Economicsfocusesonthebehaviorandinteractionsofeconomicagentsandhoweconomieswork.Microeconomicsanalyzesbasicelementsintheeconomy,includingindividualagentsandmarkets,theirinteractions,andtheoutcomesofinteractions.Individualagentsmayinclude,forexample,households,firms,buyers,andsellers.Macroeconomicsanalyzestheentireeconomy(meaningaggregatedproduction,consumption,saving,andinvestment)andissuesaffectingit,includingunemploymentofresources(labor,capital,andland),inflation,economicgrowth,andthepublicpoliciesthataddresstheseissues(monetary,fiscal,andotherpolicies).Seeglossaryofeconomics.
