列車級(jí)主機(jī)的顯示界面及操作ZHENGZHOURAILWAYVOCATIONAL&TECHNICALCOLLEGE客車電氣裝置/BUSELECTRICALINSTALLATIONSpeaker主講人Songhuijuan宋慧娟列車級(jí)主機(jī)的顯示界面列車級(jí)主機(jī)Train-levelmainengine將實(shí)時(shí)獲得的數(shù)據(jù)以方便直觀的形式呈現(xiàn)，顯示器為觸摸式顯示屏，通過觸摸屏幕相應(yīng)位置即可完成對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各種操作。Thetrain-levelhostenginepresentsthedataobtainedinreal-timeinaconvenientandintuitiveform.Thedisplayisatouchscreen,andvariousoperationsonthesystemcanbecompletedbytouchingthecorrespondingpositiononthescreen.人機(jī)交互界面包括以下五個(gè)主要頁面：Thehuman-computerinteractioninterfaceincludesfollowingfivemainpages:界面下方的五個(gè)按鈕分別對(duì)應(yīng)上述頁面，觸摸相應(yīng)按鈕，可切換至各頁面。Thefivebuttonsatthebottomoftheinterfacecorrespondtotheabovepages,andyoucanswitchtoeachpagebytouchingthecorrespondingbutton.

主頁面mainpage車廂監(jiān)測(cè)carmonitoring系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)systemmonitoring修改車號(hào)modifyvehiclenumber查看記錄viewrecord列車級(jí)主機(jī)的顯示界面界面頂部Topoftheinterface為列車基本運(yùn)行信息，包含:Atthetopoftheinterfaceisthebasictrainoperationinformation,containing:運(yùn)行工況Operatingconditions運(yùn)行速度Operatingspeed運(yùn)行時(shí)間Runningtime運(yùn)行里程Runningmileage系統(tǒng)當(dāng)前時(shí)間Systemcurrenttime底部Underside為頁面切換按鈕，用以切換頁面。Atthebottomisapageswitchbuttontoswitchpages.

列車級(jí)主機(jī)的顯示界面本頁面信息包括：Theinformationonthispageincludes：為列車速度表及速度變化曲線；Theupperleftisthetrainspeedometerandspeedchangecurve;為列車管壓力表及頭尾車列車管壓力變化曲線；Theupperrightisthetrainpipepressuregaugeandthetrainpipepressurechangecurveoftheheadandtailcars;左邊給出系統(tǒng)的顏色方案定義，右邊給出系統(tǒng)的一些重要操作提示或編組信息；Theleftpartofthemiddlepartshowsthedefinitionofthecolorschemeofthesystem,andtherightpartgivessomeimportantoperationpromptsorgroupingofthesysteminformation;表格囊括了所有車廂監(jiān)測(cè)各子系統(tǒng)的狀況，橫向?yàn)檐噹?hào)，縱向?yàn)楸O(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)名稱，縱橫相交的方格以顏色變化的實(shí)心圓表示對(duì)應(yīng)車廂相應(yīng)子系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)。Thetablebelowincludesthestatusofallmonitoringsubsystemsinallcarriages,thehorizontalisthecarnumber,theverticalisthenameofthemonitoringsystem,andtheverticalandhorizontalintersectingsquaresrepresentthestatusofthecorrespondingsubsystemsinthecorrespondingcarwithasolidcircleofchangingcolor.

列車級(jí)主機(jī)的顯示界面本頁面顯示列車組網(wǎng)信息（車號(hào)與車順號(hào)）。可對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)各節(jié)點(diǎn)的車號(hào)和車順號(hào)進(jìn)行修改，達(dá)到與實(shí)際編組情況一致的目的。Thepageformodifyingtrainnumbersdisplaystrainnetworkinformation(carnumberandtrainsequencenumber).Thecarnumberandcarordernumberofeachnodeinthenetworkcanbemodifiedtoachievethepurposeofbeingconsistentwiththeactualmarshalingsituation.4、修改車號(hào)頁面Modifyvehiclenumberpage

列車級(jí)主機(jī)的顯示界面該頁面提供列車本次運(yùn)行后發(fā)生的所有報(bào)警與故障事件，在非正常情況下，可能出現(xiàn)過多故障，系統(tǒng)最多記錄1000條，當(dāng)超過1000條記錄時(shí)，系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)刪除前500條并在其后繼續(xù)記錄。Theviewrecordpageprovidesallalarmandfaulteventsthatoccurredafterthecurrenttrainoperation,underabnormalconditions,theremaybetoomanyfaultsandthesystemcanrecordupto1000,whenmorethan1000records,thesystemwillautomaticallydeletethefirst500recordsandcontinuetorecordthereafter.5、查看記錄頁面Checkrecordpage列車級(jí)主機(jī)的操作接通電源Turnonthepower.1查看監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果Checkmonitoringresult.2系統(tǒng)操作流程如下Train-levelmainengineoperation查看整車數(shù)據(jù)：按主頁面按鈕切換到主頁面，若發(fā)現(xiàn)3號(hào)車制動(dòng)子系統(tǒng)對(duì)應(yīng)表格為紅，表明該車制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)報(bào)警或故障。Checkvehicledata:pressthehomepagebuttontoswitchtothemainpage,ifthecorrespondingformofcarNo.3brakingsubsystem

isfoundtobered,itindicatesthatthebrakingsystemofthiscarhasanalarmorfailure.(1)通過主頁面，發(fā)現(xiàn)3車制動(dòng)子系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障，可以按車廂監(jiān)測(cè)切換至詳細(xì)數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容頁面，以查看制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)故障的詳細(xì)信息。Throughthemainpage,itisfoundthatvehicle3brakingsubsystemisfaulty,press"CarriageMonitoring"toswitchtothedetaileddatacontentpagetoviewthedetailedinformationaboutthebrakesystemfault.(2)需要了解某監(jiān)測(cè)子系統(tǒng)在整車的工作情況時(shí)，可以進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)再切換至對(duì)應(yīng)的子系統(tǒng)。Whenyouneedtoknowtheworkingstatusofacertainmonitoringsubsysteminthewholevehicle,youcanenterthesystemmonitoringandthenswitchtothecorrespondingsubsystem.(3)列車級(jí)主機(jī)的操作數(shù)據(jù)下載Datadownload.3關(guān)機(jī)：直接切斷電源。Shutdown:cutoffthepowerdirectly.4在需要將客車安全監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)下載時(shí)，可在主機(jī)箱CPU卡的USB口中插入符合USB1.1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的USB移動(dòng)硬盤，系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)將未下載的數(shù)據(jù)下載。Whenitisnecessarytodownloadthepassengercarsafetymonitoringdata,aUSBmobileharddiskconformingtotheUSB1.1standardcanbeinsertedintotheUSBportoftheCPUcardofthemainbox,thesystemwillautomaticallydownloadtheundownloadeddata.為確保新的數(shù)據(jù)有足夠的空間，系統(tǒng)僅保留三天內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù)，并且在下載成功后自動(dòng)刪除系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部保存的數(shù)據(jù)。Toensurethatthereisenoughspacefornewdata,thesystemonlyretainsdatawithinthreedaysandautomaticallydeletesthedatastoredinthesystemafterthedownloadissuccessful.系統(tǒng)操作流程如下Train-levelmainengineoperation列車級(jí)主機(jī)的操作列車級(jí)主機(jī)的顯示界面。
