前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T21220—2007《軟磁金屬材料》,與GB/T21220—2007相比除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯
性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
——更改了E1類合金中的銅、釩等元素典型成分范圍(見表2,2007年版的表1);
——更改了E類合金在某些條件下的振幅磁導(dǎo)率(見表3,2007年版的表2);
——更改了E類合金在某些條件下的最低磁極化強(qiáng)度規(guī)定值(見表4,2007年版的表3);
——增加了F類合金在2800A/m條件下最低磁極化強(qiáng)度的規(guī)定(見表4);
——更改了E類合金的尺寸限制范圍(見表1,2007年版的表5)。
本文件修改采用IEC60404?8?6:2016《磁性材料第8-6部分:單項(xiàng)材料規(guī)范軟磁金屬材料》。
本文件與IEC60404?8?6:2016相比做了下述結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整:
——增加了4.6、5.2;
——5.1對應(yīng)IEC60404?8?6:2016的第5章;
——表1對應(yīng)IEC60404?8?6:2016的表5,表2~表5分別對應(yīng)IEC60404?8?6:2016的
表1~表4;
——增加了資料性附錄A。
本文件與IEC60404?8?6:2016的技術(shù)差異及其原因如下:
——用GB/T21219—2023、GB/T43344—2023、GB/T17951.2—2014、GB/T2521.1—2016和
GB/T2521.2—2016替換了第1章范圍中的引用文件IEC60404?1、IEC60404?8?10、
IEC60404?8?3、IEC60404?8?4、IEC60404?8?7(見第1章),以適應(yīng)我國的技術(shù)條件;
——用GB/T2900.60—2002、GB/T2900.74—2008和GB/T9637—2001替換了第3章術(shù)語和
定義引導(dǎo)語中的引用文件IEC60050?121、IEC60050?131、IEC60050?221,以適應(yīng)我國的技術(shù)
條件;
——用GB/T17505—2016、GB/T18253—2018、GB/T13012—2008、GB/T13888—2024、
GB/T3655—2022、GB/T3658—2022、YB/T4292—2012和GB/T21219—2023分別替換
了ISO404、ISO10474、IEC60404?4、IEC60404?7、IEC60404?2、IEC60404?6、IEC60404?9、
IEC60404?1(見8.1、8.3.1、8.3.2、8.4.3、第9章和表2),以適應(yīng)我國的技術(shù)條件;
——?jiǎng)h除了E.S型試樣長徑比中引用的IEC60404?7(見3.2),因本文件未涉及長徑比;
——增加了鐵鉻軟磁合金分類方法、牌號及相關(guān)技術(shù)要求(見4.6、5.2和附錄A),以適應(yīng)我國的技
術(shù)條件。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動(dòng):
——為與我國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)調(diào),將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱改為《軟磁金屬材料》;
——增加了資料性附錄“鐵鉻軟磁合金類別及磁性能要求”。

1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了純鐵、鐵硅、鐵鎳和鐵鈷、鐵鉻的一般要求、磁性能及尺寸公差,描述了相應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)方
法。材料可以棒材、坯、片材、帶材或線材的形式供貨,純鐵、鐵硅、鐵鎳和鐵鈷材料與GB/T21219—
2023磁性材料類別中的A,C1,C2,E1至E4及F1至F3規(guī)定的合金材料相對應(yīng)。
本文件適用于繼電器的磁性材料純鐵和鋼被GB/T43344—2023涵蓋,GB/T43344—2023在磁
性能上對純鐵(A類)和鐵硅(C21、C22類)的規(guī)定條款不如本文件規(guī)定的細(xì),但給出了更寬的尺寸
公差。
本文件適用于工頻下無取向和取向電工鋼(C21及C22類)按比總損耗分類,被GB/T17951.2—
2014、GB/T2521.1—2016和GB/T2521.2—2016涵蓋。
本文件適用于按比總損耗分類的中頻下的無取向和取向電工鋼,它們被IEC60404?8?8涵蓋。
