隨著本學(xué)期我校各項(xiàng)工作的結(jié)束,每周一、二、四下午兩節(jié)課后的職
業(yè)教育活動(dòng)也告一段落,根據(jù)檢查的情況和各個(gè)小組教師們的實(shí)際工
作和上繳材料的檢查,現(xiàn)將本學(xué)期各組的工作做一匯總,請(qǐng)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審

1、各個(gè)小組的教師們能夠根據(jù)學(xué)期初學(xué)校總的工作思路安排,寫(xiě)出
自己詳盡的工作計(jì)劃,針對(duì)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況安排相應(yīng)的訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容。(1.

如:自理一組張維平、張玉梅、王紅梅、孫彩霞、二組劉佩蓉、孫文
靜、關(guān)金平、趙新華幾位教師,他們這兩個(gè)組所面對(duì)的學(xué)生是我校殘
障程度最為嚴(yán)重的,他們有的沒(méi)有語(yǔ)言,有的只會(huì)說(shuō)出幾個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的詞
語(yǔ),動(dòng)手能力、肢體協(xié)調(diào)能力、手眼的協(xié)調(diào)能力都很差,但老師們能
夠根據(jù)學(xué)校提供的簡(jiǎn)單器材,如:積木、圖片、玩具、彩紙、珠子、
拼圖、投影等載體來(lái)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生們參與的意識(shí),使他們感受到與老師、
伙伴在一起的快樂(lè)。(Suchas:self-careofagroupofteachers
suchasZhangWeiping,ZhangYumei,WangHongmei,SunCaixia,
LiuPeirong,SunWenjing,GuanJinping,andZhaoXinhuainthe

絹花制作小組的于學(xué)華、高嵐、李秋云、李祥娟、韓娜幾位教師,為
了提高學(xué)生們的訓(xùn)練積極性,在校內(nèi)外的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中將自己制作的作
品充分展示,如2010、、28在北京體育大學(xué)舉辦的北京市首屆特殊教
育學(xué)??鞓?lè)運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上絹花制品擺上了主席臺(tái),當(dāng)這一切看在學(xué)生們的
眼里時(shí),激發(fā)了他們更為濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)制作興趣。(YuXuehua,GaoLan,

崔保倉(cāng)老師獨(dú)立帶領(lǐng)的傳統(tǒng)工藝小組,可以用五個(gè)字概括他的努力工
作,那就是“帶、輔導(dǎo)、服務(wù)”。在崔老師的努力下,本學(xué)期能夠出
現(xiàn)泥塑作品3件、翦紙作品五件的好成績(jī)。(Thetraditionalcrafts

王東偉、王培華老師負(fù)責(zé)的美術(shù)小組本學(xué)期以讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)掌握繪畫(huà)的
基本技法為己任,他們的學(xué)生不僅有室內(nèi)的理論學(xué)習(xí),而且還讓他們
參與實(shí)踐,給學(xué)生以動(dòng)手的機(jī)會(huì),特別是在今年的奧運(yùn)繪畫(huà)比賽中展
現(xiàn)出了他們的才華,讓學(xué)生們通過(guò)自己的雙手進(jìn)行描繪,切身感受到
了“美術(shù)來(lái)源于生活而美化生活”。(TheartteamheadedbyWang

學(xué)生的喜好和平時(shí)的表現(xiàn)情況、失調(diào)狀況,來(lái)制定適合孩子訓(xùn)練的計(jì)
劃,應(yīng)急方案。通過(guò)教師一對(duì)一的訓(xùn)練指導(dǎo),合理安排訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度,激
發(fā)學(xué)生們的訓(xùn)練興趣,他們還能夠在工作中根據(jù)每個(gè)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情
況,及時(shí)調(diào)整訓(xùn)練方案,以新的訓(xùn)練方法指導(dǎo)學(xué)生,通過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的
努力,學(xué)生們的失調(diào)能力不僅得到了較大的改善,語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力也有

體育小組的劉賀江、張立平、李樹(shù)林、李萬(wàn)新、徐學(xué)森幾位老師通過(guò)
合理分工,明確各自職責(zé),主要開(kāi)展了以壘球、足球?yàn)橛?xùn)練內(nèi)容的活
動(dòng),他們能夠針對(duì)重點(diǎn)隊(duì)員加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo),個(gè)別協(xié)調(diào)能力較差的學(xué)員重點(diǎn)
幫扶,通過(guò)努力,他們訓(xùn)練的學(xué)生們參加了2010、、28在北京體育大
學(xué)舉辦的北京市首屆特殊教育學(xué)??鞓?lè)運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的表演,獲得了全市同
行的贊譽(yù)。(TheteachersofthesportsteamLiuHejiang,Zhang
Liping,LiShulin,LiWanxin,andXuXuesenclarifiedtheir
responsibilitiesthroughareasonabledivisionoflabor,and
mainlycarriedoutactivitieswithsoftballandfootballasthe
trainingcontent.Theywereabletostrengthenguidanceforkey
players,andindividualcoordinationskillswerepoor.The
traineesfocusedonassistance.Throughhardwork,thestudents
theytrainedparticipatedintheperformanceofthefirst
BeijingSpecialEducationSchoolHappyGamesheldatBeijing
SportUniversityon28th,2010,andwonpraisefromcolleagues
inthecity.)
高寧、任靜東、王占東、徐淑云老師負(fù)責(zé)的音樂(lè)小組把發(fā)聲方法、唱
歌技巧作為訓(xùn)練的重點(diǎn),同時(shí)對(duì)學(xué)生開(kāi)始了識(shí)譜和視唱、節(jié)奏的學(xué)習(xí)。
通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練,學(xué)生知道了唱歌時(shí)“聲音要往眉心送,口腔、牙關(guān)要
打開(kāi),高音用輕聲,咬字吐字要清晰,唱歌要用心有感情”等方法,
學(xué)會(huì)了五首歌曲。(ThemusicgroupheadedbyGaoNing,Ren
Jingdong,WangZhandong,andXuShuyunfocusedonvocalization
methodsandsingingskills,andatthesametimebegantolearn
notation,sightsinging,andrhythmforstudents.Through
learningandtraining,studentslearnedthatwhensinging,“the
voiceshouldbesenttothecenteroftheeyebrows,themouth
andteethshouldbeopened,thehighpitchshouldbesoft,the
wordsshouldbeclear,andthesingingshouldbeattentiveand
emotional“andothermethods,andlearnedfivesongs.)
廖茜、王淑敏老師負(fù)責(zé)的舞蹈小組本學(xué)期的前半階段主要對(duì)過(guò)去的優(yōu)
秀節(jié)目進(jìn)行了重新排練,如:《草原魂》、《激情似火》、《馬刀》、《韓
舞》等,為完成學(xué)校安排的外演任務(wù)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。他們?cè)诤蟀?/p>
階段以排練新劇目為主要工作,現(xiàn)已基本成型的有一個(gè)傣族舞蹈和一
個(gè)六人女子舞蹈。不論是新老節(jié)目,兩位老師均是為了更好的完成學(xué)
校布置的演出任務(wù)。因此在工作中不管是在動(dòng)作感覺(jué)上還是表演上,
都有嚴(yán)格的要求,正因?yàn)樗麄儗?duì)學(xué)生的嚴(yán)要求,才是我們學(xué)校的拳頭
產(chǎn)品長(zhǎng)盛不衰。(Inthefirsthalfofthesemester,thedanceteam
ledbyLiaoQianandWangShuminre-rehearsedtheexcellent
programsofthepast,suchas:"PrairieSoul","PassionLike
Fire","Saber","HanDance”,etc.,tocompleteTheoutreach
tasksarrangedbytheschoollaidagoodfoundation.Inthe
secondhalfofthestage,theyfocusedonrehearsingthenew
repertoire,andnowtheyhavebasicallyformedaDaidanceand
asix-persondance.Whetherit'sneworoldprograms,thetwo
teachersaretobettercompletetheperformancetasksassigned
bytheschool.Therefore,therearestrictrequirementsinthe
work,whetherinthesenseofmovementorperformance.Itis
preciselybecauseoftheirstrictrequirementsonstudentsthat
ourschool'skeyproductswilllastforever.)
趙鳳霞、侯桂香老師負(fù)責(zé)的腦癱康復(fù)小組克服了學(xué)校腦癱康復(fù)室被占
用給訓(xùn)練帶來(lái)的種種困難,以學(xué)校操場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有器材和簡(jiǎn)陋的活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地為
戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),根據(jù)學(xué)生實(shí)際情況的不同,分別制定訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃,實(shí)施活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,
通過(guò)他們的努力,調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生積極參與的興趣,使得這些學(xué)生在各個(gè)
方面均有不同程度的提高。(Thecerebralpalsyrehabilitation

2、上述各個(gè)小組的教師們的工作,均是在我?;顒?dòng)場(chǎng)地有限,沒(méi)有
專業(yè)教室,均非專業(yè)教師的情況下,創(chuàng)造性地完成的,他們的勞動(dòng)付
出才使得我校的這一活動(dòng)能順利地開(kāi)展,因此應(yīng)把贊譽(yù)毫不吝嗇得給

高寧、任靜東、王占東、徐淑云老師負(fù)責(zé)的音樂(lè)小組把發(fā)聲方法、唱
歌技巧作為訓(xùn)練的重點(diǎn),同時(shí)對(duì)學(xué)生開(kāi)始了識(shí)譜和視唱、節(jié)奏的學(xué)習(xí)。
通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練,學(xué)生知道了唱歌時(shí)“聲音要往眉心送,口腔、牙關(guān)要
打開(kāi),高音用輕聲,咬字吐字要清晰,唱歌要用心有感情”等方法,
學(xué)會(huì)了五首歌曲。(ThemusicgroupheadedbyGaoNing,Ren
Jingdong,WangZhandong,andXuShuyunfocusedonvocalization
methodsandsingingskills,andatthesametimebegantolearn
notation,sightsinging,andrhythmforstudents.Through

廖茜、王淑敏老師負(fù)責(zé)的舞蹈小組本學(xué)期的前半階段主要對(duì)過(guò)去的優(yōu)
秀節(jié)目進(jìn)行了重新排練,如:《草原魂》、《激情似火》、《馬刀》、《韓
舞》等,為完成學(xué)校安排的外演任務(wù)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。他們?cè)诤蟀?/p>
階段以排練新劇目為主要工作,現(xiàn)已基本成型的有一個(gè)傣族舞蹈和一
個(gè)六人女子舞蹈。不論是新老節(jié)目,兩位老師均是為了更好的完成學(xué)
校布置的演出任務(wù)。因此在工作中不管是在動(dòng)作感覺(jué)上還是表演上,
都有嚴(yán)格的要求,正因?yàn)樗麄儗?duì)學(xué)生的嚴(yán)要求,才是我們學(xué)校的拳頭

用給訓(xùn)練帶來(lái)的種種困難,以學(xué)校操場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有器材和簡(jiǎn)陋的活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地為
戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),根據(jù)學(xué)生實(shí)際情況的不同,分別制定訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃,實(shí)施活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,
通過(guò)他們的努力,調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生積極參與的興趣,使得這些學(xué)生在各個(gè)

專業(yè)教室,均非專業(yè)教師的情況下,創(chuàng)造性地完成的,他們的勞動(dòng)付
出才使得我校的這一活動(dòng)能順利地開(kāi)展,因此應(yīng)把贊譽(yù)毫不吝嗇得給

1、各個(gè)小組的教師們能夠根據(jù)學(xué)期初學(xué)校總的工作思路安排,寫(xiě)出
自己詳盡的工作計(jì)劃,針對(duì)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況安排相應(yīng)的訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容。(1.

如:自理一組張維平、張玉梅、王紅梅、孫彩霞、二組劉佩蓉、孫文
靜、關(guān)金平、趙新華幾位教師,他們這兩個(gè)組所面對(duì)的學(xué)生是我校殘
障程度最為嚴(yán)重的,他們有的沒(méi)有語(yǔ)言,有的只會(huì)說(shuō)出幾個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的詞
語(yǔ),動(dòng)手能力、肢體協(xié)調(diào)能力、手眼的協(xié)調(diào)能力都很差,但老師們能
夠根據(jù)學(xué)校提供的簡(jiǎn)單器材,如:積木、圖片、玩具、彩紙、珠子、
拼圖、投影等載體來(lái)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生們參與的意識(shí),使他們感受到與老師、
伙伴在一起的快樂(lè)。(Suchas:self-careofagroupofteachers

了提高學(xué)生們的訓(xùn)練積極性,在校內(nèi)外的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中將自己制作的作

崔保倉(cāng)老師獨(dú)立帶領(lǐng)的傳統(tǒng)工藝小組,可以用五個(gè)字概括他的努力工
作,那就是“帶、輔導(dǎo)、服務(wù)”。在崔老師的努力下,本學(xué)期能夠出

基本技法為己任,他們的學(xué)生不僅有室內(nèi)的理論學(xué)習(xí),而且還讓他們
參與實(shí)踐,給學(xué)生以動(dòng)手的機(jī)會(huì),特別是在今年的奧運(yùn)繪畫(huà)比賽中展
現(xiàn)出了他們的才華,讓學(xué)生們通過(guò)自己的雙手進(jìn)行描繪,切身感受到

紀(jì)曉月、馬春輝、曹秀麗幾位老師負(fù)責(zé)的感覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練的學(xué)生中有明
顯自閉癥的、多動(dòng)癥的學(xué)生,他們?cè)陂_(kāi)學(xué)初通過(guò)向各個(gè)班的老師了解
學(xué)生的喜好和平時(shí)的表現(xiàn)情況、失調(diào)狀況,來(lái)制定適合孩子訓(xùn)練的計(jì)
劃,應(yīng)急方案。通過(guò)教師一對(duì)一的訓(xùn)練指導(dǎo),合理安排訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度,激
發(fā)學(xué)生們的訓(xùn)練興趣,他們還能夠在工作中根據(jù)每個(gè)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情
況,及時(shí)調(diào)整訓(xùn)練方案,以新的訓(xùn)練方法指導(dǎo)學(xué)生,通過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的
努力,學(xué)生們的失調(diào)能力不僅得到了較大的改善,語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力也有
