1.GoodsandQuantity:

2.PriceandPayment:

3.Delivery:

4.InspectionandAcceptance:

TheBuyershallinspectthegoodsupondeliveryandshallhavetherighttorejectanygoodsthatdonotconformtothespecifications,quality,andquantityassetforthintheScheduleofGoods.AnyrejectedgoodsshallbereturnedtotheSellerattheSeller'sexpense.

5.Warranties:

TheSellerwarrantsthatthegoodsshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandshallconformtothespecifications,quality,andquantityassetforthintheScheduleofGoods.TheSellershallprovidetheBuyerwithawarrantyperiodof[Number]daysfromthedateofdelivery.

6.TerminationandCancellation:

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:
