandAIDScallingforboldactiontoensurethateveryoneliveswithHIVhasaccesstotreatmentby2030InnovationsinResearchOngoingresearchcontinuestoyieldnewinsightsintothevirusandpotentialcurvesorvacancies,offeringscopeforafuturewithoutAIDSProgressinCombatingAIDS03PreventionandEducationMeasuresUtilizingtelevision,radio,newspapers,andsocialmediatodisseminateinformationaboutHIV/AIDSprevention,treatment,andcareMassMediaEngagingcommunityleadersandinfluencerstospreadawarenessandresourceopendiscussionaboutHIV/AIDSCommunityOutreachOrganizingeventssuchasMarches,Rallies,andconcernstoraiseawarenessandmobilesupportforpeoplelivingwithHIV/AIDSTheoreticalEventsAwarenessCampaignsSexualHealthEducationEncouragingindividualstotakecontroloftheirsexualhealthandmakeinformeddecisionsabouttheirbehaviorEmpowermentandDecisionMakingProvidingaccuracyandageappropriateinformationaboutHIV/AIDStransmission,preventionmethods,andindividualhealthCo
