房屋租賃合同中英文HousingLeaseAgreementThisHousingLeaseAgreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoonthedateof_______,byandbetween_______("Landlord"),withanaddressat_______,andcontactnumber_______,and_______("Tenant"),withanaddressat_______,andcontactnumber_______.Article1:PropertyDescription1.1TheLandlordherebyagreestoleasetotheTenantthepropertylocatedat_______("Property")forthepurposeof_______(specifythepurposeofthelease).ThePropertyconsistsof_______squaremetersoflivingspaceandisequippedwiththefollowingfacilitiesandappliances:_______(listspecificfacilitiesandappliances).Article2:LeaseTerm2.1Thetermofthisleaseshallcommenceon_______andshallendon_______.Thetotaldurationoftheleaseis_______months/years.Article3:RentandPayment3.1ThemonthlyrentforthePropertyshallbe_______(specifycurrency),payableinadvanceonthe_______dayofeachmonththroughoutthetermofthislease.3.2TheTenantshallpaytherenttotheLandlordby_______(specifymethodofpayment,e.g.,banktransfer,cash,etc.).Article4:SecurityDeposit4.1TheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositof_______(specifycurrency)totheLandlorduponsigningthisAgreement.ThesecuritydepositshallbereturnedtotheTenantattheendoftheleaseterm,subjecttoanydeductionsfordamagesorunpaidrent.Article5:UseoftheProperty5.1TheTenantagreestousethePropertyforresidentialpurposesonlyandshallnotengageinanyillegalactivitiesoractivitiesthatmaydisturbthepeaceandorderoftheneighborhood.Article6:MaintenanceandRepairs6.1TheLandlordisresponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairofthestructuralcomponentsofthePropertytoensureitshabitability.6.2TheTenantisresponsibleforthedailyupkeepandmaintenanceofthePropertyanditscontents,excludingstructuralcomponents.Article7:Subletting7.1TheTenantshallnotsubletthePropertyoranypartthereofwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Article8:Termination8.1EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementbyprovidingwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Thenoticeperiodshallbe_______(specifynoticeperiod).Article9:DefaultandRemedies9.1IftheTenantdefaultsinthepaymentofrentoranyotherobligationunderthisAgreement,theLandlordmay,inadditiontootherremedies,requiretheTenanttopaylatefeesorinterest.Article10:UtilitiesandServices10.1TheTenantshallberesponsibleforthepaymentofallutilitiesandservicesusedintheProperty,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,water,gas,andinternet.Article11:AlterationsandImprovements11.1TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterationsorimprovementstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Article12:Insurance12.1TheLandlordshallmaintaininsurancecoverageforthePropertyagainstfireandotherrisksasrequiredbylaw.Article13:Assignment13.1TheTenantshallnotassignthisAgreementoranyinteresthereinwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Article14:Notices14.1AllnoticesrequiredunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedgivenwhendeliveredpersonallyorsentbyregisteredmailtotheaddressesspecifiedinthisAgreement.Article15:GoverningLaw15.1ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthe_______(specifygoverninglaw).Article16:EntireAgreement16.1ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriornegotiations,understandings,oragreements,whetherwrittenororal.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartieshaveexecutedthisAgreementasofthedatefirstabovewritten.[Landlord'sSignature][Tenant'sSignature][Landlord'sName][Tenant'sName][Landlord'sPrintedName][Tenant'sPrintedName][Date][Date]Pleasenotethattheaboveisthefirsthalfofthestandardhousingleaseagreement.Thesecondhalfwillbeprovideduponyourrequest.Article17:EntryandInspection17.1TheLandlordortheirauthorizedrepresentativeshallhavetherighttoenterthePropertyforthepurposeofinspection,repair,ormaintenance,withreasonablenoticetotheTenant.Article18:QuietEnjoyment18.1TheLandlordwarrantsthattheTenantshallhavequietenjoymentoftheProperty,freefromanyinterferencebytheLandlord.Article19:CompliancewithLaws19.1TheTenantshallcomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsduringthetermofthisAgreement.Article20:UseofCommonAreas20.1TheTenantshallhavetherighttouseanycommonareasofthebuildingorcomplexinwhichthePropertyislocated,subjecttotherulesandregulationsofthebuildingorcomplex.Article21:Pets21.1NopetsareallowedinthePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Article22:Parking22.1Ifparkingisprovided,theTenantshallusethedesignatedparkingspaceandcomplywithanyparkingrulesandregulations.Article23:EarlyTermination23.1IntheeventthateitherpartywishestoterminatetheAgreementbeforetheendoftheleaseterm,theymustprovidetheotherpartywithwrittennoticeandmaybesubjecttoanearlyterminationfeeasspecifiedinthisAgreement.Article24:Abandonment24.1IftheTenantabandonstheProperty,theLandlordmayre-enterandtakepossessionoftheProperty,andtheTenantshallberesponsibleforanyunpaidrentorfees.Article25:PropertyConditionatTermination25.1UpontheterminationofthisAgreement,theTenantshalldeliverthePropertytotheLandlordinthesameconditionaswhentheTenanttookpossession,reasonablewearandtearexcepted.Article26:SecurityDepositDeductions26.1TheLandlordmaydeductfromthesecuritydepositanyunpaidrent,damagesbeyondnormalwearandtear,oranyotheramountsowedbytheTenantunderthisAgreement.Article27:DisputeResolution27.1AnydisputesarisingfromthisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughnegotiationor,ifnecessary,througharbitrationorlegalproceedingsinaccordancewithapplicablelaw.Article28:SuccessorsandAssigns28.1ThisAgreementshallbebindinguponandinuretothebenefitoftheparties'respectivesuccessorsandassigns.Article29:Severability29.1IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisheldtobeillegalorunenforceable,thatprovisionshallbeenforcedtotheextentpossible,andtheremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.Article30:Amendments30.1ThisAgreementmaybeamendedonlyinwritingandsignedbybothparties.Article31:Waiver31.1ThewaiverofanybreachordefaultunderthisAgreementshallnotbedeemedawaiverofanysubsequentbreachordefault.Article32:Notices32.1AllnoticesandcommunicationsrequiredorpermittedunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedeffectivewhendeliveredpersonally,sentbyregisteredmail,orbyemailwithconfirmationofreceipt.Article33:EntireAgreement33.1ThisAgreement,includinganyattachments,constitutestheentireunderstandingbe
