前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則
第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)定
起草。
本文件代替GB/T13397—2008《合金內(nèi)氧化法銀金屬氧化物電觸頭技術(shù)條件》,與GB/T13397—2008
相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)刪除了部分術(shù)語和定義(見2008年版的3.1~3.4);
b)更改了外觀毛刺高度指標(見4.1,2008年版的4.1);
c)增加了預(yù)氧化法銀金屬氧化物電觸頭的技術(shù)指標(見表1、表2);
d)增加了內(nèi)氧化法銀氧化鎘(17)、銀氧化鎘(20)、銀氧化鋅(12)的技術(shù)指標(見表1、
表2);
e)刪除了金相組織的其他要求(見2008年版的4.6);
f)更改了金相組織的檢測方法(見5.5,2008年版的5.5);
g)更改了硬度、金相組織的抽樣方案及判定規(guī)則(見6.4.4、表4,2008年版的6.4.4、表3);
h)更改了化學成分、密度和電阻率的抽樣方案及判定規(guī)則(見6.4.3、表3,2008年版的6.4.3);
i)增加了對標志、包裝、運輸和貯存的特別說明(見7.5);
j)更改了銀氧化銅中銅含量的測定方法(見附錄A,2008年版的附錄B)。

技術(shù)規(guī)范
1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了合金內(nèi)氧化工藝(包括內(nèi)氧化工藝和預(yù)氧化工藝)制造的銀氧化鎘、銀氧化鋅、銀氧
化銅等銀金屬氧化物片狀電觸頭(以下簡稱“電觸頭”)的要求、檢驗規(guī)則、標志、包裝、運輸和貯
存,描述了相應(yīng)的檢測方法。
本文件適用于合金內(nèi)氧化工藝制造的銀氧化鎘、銀氧化鋅、銀氧化銅等銀金屬氧化物片狀電觸頭,
這些產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于各種低壓開關(guān)電器。
