1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了民用大中型固定翼無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)”)自主能力飛行試驗(yàn)的一般

要求、飛行能力、運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素識(shí)別與響應(yīng)能力、人工干預(yù)能力和試飛報(bào)告的要求。

本文件適用于民用大中型固定翼無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)自主能力飛行試驗(yàn),其他類(lèi)型無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)自主能力飛行

試驗(yàn)參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。

3術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義

GB/T35018、GB/T38152界定的以及下列術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義適用于本文件。

3.1

自主能力autonomouscapability

無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)以自主模式或自動(dòng)模式在設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)行范圍內(nèi)實(shí)施飛行、識(shí)別和響應(yīng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的能力。

注1:自主模式指無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)操控員不介入飛行,決策以無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)判斷為準(zhǔn)。

注2:自動(dòng)模式按照預(yù)先設(shè)定的程序執(zhí)行,重要決策以人判斷為準(zhǔn),需無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)操控員發(fā)送指令。

無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)操控員unmannedaircraftsystempilot

參與無(wú)人機(jī)系統(tǒng)飛行過(guò)程的操控人員。

3.3

運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素識(shí)別與響應(yīng)operationalriskidentificationandresponse

對(duì)可能降低運(yùn)行安全水平的可變因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別,并作出適當(dāng)?shù)捻憫?yīng)。
