華泰財險附加機器損壞條款（CB-H版）

（a）有缺陷的材料、設(shè)計、建造或安裝；震動、失調(diào)、偏差、部件松動；異常壓力、（b）因火災(zāi)、直擊雷、爆炸、滅火或后續(xù)破壞、飛機該等原因造成的損害應(yīng)作為“故障”在本保險（c）因丟失、故意超載或?qū)嶒炛苯踊蜷g接導(dǎo)致的（e）投保人或被保險人或其任何負責的員工在安排本保險合同時已知曉但未告知保險（iii）印模、模板、式樣、砌塊、郵票、鉆孔機、 （g）因磨損、腐蝕、侵蝕、水垢污泥或其他沉淀物的沉積或者因工作、大氣或（i）騷亂、罷工、勞工被停工或者參與勞工騷亂的人士或代表任何政治組織或與政治（ii）直接或間接因核燃料或核燃料燃燒后MachineryBreakdownClaTheInsureragreessubjecttothetermsexceptionslimitsandconditionscontainedorendorsedhereontoindemnifytheInsuredagainstdamagetotheMachinerydescribedasbelowcausedbyBrBREAKDOWNshallmeanunforeseendamageoccurringwhilsttheMa(ii)beingdismantled,movedorre-erectedforthepurposeofcleaning,inspection,reorinstallationinanotherpositionwithintheS(a)defectivematerial,design,misalignment,looseningofparts;abnormalstresses,fatigue,centrifugheating;defectiveorinadequfailureofinsulation,shortcircuits,opencircuitsorarcing;failureofprotemeasuringorregulatingdevices;fhammeroroverheating,exceptinthecaseofbfollowedbyexplosion;(b)errors,lackofskill,negligence,orwilfulactsofemployeesorthir(c)falling,impact,collbodies;(e)anyothercausenothereinafterexcluded.ThisExtensiondoesnotcover:-(a)thefirst【USD20,000】eachandeveryadjustedloss;(b)damageduetofire,directlightningattemptsthereat,collapseofbuildings,floodinundation,escapeofwaterfromwater-containingapparatus,earthquake,subsidence,landslide,avalanchtheburstingordisruptionofturbines,compressors,transformers,switchgear,enginecylinders,hydrauliccylinders,fly-wheelsorotherpartssubcentrifugalforce;damageresultingfromsuchcausesbeinga“Breakd(c)breakdownduetotheimpositionofabnormalconditionsdirectlyorindirecresultingfromlosing,intentionaloverloadingorexperime(d)damageforwhichasupplier,contractororrepairerislegallyresporotherwise.IfsuchresponsibilityisdeniedandthedamageisotherwiseinsuredbythisPolicytheInsurerwillpayforthedamageandwillbeentitledtoanyindemnitysubsequentlyobtainedfromthesupplier,contractororrepaire(e)damageduetofaultsordefectsknownresponsibleemployeesatthe(i)foundationsandmasonry–unlessspecificascheduleofthisPolicy;(ii)exchangeableandreplaceablepartssuchasbits,dri(iii)dies,moulds,patterns,blocks,stamps,punches,coatingsore(iv)partswhichbytheiruseand/ornaturesufferahighrateofwearordepreciasuchascrushing,hammeringorgrindingsurfajointingandpackingmaterials,filtercloths,wheels,ropes,belts,straps,elevatorandconveyorbeltsorbands,cablesotherthanelectricalbatteries,tyres,refractorymaterials,firebars,burnerjets;(v)operatingmaterialssuchasfuels,chemicals,filtersubstancmedia,cleansingagents,lubricants,oils,catalysts;(g)repairorreplacementnecessitatedbywear,cosludgeorothersedimencontinuousinfluencesfromworkingoratmosphescratchingofpaintedorpolishedsurfaces;damageinsuredbythispolicyandresultingfromsuch(h)damagetomaterialsincourseofprocess,lossofuseorotherindirectloss;(i)anyconsequence,whetherdirectorindirectofriot,strike,lock-outorpersonstakingpartinlabourdisturbancesormaliciouspersonsactingonbehalfoforinconnectionwithanypoliticalorganization;(i)anyaccidentoranylossordestructionofordamagetoanyproperty(ii)anylegalliabilityofwhatsoevernaturedirectlyorindirectlycausedbyorcontributedtobyorarisingfromionizingradiationsorcontaminationbyradio-activityfromanynuclearf
