1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了瀝青路面熱再生施工與驗(yàn)收技術(shù)的材料、瀝青混合料、廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)與
施工、就地?zé)嵩偕访媸┕?、質(zhì)量管理與驗(yàn)收的要求。
本文件適用于各等級(jí)公路的熱再生瀝青面層與基層的施工與驗(yàn)收,可供設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、施工、監(jiān)理、
咨詢(xún)及建設(shè)單位參考。城鎮(zhèn)道路及廣場(chǎng)等可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。

3術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義
下列術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義適用于本文件。
3.1
瀝青混合料回收料reclaimedasphaltpavement(RAP)
采用銑刨、開(kāi)挖等方式從瀝青路面上獲得的舊瀝青混合料。

3.2
瀝青路面再生asphaltpavementrecycling
采用專(zhuān)用機(jī)械設(shè)備對(duì)舊瀝青路面或RAP進(jìn)行處理,并摻加一定比例的新礦料、新瀝青、瀝青再生劑
(必要時(shí))等形成路面結(jié)構(gòu)層的路面施工技術(shù)。按照再生瀝青混合料制備和施工溫度的不同,瀝青路面
再生分為熱再生和冷再生;按照施工場(chǎng)合和工藝的不同,瀝青路面再生分為廠拌再生和就地再生。

3.3
廠拌熱再生hotcentralplantrecycling(HCPR)
在瀝青混合料拌和廠(場(chǎng)、站)將RAP破碎、篩分后,以一定的比例與新礦料、新瀝青、瀝青再生
劑(必要時(shí))、添加劑(需要時(shí))等加熱拌和成瀝青混合料,然后鋪筑形成瀝青路面的再生施工技術(shù)。

3.4
就地?zé)嵩偕鷋otin-placerecycling(HIR)
采用專(zhuān)用再生設(shè)備對(duì)瀝青路面就地進(jìn)行加熱、翻松或銑刨,就地?fù)饺胍欢〝?shù)量的瀝青再生劑、新瀝
青(需要時(shí))、新瀝青混合料等,經(jīng)熱態(tài)拌和、攤鋪、碾壓等工序,一次性實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)瀝青路面表面一定深
度范圍內(nèi)的舊瀝青混凝土進(jìn)行再生的施工技術(shù)。分為復(fù)拌再生和加鋪再生兩種。

3.5
復(fù)拌再生remixing
將舊瀝青路面加熱、翻松或銑刨,就地?fù)郊右欢〝?shù)量的瀝青再生劑、新瀝青(需要時(shí))、新瀝青混
合料(需要時(shí)),經(jīng)熱態(tài)拌和、攤鋪、壓實(shí)成新瀝青路面的再生施工技術(shù)。

加鋪再生repaving
將舊瀝青路面加熱、翻松或銑刨,就地?fù)郊右欢〝?shù)量的瀝青再生劑、新瀝青(需要時(shí)),經(jīng)熱態(tài)拌
和成再生瀝青混合料,利用再生復(fù)拌機(jī)的第一熨平板攤鋪再生瀝青混合料,利用再生復(fù)拌機(jī)的第二熨平
板將新瀝青混合料攤鋪在再生瀝青混合料之上,兩層一起壓實(shí)成新的瀝青路面的再生施工技術(shù)。

3.7
添加劑additive
摻加到瀝青混合料中以提高其某項(xiàng)或幾項(xiàng)性能的、除礦料與瀝青外的有機(jī)或無(wú)機(jī)外摻材料,包括各
類(lèi)纖維、抗剝落劑、抗車(chē)轍劑、溫拌劑等。
3.8
瀝青再生劑rejuvenatingagent(RA)
摻加到再生瀝青混合料中,用于改善老化瀝青性能的添加劑。

3.9
再生瀝青rejuvenatedasphalt
由RAP中的回收瀝青與瀝青再生劑、新瀝青(需要時(shí))均勻混合而成的瀝青膠結(jié)料。

再生礦料rejuvenatedaggregate
在再生瀝青混合料中,包括RAP中舊礦料、新添加的集料與填料(需要時(shí))在內(nèi)的合成礦料的總稱(chēng)。

再生瀝青混合料recycledasphaltmixture
RAP以一定的比例與新礦料、新瀝青、瀝青再生劑(必要時(shí))、外摻劑(需要時(shí))等加熱拌和而成
的瀝青混合料。

RAP礦料級(jí)配gradationofaggregateinRAP

用抽提或燃燒法除去RAP中的瀝青材料后進(jìn)行水洗篩分測(cè)得的礦料級(jí)配。
3.13
再生瀝青混合料礦料級(jí)配gradationofaggregateinrecycledmixture
RAP中的礦料與新添加的礦料合成后的礦料級(jí)配,即再生礦料的篩分級(jí)配。
3.14
RAP摻配比percentageofRAPinrecycledmixture
RAP的烘干質(zhì)量占再生瀝青混合料總干質(zhì)量的百分比。
3.15
新瀝青混合料newasphaltmixture
由全新的礦料、瀝青及其他添加劑材料(需要時(shí),但不包括瀝青再生劑)按配合比要求生產(chǎn)的熱拌
瀝青混合料。
3.16
回收瀝青recycledasphaltinRAP
RAP經(jīng)抽提、蒸發(fā)后獲取的已經(jīng)老化的瀝青。
3.17
新瀝青newasphalt
未經(jīng)拌和使用過(guò)的、直接從瀝青廠家生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的石油瀝青或改性瀝青。

RAP瀝青含量recycledasphaltcontentofRAP
回收瀝青占干燥RAP總干質(zhì)量的百分比。

5材料
5.1一般規(guī)定
5.1.1生產(chǎn)熱再生瀝青混合料前,應(yīng)對(duì)所使用的各種材料進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn),經(jīng)評(píng)定合格后方可使用。
5.1.2不同來(lái)源、品種、規(guī)格、老化程度的RAP應(yīng)分開(kāi)堆放,避免混雜;因條件限制時(shí),瀝青與礦料
為同類(lèi)型的RAP可混堆,但應(yīng)用裝載機(jī)翻拌均勻后方可使用。RAP應(yīng)堆放在預(yù)先經(jīng)過(guò)硬化處理、排水通
暢且搭棚遮蓋的地面上。
5.2瀝青
5.2.1再生瀝青混合料中新瀝青的選用應(yīng)按照道路等級(jí)、氣候條件、交通荷載、路面類(lèi)型及結(jié)構(gòu)層位
與受力特點(diǎn)、施工方法等,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐氖褂媒?jīng)驗(yàn)確定。宜采用50號(hào)A級(jí)、70號(hào)A級(jí)、90號(hào)A級(jí)、110
號(hào)A級(jí)道路石油瀝青和SBS改性瀝青,其技術(shù)要求應(yīng)符合JTGF40的規(guī)定。
5.2.2當(dāng)SBS改性瀝青用于重交通荷載等級(jí)及以上道路時(shí),軟化點(diǎn)不宜低于70℃。
5.3瀝青再生劑

5.3.1瀝青再生劑技術(shù)指標(biāo)宜符合JTG/T5521的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
5.3.2應(yīng)根據(jù)RAP中回收瀝青老化程度、瀝青含量、RAP摻配比例、瀝青再生劑與回收瀝青的配伍性,
結(jié)合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果綜合選擇瀝青再生劑品種。
5.3.3瀝青再生劑應(yīng)貯存在能自動(dòng)控溫的密閉容器中,且遠(yuǎn)離明火、高溫區(qū)。
5.4集料
5.4.1新添加的粗、細(xì)集料技術(shù)指標(biāo)應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。單一粗、細(xì)集料技術(shù)指標(biāo)不符合要
求,但集料混合料的技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合要求的,可以使用。
5.4.2再生瀝青混合料中新添加的集料與舊集料混合后的集料技術(shù)指標(biāo),應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
5.5礦粉
再生瀝青混合料中新添加礦粉的技術(shù)指標(biāo)應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
5.6水泥
瀝青混合料添加水泥時(shí),其技術(shù)指標(biāo)應(yīng)符合GB175的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
5.7RAP
5.7.1用于廠拌熱再生的RAP應(yīng)經(jīng)過(guò)預(yù)處理后方可使用,預(yù)處理方法應(yīng)符合本文件7.4條的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
5.7.2RAP宜按表1所列項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。

注:廠拌熱再生RAP摻配比小于20%時(shí),RAP中的粗集料可只檢測(cè)針片狀含量、表觀相對(duì)密度、吸水率。
a壓碎值的集料樣品應(yīng)采用抽提法所取得的RAP中的集料,不應(yīng)采用燃燒法得到的集料。
5.8再生瀝青
5.8.1根據(jù)熱再生瀝青混合料使用的層位不同,添加不同的新瀝青與瀝青再生劑,再生瀝青的針入度、
軟化點(diǎn)指標(biāo)應(yīng)達(dá)到5.2.1條新瀝青的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),延度不低于5.2條新瀝青老化試驗(yàn)后殘留物的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
注:由于抽提回收瀝青的過(guò)程不可避免有微量粉料進(jìn)入回收瀝青中,使得再生瀝青的延度指標(biāo)常常難以達(dá)到新瀝青
的指標(biāo)要求。結(jié)合我國(guó)已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用RAP熱再生技術(shù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),再生瀝青的延度也可不作為施工質(zhì)量控制的強(qiáng)制
性檢驗(yàn)指標(biāo)。當(dāng)添加新瀝青后的再生瀝青符合技術(shù)要求時(shí),可不添加瀝青再生劑。
5.8.2瀝青再生劑及其摻量應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)再生劑摻量:根據(jù)回收瀝青與再生劑的組分分析結(jié)果、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、再生劑與回收瀝
青的配伍性,以回收瀝青為基數(shù)預(yù)估一個(gè)百分比摻量Pra,按Pra、Pra±2%、Pra±4%這五個(gè)再
生劑預(yù)估摻量與回收瀝青充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆?,檢測(cè)再生瀝青的技術(shù)指標(biāo),選擇再生瀝青符合設(shè)計(jì)要
求的再生劑摻量作為進(jìn)行試拌試鋪驗(yàn)證的設(shè)計(jì)摻量;
注:選擇再生劑品種與摻量時(shí),應(yīng)以再生劑摻量在回收瀝青6%~12%范圍內(nèi)、再生瀝青綜合性能最好的再生劑摻
量為最佳摻量。在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中再生劑是摻加到RAP中進(jìn)行混合拌和的:再生劑摻量過(guò)低時(shí),再生劑與RAP拌和
不勻,難以達(dá)到再生效果;再生劑摻量過(guò)高,影響再生瀝青混合料性能、浪費(fèi)輔助材料、增加能耗。
b)生產(chǎn)用瀝青再生劑摻量換算:根據(jù)RAP中回收瀝青含量與摻配比,將室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)確定的再生劑摻
量換算為以RAP為基數(shù)的生產(chǎn)用摻量,以便設(shè)置生產(chǎn)參數(shù)。
6瀝青混合料
6.1一般規(guī)定
6.1.1應(yīng)在對(duì)舊路面和RAP充分調(diào)查、分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)工程要求、道路等級(jí)、使用層位、氣候條
件、交通情況,選用符合要求的材料,進(jìn)行再生瀝青混合料設(shè)計(jì)。
6.1.2熱再生瀝青混合料礦料級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)RAP中的礦料與新添加礦料的合成級(jí)配進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
6.1.3就地?zé)嵩偕覂?nèi)試驗(yàn)用的RAP應(yīng)采用與實(shí)際施工類(lèi)似的就地?zé)嵩偕O(shè)備在舊路面上取樣。
6.1.4對(duì)于就地?zé)嵩偕?,?yīng)根據(jù)對(duì)舊路面的調(diào)查結(jié)果預(yù)先分段、取樣,各段樣品應(yīng)詳細(xì)標(biāo)示取樣樁號(hào)

評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,把性能相似的路段合并成同類(lèi)施工段,重新分段編號(hào),以便進(jìn)行再生瀝青混合料設(shè)計(jì),制訂

6.1.5進(jìn)行就地?zé)嵩偕┕さ穆访妫f路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度指數(shù)PSSI應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
6.2再生瀝青混合料
6.2.1熱再生瀝青混合料的級(jí)配、技術(shù)指標(biāo)和性能檢驗(yàn)指標(biāo),應(yīng)符合JTGF40中的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
6.2.2廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)符合本文件附錄B的設(shè)計(jì)方法與流程,并按目標(biāo)配合比設(shè)計(jì)、生
產(chǎn)配合比設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)配合比驗(yàn)證三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行。
6.2.3就地?zé)嵩偕鸀r青混合料設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)符合本文件附錄C的設(shè)計(jì)方法與流程,并按目標(biāo)配合比設(shè)計(jì)、配
合比驗(yàn)證兩個(gè)階段進(jìn)行。
6.2.4RAP中的回收瀝青與新瀝青的類(lèi)型不一致時(shí),當(dāng)廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料的性能達(dá)到改性瀝青混
合料水平時(shí),可將其作為改性瀝青混合料使用,否則將其作為普通石油瀝青混合料使用。
6.3復(fù)拌再生與加鋪再生用的新瀝青混合料
6.3.1復(fù)拌再生用的新瀝青混合料應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)在復(fù)拌再生瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)中,應(yīng)考慮新瀝青混合料的集料類(lèi)型、級(jí)配、瀝青技術(shù)指標(biāo)、
油石比或?yàn)r青用量、新瀝青混合料摻量與溫度;
b)新瀝青混合料的摻量主要由舊路面的車(chē)轍深度、寬度及磨損量來(lái)決定,以再生路面略高于原
路面且不超過(guò)3mm為原則,通過(guò)計(jì)算確定摻配比例;
c)新瀝青混合料的級(jí)配主要考慮對(duì)RAP級(jí)配的調(diào)整和對(duì)再生瀝青混合料中合成集料性能指標(biāo)
的改善,使合成后的再生瀝青混合料礦料級(jí)配符合工程設(shè)計(jì)要求;
d)新瀝青混合料的集料類(lèi)型與顆粒粒徑應(yīng)與舊路面中的集料一致或相近;
e)新瀝青混合料的瀝青技術(shù)指標(biāo)、摻量,應(yīng)根據(jù)回收瀝青指標(biāo)、再生瀝青指標(biāo)綜合確定。
6.3.2加鋪再生用的新瀝青混合料應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)如果第一熨平板所鋪的再生瀝青混合料需要添加新瀝青混合料時(shí),其新瀝青混合料應(yīng)符合
本文件6.3.1的規(guī)定;
b)第二熨平板所鋪的為全新瀝青混合料,應(yīng)符合JTGF40對(duì)熱拌瀝青混合料的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
7廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)與施工
7.1一般規(guī)定
7.1.1廠拌熱再生技術(shù)適用于各等級(jí)道路RAP的再生利用,廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料可用于各等級(jí)道路
的任何瀝青結(jié)構(gòu)層。
7.1.2廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料應(yīng)選擇符合要求的RAP和適宜的RAP摻配比,再生瀝青混合料技術(shù)指標(biāo)
應(yīng)滿足JTGF40的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求。
7.1.3廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料的分類(lèi),按JTGF40中熱拌瀝青混合料分類(lèi)原則執(zhí)行。
7.1.4未經(jīng)預(yù)處理的RAP不應(yīng)直接使用。
7.2廠拌熱再生設(shè)備
廠拌熱再生設(shè)備應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)配備不少于4個(gè)RAP冷料倉(cāng)、5個(gè)新集料冷料倉(cāng);
b)配備獨(dú)立的RAP加熱干燥滾筒,RAP加熱干燥滾筒出料口應(yīng)安裝自動(dòng)測(cè)溫裝置,控溫精度不低

于±3℃;
c)RAP加熱干燥滾筒內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)置避免RAP黏附滾筒內(nèi)壁的專(zhuān)用攪料裝置;
d)RAP供給系統(tǒng)的供料能力、燃燒器的供熱能力、RAP加熱干燥滾筒的生產(chǎn)能力應(yīng)符合設(shè)備最大
生產(chǎn)能力與RAP摻配比例要求;
e)再生加熱干燥滾筒應(yīng)確保RAP料不與火焰直接接觸,火焰尾尖與RAP的間距不少于0.5m,
RAP加熱溫度應(yīng)能達(dá)到150℃以上;RAP加熱滾筒內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的煙氣宜集中收集引入主加熱干燥滾
筒內(nèi)進(jìn)行二次燃燒,減少煙氣排放;
f)配備獨(dú)立的RAP熱料暫存?zhèn)},RAP熱料暫存?zhèn)}應(yīng)具有保溫功能并宜具有料位檢測(cè)裝置;
g)配備RAP配料與計(jì)量裝置,靜態(tài)計(jì)量精度不低于±0.5%,動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)量精度不低于±2.5%;
h)應(yīng)配備瀝青再生劑的貯存罐、緩沖罐、計(jì)量與噴灑裝置;貯存罐與緩沖罐均應(yīng)能自動(dòng)控溫,其
控溫精度分別不低于±3℃、±1℃,瀝青再生劑靜態(tài)計(jì)量精度不低于±0.25%、動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)量精
度不低于±1.0%;
i)應(yīng)配2個(gè)粉料罐與添加劑自動(dòng)添加裝置;
j)配備4~6個(gè)50t以上的瀝青罐;
k)宜具有瀝青再生劑與RAP料預(yù)混預(yù)拌功能,以便瀝青再生劑與RAP先充分拌和均勻后,再與新
加瀝青、集料、填料進(jìn)行拌和,保證再生瀝青混合料質(zhì)量的均勻穩(wěn)定;
l)配備二級(jí)除塵系統(tǒng),回收粉塵不應(yīng)當(dāng)作填料使用,宜排至專(zhuān)用廢粉貯存罐中,或采用濕排
法處理;
m)不應(yīng)使用燃煤機(jī)組,推薦使用天然氣、液化氣、柴油、重油等清潔燃料。
7.3RAP回收
7.3.1應(yīng)根據(jù)對(duì)舊路面調(diào)查及RAP性能評(píng)價(jià)、分析結(jié)果(瀝青含量、老化程度,集料類(lèi)型和級(jí)配情況)
分段、分層采用銑刨方式回收RAP。
7.3.2RAP在回收和存放時(shí)不應(yīng)混入無(wú)機(jī)結(jié)合料穩(wěn)定基層材料、水泥混凝土材料、土及其他雜質(zhì)。
7.3.3不同來(lái)源、不同瀝青、不同石料、不同瀝青混合料類(lèi)型或經(jīng)分析需要分開(kāi)的不同路段的RAP,
應(yīng)進(jìn)行分類(lèi)貯存,防止混雜。
7.3.4應(yīng)搭棚覆蓋貯存RAP,料堆高不宜超過(guò)5m,宜采用布料機(jī)碼堆。
7.4RAP預(yù)處理與堆放
7.4.1用兩臺(tái)及以上裝載機(jī)將單個(gè)料堆的RAP充分翻松、混合均勻,然后用非顎式破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行破碎,
經(jīng)預(yù)處理后的RAP最大粒徑應(yīng)小于再生瀝青混合料最大粒徑。
7.4.2根據(jù)特粗或粗粒式、中粒式、細(xì)粒式、砂粒式級(jí)配的不同,把回收的RAP預(yù)處理成不同的規(guī)格:
用于特粗或粗粒式級(jí)配可破碎篩分成4檔,用于中粒式級(jí)配可破碎篩分成3檔或4檔,用于細(xì)粒式級(jí)配
可破碎篩分成3檔,用于砂粒式級(jí)配可破碎篩分成1檔或2檔。當(dāng)材質(zhì)與技術(shù)要求匹配時(shí),砂粒式級(jí)配
用的RAP也可以從其他已處理好的RAP中選擇最小的1檔或2檔料來(lái)使用。振動(dòng)篩網(wǎng)的配置可參照表2。

7.4.3以先篩分、再對(duì)超粒徑的部分進(jìn)行破碎篩分的方式對(duì)RAP進(jìn)行預(yù)處理。
7.4.4預(yù)處理后的RAP,可用裝載機(jī)、布料機(jī)等將其轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)到堆料場(chǎng)均勻堆放,轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)和堆放過(guò)程中應(yīng)避
免RAP離析,裝載機(jī)等重型設(shè)備不應(yīng)在已預(yù)處理分檔的RAP上來(lái)回行走、碾壓。
7.4.5預(yù)處理后的不同規(guī)格的RAP應(yīng)貯存在已硬化處理、不積水且搭棚遮蓋的料倉(cāng)中。各料倉(cāng)采用圬
工或水泥混凝土隔墻分隔,以利于RAP的分類(lèi)堆放,防止竄料。料堆放高度不宜超過(guò)3m。
7.4.6預(yù)處理后的RAP應(yīng)避免長(zhǎng)時(shí)間貯存,宜即篩即用。
7.4.7預(yù)處理后的粒徑小于4.75mm的RAP料應(yīng)進(jìn)行砂當(dāng)量試驗(yàn)。
7.5試驗(yàn)路段
正式施工前,應(yīng)鋪筑長(zhǎng)度不少于200m的再生瀝青路面試驗(yàn)路段,從再生瀝青混合料質(zhì)量、交通組
織、瀝青混合料運(yùn)輸、設(shè)備配套與碾壓方式、安全環(huán)保等各方面對(duì)熱再生施工進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)與評(píng)估,合格后
才能進(jìn)行正式施工。
7.6瀝青混合料拌和
7.6.1廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料應(yīng)選用間歇式拌和設(shè)備進(jìn)行拌和,拌和設(shè)備應(yīng)符合7.2的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
7.6.2廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料的生產(chǎn)溫度與拌和時(shí)間應(yīng)根據(jù)拌和設(shè)備的加熱干燥能力、RAP的含水率、
再生瀝青混合料的級(jí)配、再生瀝青的粘溫曲線等綜合確定,并應(yīng)符合下列要求:
a)適當(dāng)提高新集料的加熱溫度,但最高不宜超過(guò)200℃;RAP的加熱溫度宜控制在120℃~160℃
(普通石油瀝青RAP取低值,改性瀝青RAP取高值);
b)RAP與新集料的干拌時(shí)間宜為10s~15s,濕拌時(shí)間宜為40s~50s;
c)與同類(lèi)型的非再生熱拌瀝青混合料相比,再生瀝青混合料出料溫度宜提高5℃~10℃,最高
溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)190℃。
7.6.3再生瀝青混合料需添加瀝青再生劑時(shí),瀝青再生劑應(yīng)先與RAP進(jìn)行預(yù)混預(yù)拌,使瀝青再生劑與
RAP充分混合均勻后,再與添加的新集料、瀝青、礦粉及其他外摻材料拌和均勻。
7.6.4廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料拌和的其他要求,應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
7.7運(yùn)輸
廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料的運(yùn)輸,應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
7.8攤鋪
7.8.1廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料的攤鋪溫度宜比同類(lèi)型的非再生熱拌瀝青混合料高5℃~10℃。

7.8.2廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料攤鋪的其他要求,應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
7.9壓實(shí)
7.9.1與同類(lèi)型非再生熱拌瀝青混合料相比,廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料的壓實(shí)溫度宜提高5℃~10℃。
7.9.2廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料壓實(shí)的其他要求,應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
7.10養(yǎng)生和開(kāi)放交通
廠拌熱再生瀝青路面的養(yǎng)生和開(kāi)放交通,應(yīng)符合JTGF40的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
8就地?zé)嵩偕访媸┕?/p>
8.1一般規(guī)定
8.1.1復(fù)拌再生既適用于全斷面就地?zé)嵩偕?,也適用于單車(chē)道就地?zé)嵩偕患愉佋偕贿m用于全斷面
就地?zé)嵩偕?/p>
8.1.2就地?zé)嵩偕┕で?,?yīng)根據(jù)路段的交通流量及時(shí)間分布特點(diǎn),做好施工組織與交通分流方案設(shè)
計(jì)。
8.1.3氣溫低于15℃時(shí)不宜施工,氣溫低于10℃、大風(fēng)、下雨、下雪、冰雹等惡劣天氣時(shí)不應(yīng)施工。
8.2就地?zé)嵩偕O(shè)備
就地?zé)嵩偕O(shè)備應(yīng)滿足下列要求:
a)再生設(shè)備應(yīng)采用熱風(fēng)、紅外或微波等非明火加熱方式;
b)加熱機(jī)組應(yīng)能連續(xù)均勻地將整個(gè)再生寬度、再生深度范圍內(nèi)的瀝青路面預(yù)熱到規(guī)定溫度,并
應(yīng)能自動(dòng)控制、可調(diào)(改性瀝青路面路表溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)200℃,再生深度范圍處的底面溫度
不宜低于100℃;普通石油瀝青路面路表溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)185℃,再生深度范圍處的底面溫度
不宜低于85℃);
c)加熱機(jī)組、再生機(jī)組均宜配備自動(dòng)溫度探測(cè)、行駛速度控制與顯示功能;
d)再生機(jī)組應(yīng)具備對(duì)路面加熱、翻松功能,翻松深度應(yīng)不超過(guò)設(shè)定值的±3mm;應(yīng)配置精確計(jì)
量的瀝青再生劑及瀝青添加裝置,應(yīng)與主控制聯(lián)動(dòng),根據(jù)行走速度自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)添加量,精度不應(yīng)
低于±3%;應(yīng)配置新瀝青混合料添加、再生瀝青混合料拌和與攤鋪功能,且應(yīng)具有自動(dòng)控制
與計(jì)量功能;用于加鋪再生時(shí),應(yīng)具有雙熨平板;
e)正常工作時(shí)產(chǎn)生的煙塵應(yīng)符合環(huán)保要求。
8.3施工準(zhǔn)備
8.3.1施工前應(yīng)配置性能、數(shù)量符合要求的加熱機(jī)組、復(fù)拌再生機(jī)組(或加鋪再生機(jī)組)、攤鋪機(jī)(需
要時(shí))、壓路機(jī),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行檢修、保養(yǎng),確保其處于良好工作狀態(tài);應(yīng)配置瀝青、瀝青再生劑與瀝青
混合料運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛,及其他必需的輔助機(jī)具。
8.3.2施工前應(yīng)做好技術(shù)、材料、人員、交通組織、施工方案、后勤保障等各方面的準(zhǔn)備工作。
8.3.3就地?zé)嵩偕┕で皯?yīng)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)周邊環(huán)境調(diào)查,對(duì)可能受到影響的植物隔離帶、花草樹(shù)木、加油
站及其他可能受到污染、有安全隱患處,應(yīng)提前做好隔離措施。
8.3.4按規(guī)范擺好安全施工隔離墩或錐筒。
8.3.5施工前應(yīng)對(duì)僅用就地?zé)嵩偕夹g(shù)無(wú)法修復(fù)的路面病害進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,各路面病害的處理方法應(yīng)符
合下列要求:

a)破損松散類(lèi)病害:深度超過(guò)就地?zé)嵩偕┕ど疃葧r(shí),應(yīng)對(duì)其超深部分進(jìn)行挖補(bǔ)處理;
b)變形類(lèi)病害:根據(jù)再生設(shè)備的不同,對(duì)深度超過(guò)30mm以上的凹槽進(jìn)行挖補(bǔ)處理,對(duì)凸起部分
進(jìn)行銑刨處理;
c)裂縫類(lèi)病害:應(yīng)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)裂縫形狀,結(jié)合騎縫鉆取的芯樣,分析裂縫的類(lèi)型、寬度、深度。對(duì)
影響就地?zé)嵩偕┕べ|(zhì)量的裂縫應(yīng)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理。
8.3.6原路面特殊部位的處理,應(yīng)符合以下規(guī)定:
a)對(duì)橋梁伸縮縫采取有效的隔熱措施進(jìn)行保護(hù);
b)原路面突起的路標(biāo)、標(biāo)線、灌縫膠應(yīng)提前清除;
c)對(duì)于斜交橋梁,應(yīng)把橋梁伸縮縫與路基中線成三角形區(qū)域內(nèi)的瀝青混合料人工挖除后,重新鋪
筑瀝青混合料,以便再生施工設(shè)備順利駛過(guò)伸縮縫。
8.3.7施工前應(yīng)將路面上所有雜物、污染物清除干凈;當(dāng)路面污染嚴(yán)重時(shí),應(yīng)用水車(chē)沖洗干凈,并完
全干燥后方可施工。
8.3.8在再生路面寬度以外用石灰、粉筆、油漆等材料,根據(jù)線形施劃施工導(dǎo)向線,也可用路面邊緣
線作為施工導(dǎo)向線,以保證再生路面縱向接縫順直、美觀。
8.4試驗(yàn)路段
8.4.1正式施工前,應(yīng)鋪筑長(zhǎng)度不少于200m的再生試驗(yàn)路段,從再生瀝青混合料質(zhì)量與施工工藝、
組織、交通、安全等各方面對(duì)就地?zé)嵩偕┕そM織設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)與評(píng)估。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)路段應(yīng)完成以下工作
內(nèi)容:
a)檢驗(yàn)再生設(shè)備是否符合施工要求;
b)確定再生設(shè)備加熱時(shí)間、溫度、施工工藝與參數(shù);
c)驗(yàn)證再生瀝青混合料、新瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì),檢驗(yàn)新瀝青混合料、瀝青再生劑、瀝青(需
要時(shí))的最佳用量;
d)確定再生瀝青混合料、新鋪瀝青混合料的松鋪系數(shù);
e)檢測(cè)路面壓實(shí)度、平整度、厚度、滲水系數(shù)、構(gòu)造深度和抗滑系數(shù)等技術(shù)指標(biāo),檢驗(yàn)再生路面
與原路面的粘結(jié)效果;
f)評(píng)估施工組織設(shè)計(jì)與質(zhì)量控制方案的可行性,提出改進(jìn)措施與方案。
8.4.2試驗(yàn)路施工完后,全套設(shè)備應(yīng)移至
