教學反思：

成功之處：1、在教學過程中我注重學生的聽、說、讀、寫綜合能力，鼓勵他們

大膽的說并運用到實際中去。創(chuàng)造條件讓學生能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)他們自己的一些問題，并

自主解決。2、鼓勵學生大聲的朗讀課文并背誦，使自己聽得見自己的聲音，漸漸

做到流利，順暢。促進學生互相學習，互相幫助，體驗成就感。3、后進生上課

時注意往往不夠集中，我就將教材化難為易，化多為少，精講多練，課堂上盡量

創(chuàng)造愉快的氛圍。他們由于羞怯心理往往怕開口，我盡量將難易適度的問題去問

他們；叫他們到黑板上寫有把握的句子；朗讀事先已讀過多遍的課文，當他們回

答正確時，我總是面常笑容地說：“ve與good"。這樣，后進生的參與意識大

大地加強，消除了畏懼心理。

不足之處：由于教學內(nèi)容要面向全體學生，照顧后進生的學習情況，在時間的

安排上顯得有點倉促，不能有足夠的時間讓學生說的能力得到充分體現(xiàn)。
