tthequalitystandardsstipulatedinthiscontractandthereasonablerequirementsofPartyA.7.2ModesofDeliveryPartyBshalldelivertheserviceresultstoPartyAinamannerapprovedbyPartyA,whichmayincludebutisnotlimitedtoelectronicdocumentsandpaperdocuments.7.3AcceptanceProceduresPartyAshallcompletetheacceptancewithin______daysafterreceivingtheserviceresultsandnotifyPartyBoftheresultsinwriting.7.4HandlingofUnacceptableResultsIftheserviceresultsarenotaccepted,PartyBshallcompleterectificationwithin______daysafterreceivingthenotificationandresubmittheresultstoPartyAforacceptance.ChapterVIII:LiabilityforBreachofContract8.1CircumstancesofBreachAparty'sfailuretoperformordelayinperformingcontractobligations,orperformancenotinaccordancewiththeagreement,isconsideredabreach.8.2LiabilityforBreachThebreachingpartyshallbearthecorrespondingliabilityforbreach,includingbutnotlimitedtothepaymentofliquidateddamagesandcompensationforlosses.8.3ScopeofCompensationThescopeofcompensationincludesdirectlossesandreasonableindirectlossessufferedbythenon-breachingparty.8.4CalculationMethodforLiquidatedDamagesThecalculationmethodforliquidateddamagesis______(thespecificcalculationmethodistobedeterminedbymutualagreementbetweenbothparties).ChapterIX:ContractModification,Renewal,andTermination9.1ContractModificationOncethecontractissigned,nopartymayunilaterallyamendthecontentofthecontractwithouttheconsensusofbothparties.9.2ContractRenewalBeforetheexpirationofthecontractterm,bothpartiesmaynegotiatetherenewalofthiscontract.9.3ContractTerminationThecontractmaybeterminateduponcompletion,mutualagreement,breachbyoneparty,orintheeventofforcemajeure.9.4RightsandObligationsafterTerminationAftertheterminationofthecontract,bothpartiesshallnegotiateandhandletheunfinishedmattersaccordingtotheactualsituation.ChapterX:DisputeResolution10.1MethodsofDisputeResolutionDisputesarisingduringtheperformanceofthecontractshouldfirstberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.10.2ProceduresforDisputeResolutionIfthenegotiationfails,bothpartiesagreetosubmitthedisputetothe______arbitrationcommissionforarbitrationortofilealawsuitinthePeople'sCourtaccordingtothelaw.10.3ApplicableLawTheapplicablelawfordisputeresolutionistherelevantlawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.ChapterXI:AdditionalProvisions11.1SpecialAgreementsBothpartiesmaynegotiateanddeterminespecialagreeme
