一、服務(wù)內(nèi)容

1.乙方應(yīng)根據(jù)甲方的實(shí)際需求，提供IT運(yùn)維服務(wù)，包括但不限于服務(wù)器維護(hù)、

2.乙方需確保服務(wù)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性，保證服務(wù)按時(shí)有效完成。

3.乙方應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況提供相應(yīng)的服務(wù)報(bào)告和技術(shù)支持。

二、服務(wù)期限

本合同自雙方簽署之日起生效，至_____年月日止。

三、服務(wù)費(fèi)用

1.甲方應(yīng)按照合同約定的費(fèi)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)，按時(shí)足額支付服務(wù)費(fèi)用。
