前言

根據(jù)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部《關(guān)于印發(fā)〈2015年工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范制訂、修訂計(jì)劃〉

的通知》(建標(biāo)[2014]189號(hào))的要求,規(guī)程編制組經(jīng)廣泛調(diào)查研究,認(rèn)真總結(jié)實(shí)踐

經(jīng)驗(yàn),參考有關(guān)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)外先進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并在廣泛征求意見(jiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,編制了本

規(guī)程。

本規(guī)程的主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容是:1總則;2術(shù)語(yǔ);3車輛;4限界;5行車組織與運(yùn)

營(yíng)管理;6線路;7軌道;8軌道支承結(jié)構(gòu);9車站建筑;10供電;11信號(hào);12通

信與自動(dòng)化;13站臺(tái)門(mén);14車輛基地;15安全疏散。

本規(guī)程中以黑體字標(biāo)志的條文為強(qiáng)制性條文,必須嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。

本規(guī)程由住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部負(fù)責(zé)管理和對(duì)強(qiáng)制性條文的解釋,由住房和城鄉(xiāng)建

1總則

1.0.1為使自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通工程設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到安全可靠,功能合理,經(jīng)濟(jì)適用,節(jié)能

環(huán)保,技術(shù)先進(jìn),制定本規(guī)程。

1.0.2本規(guī)程適用于中低運(yùn)量、最高運(yùn)行速度不超過(guò)100km/h的自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通

新建工程的設(shè)計(jì)。

1.0.3自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通工程的設(shè)計(jì)年限應(yīng)分為初期、近期、遠(yuǎn)期三期。初期為建

成通車后第3年,近期為第10年,遠(yuǎn)期為第25年。

1.0.4自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通線路應(yīng)為全封閉式,以高架線、地面線敷設(shè)方式為主,列

車采用無(wú)人值守全自動(dòng)駕駛模式。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)高密度組織運(yùn)營(yíng),設(shè)計(jì)最大能力應(yīng)滿足行

車密度不小于36對(duì)/h的要求。

1.0.5在確定系統(tǒng)運(yùn)能時(shí),車廂有效空余地板面積上站立乘客標(biāo)準(zhǔn)宜按每平方米站

立4~5名乘客計(jì)算。

1.0.6列車應(yīng)采用靈活編組方式,車輛編組數(shù)根據(jù)不同年限、不同時(shí)段的客流量變

化進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

1.0.7自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通工程的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)全線統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,建設(shè)規(guī)模、設(shè)備容量應(yīng)按預(yù)

測(cè)的最大客流量和系統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸能力確定,對(duì)于可分期建設(shè)的工程和配置的設(shè)備應(yīng)預(yù)留

分期建設(shè)和增容的條件。

1.0.8自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通線路是城市軌道交通線網(wǎng)中的組成部分,線網(wǎng)中各線之間

應(yīng)換乘便捷,并應(yīng)與地面其他交通統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、有機(jī)銜接。

1.0.9自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通的換乘車站、車輛基地、主變電所和控制中心的設(shè)置,應(yīng)

根據(jù)軌道交通線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃統(tǒng)一布局,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享。

1.0.10自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通的車輛及機(jī)電設(shè)備,應(yīng)采用滿足功能要求、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理、

成熟可靠的產(chǎn)品,并應(yīng)逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化和國(guó)產(chǎn)化。

1.0.11自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通設(shè)計(jì)除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程的規(guī)定外,尚應(yīng)符合國(guó)家現(xiàn)行相關(guān)標(biāo)

準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語(yǔ)

2.0.1自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通AutomatedGuidedTransit

一種以無(wú)人駕駛膠輪車輛為主導(dǎo)的,在專用線路的運(yùn)行道與導(dǎo)向軌上全自動(dòng)運(yùn)

行的城市軌道交通系統(tǒng)制式。

2.0.2無(wú)人值守車站stafferlessoperationstation

在列車無(wú)人駕駛的基礎(chǔ)上,不設(shè)置車站固定崗位的工作人員,實(shí)現(xiàn)以控制中心

遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控管理為主、輔以全線流動(dòng)巡查的管理模式。

2.0.3車輛編組trationconfiguration

數(shù)節(jié)車輛通過(guò)聯(lián)接裝置串聯(lián)組成列車作為基本運(yùn)行單元。

2.0.4導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)Guidingsystem

為了確保在任何狀況下符合限界要求,設(shè)置導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)保持車輛的橫向位置,包括

導(dǎo)向輪、導(dǎo)向軌等。根據(jù)導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)的設(shè)置空間位置,分為中間導(dǎo)向和兩側(cè)導(dǎo)向。

2.0.5運(yùn)行道runningbeam

承載列車荷載并將其傳遞到下部結(jié)構(gòu)的軌道結(jié)構(gòu)。

2.0.6運(yùn)行面runningsurface

運(yùn)行道表面上支撐列車運(yùn)行輪的范圍。

2.0.7導(dǎo)向軌guidedway

起列車導(dǎo)向作用,提供列車導(dǎo)向力的軌道結(jié)構(gòu),可分為中央導(dǎo)向軌和兩側(cè)導(dǎo)向

軌。

2.0.8軌道支承結(jié)構(gòu)guidewaysuperstructure

作為行車導(dǎo)向軌和運(yùn)行道結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ),直接承受列車荷載的結(jié)構(gòu)??刹捎酶呒?、

地面、地下結(jié)構(gòu)型式。

2.0.9樞軸式道岔PivotSwitch

中央導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)的一種道岔型式,通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)活動(dòng)端使道岔導(dǎo)向軌與道岔前線路銜

接,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)方向轉(zhuǎn)換的道岔型式。

2.0.10轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)式道岔TurntableSwitch

中央導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)的一種道岔型式,以轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)中心為支點(diǎn),通過(guò)一定角度的旋轉(zhuǎn),使

道岔導(dǎo)向軌與相鄰線路銜接,一般用于兩股道交叉或交叉渡線。

2.0.11藍(lán)燈系統(tǒng)Bluelightsystem

沿線路設(shè)置藍(lán)燈車站,在藍(lán)燈車站設(shè)置引導(dǎo)用的藍(lán)燈,工作人員可在藍(lán)光車站

與控制中心聯(lián)系并切斷牽引供電系統(tǒng)。

2.0.12啟程測(cè)試Departuretest

列車檢修完畢后、投入載客運(yùn)營(yíng)前,須在啟程測(cè)試區(qū)域?qū)α熊噯?dòng)、停站、停

車精度、自動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)車門(mén)、雙向運(yùn)行、緊急停車、列車廣播、與控制中心通話等功能

進(jìn)行測(cè)試,測(cè)試通過(guò)后,列車才能投入載客運(yùn)營(yíng)。

2.0.13無(wú)人區(qū)Depopulatedzone

無(wú)人區(qū)指設(shè)置了供電軌的無(wú)人駕駛軌行區(qū),一般包括正線、出入線、輕修線、

停車線、洗車線、試車線、牽出線、咽喉區(qū)。

2.0.14有人區(qū)SomeoneDistrict

有人區(qū)指除了無(wú)人區(qū)以外的軌行區(qū),一般不設(shè)供電軌,包括重修線、工程車線。

2.0.15緊急斷電系統(tǒng)EmergencyPowerOffSystem

緊急斷電系統(tǒng)即為在車站進(jìn)入線路接觸軌帶電區(qū)域和沿線接觸軌區(qū)域的應(yīng)急斷

電措施,確保進(jìn)入線路帶電區(qū)域的人員安全,由帶電指示燈、應(yīng)急電話、應(yīng)急停電

按鈕和相關(guān)監(jiān)控線路組成。

3車輛

3.1一般規(guī)定

3.1.1車輛應(yīng)滿足線路條件下安全運(yùn)行。

3.1.2車輛正常運(yùn)行時(shí),應(yīng)采用集電靴受流。

3.1.3每個(gè)懸掛及導(dǎo)向子系統(tǒng)應(yīng)設(shè)有兩側(cè)或中央受電裝置。每個(gè)受電裝置應(yīng)能持

續(xù)向車輛提供全部用電負(fù)荷。

3.1.4車輛應(yīng)設(shè)置車間電源連接接口。通過(guò)與接口連接,車輛的所有電氣負(fù)載,

包括空車載荷時(shí)的牽引都能運(yùn)行。

3.2車輛型式及編組

3.2.1車輛類型宜按表3.2.1選用。

3.2.2車輛可多節(jié)靈活編制,并實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向運(yùn)行。

3.2.3車輛載客量應(yīng)按下列計(jì)算確定:

1額定載員AW2為車輛上的座席全部被乘客坐滿,同時(shí)車內(nèi)立席面積(S5)的

額定立席乘客為6人/m時(shí)的載客量:座席+(6×S5),取整,有輪椅的車輛載客量加

1;

2超員載員AW3為車輛上的座位全部被乘客坐滿,同時(shí)車內(nèi)立席面積(S5)的

最大(超員)立席乘客為8人/m2時(shí)的載客量:座席+(8×S5),取整,有輪椅的車

輛載客量加1。

3.2.4列車牽引和制動(dòng)性能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1在額定供電電壓、平直道軌上,列車的基本牽引和制動(dòng)性能:

1)列車最大運(yùn)行速度不應(yīng)大于100km/h;

2

2)起動(dòng)平均加速度(0~35km/h,AW2)不應(yīng)小于1.0m/s;

2

3)常用制動(dòng)平均減速度(AW0~AW3)不應(yīng)小于1.1m/s;

2

4)緊急制動(dòng)減速度(AW0~AW3)不應(yīng)小于1.8m/s;

5)縱向沖擊率不應(yīng)大于0.75m/s3。

2一列空載列車牽引一列同長(zhǎng)度的無(wú)動(dòng)力額定載荷的故障列車應(yīng)能在10%的坡

道上起動(dòng);

3列車的停放制動(dòng)應(yīng)能使超員載荷的列車在10%的坡道上停住;

4當(dāng)列車損失1/2動(dòng)力時(shí),在額定載荷下,列車應(yīng)能在10%的坡道上起動(dòng),并

應(yīng)能使列車行駛到最近車站。

3.2.5列車噪聲應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1內(nèi)部噪聲級(jí)別應(yīng)符合表3.2.5的規(guī)定。

2外部噪音應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1)當(dāng)車輛進(jìn)/出站臺(tái)時(shí),車站內(nèi),離站臺(tái)邊緣1.5m處和站臺(tái)平面上方1.5m

處,不應(yīng)大于68dB(A);

2)當(dāng)車輛停在車站內(nèi)時(shí),車站內(nèi),離站臺(tái)邊緣1.5m處和站臺(tái)平面上方1.5m

處,不應(yīng)大于67dB(A);

3)當(dāng)車輛所有系統(tǒng)正常工作時(shí),在曠野上,在離軌道中心線15m處和在走

行面上方1.5m處,不應(yīng)大于69dB(A)。

3.3車體

3.3.1車體結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1采用鋁合金或不銹鋼材料制造,設(shè)計(jì)壽命應(yīng)為30年;

2強(qiáng)度應(yīng)滿足車輛在正常和故障運(yùn)行條件下最不利載荷(側(cè)向、垂向和縱向)

組合和抗碰撞性的要求。

3.3.2車門(mén)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1列車在全自動(dòng)無(wú)人駕駛時(shí),開(kāi)門(mén)和關(guān)門(mén)應(yīng)由車載ATO裝置自動(dòng)控制,車載

ATP裝置進(jìn)行監(jiān)視;人工駕駛時(shí)應(yīng)手動(dòng)控制開(kāi)門(mén)和關(guān)門(mén);

2車門(mén)關(guān)閉后應(yīng)用機(jī)械鎖鎖定,開(kāi)門(mén)前機(jī)械鎖應(yīng)先解開(kāi),車門(mén)控制系統(tǒng)的任何

故障不應(yīng)引起機(jī)械鎖解開(kāi),使車門(mén)打開(kāi);

3車門(mén)的控制指令應(yīng)受信號(hào)系統(tǒng)控制。

4車門(mén)在關(guān)門(mén)過(guò)程中遇障礙物時(shí)應(yīng)停止關(guān)門(mén),等待2~3s后繼續(xù)關(guān)門(mén),如果障礙

物未清除,車門(mén)完全打開(kāi),然后車門(mén)再次自動(dòng)關(guān)門(mén)。關(guān)門(mén)和開(kāi)門(mén)的動(dòng)作可再重復(fù)進(jìn)

行二次,在此重復(fù)過(guò)程中,其它車門(mén)保持在關(guān)閉位置。車門(mén)關(guān)閉,列車?yán)^續(xù)運(yùn)行,

車門(mén)不能關(guān)閉,車門(mén)未關(guān)信號(hào)應(yīng)送OCC,由OCC決策處理;

5設(shè)手動(dòng)緊急開(kāi)門(mén)裝置,當(dāng)裝置被操作時(shí),則操作信號(hào)應(yīng)送OCC,同時(shí)觸發(fā)

OCC與車內(nèi)乘客對(duì)講,由OCC決策車門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)處理。

3.3.3地板、側(cè)墻、端墻應(yīng)敷設(shè)阻燃和環(huán)保的隔熱和隔音材料。

3.3.4車鉤后端部應(yīng)設(shè)有可復(fù)原的能量吸收緩沖裝置,可吸收速度為8km/h的空載

列車與靜止的空載列車相撞時(shí)產(chǎn)生的沖擊能量,任何部件不得損壞。

3.3.5車頭和車尾設(shè)置監(jiān)控裝置,視頻信息應(yīng)實(shí)時(shí)傳送OCC。

3.4懸掛及導(dǎo)向子系統(tǒng)

3.4.1懸掛及導(dǎo)向子系統(tǒng)必須提供列車水平方向上的機(jī)械拉力。車輛必須在各種運(yùn)行

速度及載荷工況下都應(yīng)保持良好的乘坐舒適性。運(yùn)行車輛的乘坐舒適性應(yīng)滿足表

3.4.1的要求。

3.4.2采用單軸轉(zhuǎn)向架,全鋼焊接或鑄鋼件構(gòu)架,每一臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)向架安裝一臺(tái)牽引電動(dòng)機(jī)。

轉(zhuǎn)向架的技術(shù)特征應(yīng)滿足表3.4.2的要求。

3.4.3應(yīng)設(shè)有載荷平衡裝置來(lái)平衡垂向載荷。

3.4.4應(yīng)設(shè)有主動(dòng)的機(jī)械式導(dǎo)向裝置。

3.4.5當(dāng)采用充氣輪胎、爆胎或輪胎內(nèi)氣壓不足時(shí),不應(yīng)對(duì)車輛、電氣系統(tǒng)、導(dǎo)軌以

及乘客造成損害。

3.4.6當(dāng)采用充氣輪胎時(shí),充氣輪胎應(yīng)采取安全保護(hù)措施,確保在意外爆胎情況下故

障車輛降速運(yùn)行至最近車站疏散旅客,并應(yīng)維持運(yùn)行至車輛段進(jìn)行檢查和維修。

3.4.7當(dāng)采用充氣輪胎時(shí),應(yīng)在車輛上配置輪胎虧氣報(bào)警裝置或輪胎氣壓缺損檢測(cè)裝

置并應(yīng)向OCC發(fā)出警報(bào)。

3.5電氣系統(tǒng)

3.5.1電力傳動(dòng)控制應(yīng)采用微機(jī)控制技術(shù),并應(yīng)有診斷和故障信息儲(chǔ)存功能。

3.5.2車輛應(yīng)由導(dǎo)軌的電力軌供電。

3.5.3車輛主電源發(fā)生故障斷電,車載蓄電池緊急電源系統(tǒng)應(yīng)確保維持緊急廣播、

所有通訊設(shè)備、緊急通風(fēng)、緊急照明、ATC系統(tǒng)、故障報(bào)警、左右緊急開(kāi)關(guān)門(mén)至少

各一次、車載CCTV功能,維持時(shí)間不應(yīng)小于45min,并應(yīng)有10%的冗余。

3.5.4在非緊急運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下,車內(nèi)地板處(包括車門(mén)處)照度不應(yīng)低于50lx。當(dāng)車

停站時(shí),在離地板76cm高的地方測(cè)得的照度不應(yīng)低于215lx。

3.5.5緊急照明時(shí),所有地方的照度不應(yīng)低于54lx。緊急出口照度不應(yīng)低于54lx。

3.5.6頭燈的照明必須使前方10m處具有不應(yīng)低于5lx的照度。

3.5.7車輛端部配置攝像頭,應(yīng)對(duì)列車運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)視,并應(yīng)實(shí)時(shí)將視頻信息傳

送至OCC。

3.5.8車輛應(yīng)配置LED顯示系統(tǒng)。

3.5.9客室內(nèi)應(yīng)配備一定數(shù)量煙感器、溫感器、滅火器。煙感器和溫感器應(yīng)能向OCC

產(chǎn)生報(bào)警信號(hào)。

3.6牽引和制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)

3.6.1制動(dòng)方案應(yīng)符合表3.6.1的要求。

3.6.2常用制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)在系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行范圍內(nèi)的任何車速、載荷、坡度、轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑和環(huán)境

條件下,在減速度和沖擊受限制的情況下制動(dòng)列車。

3.6.3常用制動(dòng)方式應(yīng)采用下列方式:

1應(yīng)優(yōu)先采用電制動(dòng);

2正常情況下,電制動(dòng)與摩擦制動(dòng)結(jié)合,摩擦制動(dòng)介入時(shí)的列車速度不應(yīng)大于

約8km/h;

3當(dāng)電氣制動(dòng)出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),應(yīng)僅有摩擦制動(dòng)。

3.6.4當(dāng)列車出現(xiàn)潛在危險(xiǎn)狀況時(shí),緊急制動(dòng)應(yīng)使列車停下來(lái)。緊急制動(dòng)的施加應(yīng)在

控制中心有警報(bào)。

4限界

4.1一般規(guī)定

4.1.1限界應(yīng)分為車輛限界、設(shè)備限界、建筑限界。

4.1.2車輛限界可分為隧道內(nèi)車輛限界、高架線或地面線車輛限界。高架線或地面

線車輛限界應(yīng)在隧道內(nèi)車輛限界基礎(chǔ)上,加計(jì)算最大風(fēng)荷載引起的橫向和豎向偏移

量。

4.1.3曲線設(shè)備限界應(yīng)在直線設(shè)備限界基礎(chǔ)上,按平面曲線不同半徑以及車輛、軌

道參數(shù)等因素計(jì)算確定。

4.1.4建筑限界的制定應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1除站臺(tái)橡膠條外,在寬度方向上設(shè)備限界和軌道區(qū)設(shè)備之間應(yīng)留出不小于

50mm安全間隙;

2當(dāng)建筑限界側(cè)面和頂面沒(méi)有設(shè)備或管線時(shí),建筑限界和設(shè)備限界之間的間

隙不宜小于200mm,困難條件下不得小于100mm。

4.1.5當(dāng)相鄰雙線的兩線間無(wú)墻、柱及設(shè)備時(shí),兩設(shè)備限界之間的安全間隙不得小

于100mm。

4.2限界的基本參數(shù)

4.2.1車輛基本參數(shù)應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程第3章的規(guī)定。

4.2.2線路、軌道及供電軌基本參數(shù)應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程第6、7、10章的規(guī)定。

4.2.3其他基本參數(shù)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1當(dāng)車站無(wú)設(shè)置站臺(tái)門(mén)時(shí),列車不停站通過(guò)速度不得大于40km/h;

2車站設(shè)置站臺(tái)門(mén)列車不停站通過(guò)速度不得大于55km/h;

3高架線或地面線風(fēng)荷載可取420N/m2;;

4疏散平臺(tái)高度宜低于車輛地板面150mm~250mm。

4.3建筑限界

4.3.1建筑限界可分為矩形隧道建筑限界、馬蹄形隧道建筑限界、圓形隧道建筑限界、

高架線及地面線建筑限界、車輛基地車場(chǎng)線建筑限界。

4.3.2高架線或地面線建筑限界的確定應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1高架區(qū)間建筑限界應(yīng)按高架區(qū)間設(shè)備限界和構(gòu)筑物及設(shè)備安裝尺寸計(jì)算確

定。

2地面線建筑限界應(yīng)按地面線設(shè)備限界及設(shè)備安裝尺寸計(jì)算確定。地面線建筑

限界還應(yīng)滿足路基及排水溝結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的要求。

3當(dāng)線路側(cè)面設(shè)置聲屏障時(shí),聲屏障在彈性變形條件下與設(shè)備限界之間的安全

間隙不應(yīng)小于100mm。

4高度應(yīng)滿足按設(shè)備限界頂部高度另加不小于200mm安全間隙。

4.3.3矩形隧道建筑限界應(yīng)按下列規(guī)定計(jì)算確定:

1直線地段矩形隧道建筑限界寬度:

BS=BR+BL(4.3.3-1)

BR=XS(max)+b1+c(4.3.3-2)

BL=XS(max)+b2+c(4.3.3-3)

式中:XS(max)——直線地段設(shè)備限界最大寬度值(mm);

b1、b2——右側(cè)、左側(cè)設(shè)備或支架最大安裝寬度值(mm);

c——設(shè)備安裝誤差和安全間隙(mm);

2直線地段矩形隧道建筑限界高度(自結(jié)構(gòu)底板至隧道頂板):

H=h1+h2+h3(4.3.3-4)

式中:h1——設(shè)備限界高度(mm);

h2——設(shè)備限界至建筑限界在高度方向的安全間隙(mm);

h3——軌道結(jié)構(gòu)高度(mm)。

3曲線地段矩形隧道建筑限界應(yīng)在曲線地段設(shè)備限界基礎(chǔ)上按下列公式計(jì)

算確定:

1)曲線外側(cè)建筑限界寬度:

Ba=XKacosα-YKasinα+b2(或b1)+c(4.3.3-5)

2)曲線內(nèi)側(cè)建筑限界寬度:

Bi=XKicosα+YKisinα+b1(或b2)+c(4.3.3-6)

3)曲線建筑限界高度應(yīng)按下式計(jì)算確定:

Bu=XKhsinα+YKhcosα+h2+h3(4.3.3-7)

α=sin-1(h/s)(4.3.3-8)

式中,h——軌道超高值(mm);

s——滾動(dòng)圓間距(mm);

(XKh、YKh),(XKi、YKi),(XKa、YKa)——曲線地段設(shè)備限界控制點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)值(mm)。

4緩和曲線地段矩形隧道建筑限界應(yīng)按所在曲線位置的曲率半徑和超高值等

因素計(jì)算確定。

4.3.4地面過(guò)渡段U形槽建筑限界,宜按矩形隧道建筑限界設(shè)計(jì)。

4.3.5圓形隧道應(yīng)按全線盾構(gòu)施工地段的平面曲線最小半徑確定隧道建筑限界。

4.3.6正線地段馬蹄形隧道宜按全線采用礦山法施工地段的平面曲線最小半徑確定

隧道建筑限界。

4.3.7圓形或馬蹄形隧道在曲線超高地段,應(yīng)采用隧道中心向線路基準(zhǔn)線內(nèi)側(cè)偏移的

方法解決軌道超高造成的內(nèi)外側(cè)不均勻位移量。位移量計(jì)算應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

x’=h0×h/s(4.3.7)

式中:x’——隧道中心線對(duì)線路基準(zhǔn)線內(nèi)側(cè)的水平位移量(mm);

h0——隧道中心至軌頂面的垂向距離(mm)。

4.3.8道岔區(qū)的建筑限界,應(yīng)在直線地段建筑限界的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)不同類型的道岔和

車輛技術(shù)參數(shù),分別按幾何偏移量和相關(guān)公式計(jì)算合成后進(jìn)行加寬。

4.3.9車站直線地段建筑限界應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1站臺(tái)面應(yīng)低于車輛(新車、空車)客室地板面,其高差不應(yīng)大于35mm;

2站臺(tái)計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度內(nèi)的站臺(tái)邊緣距線路中心線的距離,應(yīng)按車輛限界計(jì)算確定。

站臺(tái)邊緣與車輛輪廓線之間的水平間隙不應(yīng)大于85mm;

3站臺(tái)計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度內(nèi)的站臺(tái)邊緣加裝橡膠墊,橡膠墊與車輛輪廓線之間的水平

間隙不應(yīng)大于40mm;且橡膠墊應(yīng)延續(xù)至站臺(tái)寬度漸變段的終點(diǎn)處。

4站臺(tái)計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度外的站臺(tái)邊緣距線路中心線距離,宜按設(shè)備限界另加不小于

50mm安全間隙確定。

5設(shè)有站臺(tái)門(mén)的車站,站臺(tái)門(mén)最外突出點(diǎn)至車輛限界之間應(yīng)有15mm的安全

間隙。

6車站范圍內(nèi)其余部位建筑限界,應(yīng)按本規(guī)程4.3.3條的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

4.3.10曲線車站站臺(tái)邊緣與車輛客室門(mén)踏板之間的間隙不應(yīng)大于180mm。

4.3.11當(dāng)輔助線的平面曲線半徑小于正線平面曲線最小半徑時(shí),其建筑限界應(yīng)另行

計(jì)算確定。

4.3.12防淹門(mén)和人防隔斷門(mén)建筑限界寬度,其門(mén)框內(nèi)邊緣至設(shè)備限界應(yīng)有不小于

100mm安全間隙;建筑限界高度應(yīng)與區(qū)間矩形隧道高度相同。

4.3.13車輛基地建筑限界應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1車場(chǎng)線限界應(yīng)按高架區(qū)間限界規(guī)定執(zhí)行;

2車輛集電靴無(wú)電狀態(tài)下,車輛基地庫(kù)內(nèi)外構(gòu)筑物限界,應(yīng)與集電靴設(shè)備限界

保持不小于50mm的安全距離。

3庫(kù)內(nèi)檢修平臺(tái)建筑限界,應(yīng)按空車采用庫(kù)內(nèi)速度計(jì)算的車輛限界確定。車輛

輪廓線與車頂平臺(tái)之間保持80mm安全間隙。車門(mén)高度的中間平臺(tái)建筑限界可按本

規(guī)程4.3.9條設(shè)計(jì)。

4警沖標(biāo)應(yīng)設(shè)在兩線交叉處的適當(dāng)位置,警沖標(biāo)處的線間距,按兩設(shè)備限界之

和確定。

5行車組織與運(yùn)營(yíng)管理

5.1一般規(guī)定

5.1.1自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)為雙線,并采用右側(cè)行車制。

5.1.2自動(dòng)導(dǎo)向軌道交通系統(tǒng)運(yùn)能宜為1萬(wàn)人/h~3萬(wàn)人/h,應(yīng)采用無(wú)人駕駛模式,

系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具備采用不同編組列車混合運(yùn)營(yíng)的能力。

5.1.3行車上下行方向應(yīng)全線網(wǎng)統(tǒng)一,行車上下行方向應(yīng)按由南向北為上行方向,

反之為下行方向;由西向東
