前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件是GB/T2423的第34部分。GB/T2423已經(jīng)發(fā)布的部分見附錄NA。

本文件代替GB/T2423.34—2012《環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)Z/AD:溫度/濕度組合

循環(huán)試驗(yàn)》,與GB/T2423.34—2012相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

a)在“范圍”中增加了不適用范圍的描述(見第1章);

b)更改了“試驗(yàn)概述”的內(nèi)容(見4.1,2012年版的3.1);

c)更改了“濕熱試驗(yàn)箱”中加濕用水的要求(見5.2,2012年版的4.1);

d)更改了“預(yù)處理”的內(nèi)容(見7.1,2012年版的6.1);

e)更改了“溫度/濕度分循環(huán)描述”“低溫分循環(huán)描述”“無低溫暴露的24h循環(huán)描述”中的步驟

及濕度值(見7.4.1、7.4.2、7.4.3,2012年版的6.4.1、6.4.2、6.4.3);

f)增加了“中間檢測(cè)”的內(nèi)容(見7.4.5);

g)更改了“試驗(yàn)報(bào)告中應(yīng)給出的信息”的內(nèi)容(見第9章,2012年版的第8章)。

本文件等同采用IEC60068?2?38:2021《環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第2?38部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)Z/AD:溫度/濕

度組合循環(huán)試驗(yàn)》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動(dòng):

——為與現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)調(diào),將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱改為《環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)Z/AD:溫度/濕

度組合循環(huán)試驗(yàn)》;

——增加了附錄NA(資料性)“GB/T2423的組成部分”。

引言

GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括了環(huán)境試驗(yàn)及其嚴(yán)酷等級(jí)的基礎(chǔ)信息,用于評(píng)定試驗(yàn)樣品在預(yù)期的貯

存、運(yùn)輸以及各種使用環(huán)境下的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性。在該系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中,每個(gè)文件分別介紹了一組試驗(yàn)和應(yīng)用。

GB/T2423系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)旨在為產(chǎn)品規(guī)范制定者和產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)者提供一系列統(tǒng)一且可重復(fù)的氣候、機(jī)械和綜

合等環(huán)境試驗(yàn),并包含了測(cè)量和試驗(yàn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣條件。

本文件描述了一種組合試驗(yàn)方法,主要用于元器件類試驗(yàn)樣品,以加速方式來確定試驗(yàn)樣品在高

溫/高濕和低溫條件劣化作用下的耐受性能。

本文件不適用于在整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過程中通電的試驗(yàn)樣品。試驗(yàn)樣品可以在試驗(yàn)的恒溫階段通電。除

非另有規(guī)定,通電試驗(yàn)樣品的測(cè)量通常在試驗(yàn)的恒溫階段進(jìn)行。
