引言

食品飲料等行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展離不開包裝,PET瓶以其價(jià)格便宜、重量輕、易于成型、性能良好、

便于運(yùn)輸?shù)葍?yōu)勢,得到了廣泛使用。為了構(gòu)建高質(zhì)量現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟(jì)體系、解決污染問題,推廣輕量化

PET瓶包裝技術(shù)將是減少資源浪費(fèi)和環(huán)境污染的重要途徑。

應(yīng)用輕量化PET瓶吹瓶成型模具吹制PET瓶旨在降低碳排放,包括但不限于以下幾種方式:對瓶

型進(jìn)行輕量化設(shè)計(jì)制造,減少相同瓶型單個(gè)PET瓶的原料使用量;減輕吹瓶模具質(zhì)量,降低吹瓶模具

驅(qū)動(dòng)能耗,提升吹瓶機(jī)生產(chǎn)效率;降低吹瓶壓力,減少吹瓶耗氣量,降低吹瓶氣體生產(chǎn)能耗;降低熱灌

裝瓶模溫,減少模具加熱能耗;提高額定產(chǎn)能,降低單位產(chǎn)能的碳排放;使用輕量化PET瓶作為包

裝,減少儲運(yùn)質(zhì)量,降低物流環(huán)節(jié)的碳排放。輕量化瓶吹瓶模具的推廣應(yīng)用,可大大降低單個(gè)PET瓶

對應(yīng)的碳排放量,推動(dòng)食品飲料等行業(yè)綠色、低碳發(fā)展。

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了輕量化PET瓶吹瓶成型模具的型號、型式、基本參數(shù)與工作條件、技術(shù)要求、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)

則、標(biāo)志、包裝、運(yùn)輸與貯存,并描述了相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)方法。

本文件適用于食品飲料行業(yè)用輕量化PET瓶吹瓶成型模具(以下簡稱“輕量化瓶模具”)的設(shè)計(jì)、

制造、檢驗(yàn)等,日化、醫(yī)藥等領(lǐng)域可參照使用。
