六、保證金：

八、甲方的責(zé)任：

九、乙方的責(zé)任：

十、違約處理：

c.無故拖欠租金超過三天(除雙方就本合同存在爭議除外)。

十一、適用法律：

十二、爭議的解決：

適合于海運(yùn)的緊縮機(jī)出口包裝，外裹棉布或其他不能產(chǎn)生異性纖維的包裝，捆扎牢固，包裝完整。如果使用容易產(chǎn)生異性纖維的包裝材料包裝棉花，則賣方須承擔(dān)全部清理異性纖維的費(fèi)用。棉花須以通用密度壓縮貨包的形式供貨。
