1總則

1.0.1為了加強(qiáng)汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組工程施工技術(shù)管理,進(jìn)一步提高工

程施工質(zhì)量,修訂DL5190.3—2012《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》第

三部分。

1.0.2本部分適用于火力發(fā)電廠汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組、燃?xì)猓羝?lián)合

循環(huán)發(fā)電機(jī)組、單循環(huán)燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組、輔助設(shè)備及附屬機(jī)械的施

工。

1.0.3汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的施工應(yīng)依據(jù)經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)備制造廠技

術(shù)文件,如需修改或變更,應(yīng)由設(shè)計(jì)單位、設(shè)備制造廠出具相應(yīng)

的證明文件,辦理相關(guān)的審批手續(xù)。發(fā)電廠土建工程除滿足本規(guī)

范《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范第1部分:土建工程》的規(guī)定外,

特殊要求按本部分相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

1.0.4汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的施工應(yīng)按設(shè)備訂貨合同、技術(shù)協(xié)議及制造

廠有效技術(shù)文件的要求執(zhí)行,如合同協(xié)議及制造廠技術(shù)文件無(wú)明

確要求或要求不全面時(shí),按本部分規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

1.0.5汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的施工,除應(yīng)符合本部分規(guī)定外,還應(yīng)執(zhí)行

國(guó)家、行業(yè)現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語(yǔ)

2.0.1橢圓度ellipticity

圓柱形軸或者孔在某一橫剖面的不圓度,其數(shù)值為該橫剖面

最大直徑與最小直徑之差。

2.0.2不柱度non-cylindricity

圓柱形軸或孔通過(guò)軸中心線的軸向剖面上下線與平行線的偏

差。其數(shù)值為該軸或孔在軸向剖面上最大與最小直徑之差。要求

為正圓柱體的部件,不柱度表示偏離正圓柱要求的程度。

2.0.3錐度taper

圓錐、圓臺(tái)形狀回轉(zhuǎn)面與基準(zhǔn)面的傾斜程度。對(duì)于圓錐形狀

其數(shù)值為圓錐基準(zhǔn)面直徑與圓錐高度的比值,對(duì)于圓臺(tái)形狀其數(shù)

值為上下直徑之差與圓臺(tái)高度的比值。

2.0.4傾斜度tilt/(坡度)tilt(gradient)

直線或平面與基準(zhǔn)線或基準(zhǔn)面相交的傾斜程度。其數(shù)值為給

定的基準(zhǔn)面或線長(zhǎng)度內(nèi)該面或線與基準(zhǔn)面或線的最小距離與給定

長(zhǎng)度的比值。

2.0.5平面度f(wàn)latness

實(shí)際表面偏離標(biāo)準(zhǔn)平面的程度。其數(shù)值用實(shí)際平面距離標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

平面最遠(yuǎn)點(diǎn)的距離值表示。

2.0.6不平行度non-parallelism

兩個(gè)相互平行的線或面間的不平行的程度。其數(shù)值為該二要

素間最大與最小垂直距離之差。

2.0.7不垂直度non-perpendicularity

兩條軸線、軸線與平面或兩平面之間所形成的角度與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直

角之差。以單位長(zhǎng)度內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)垂直線或面與所測(cè)線或面的最小距離

△表示,單位△/m。

2.0.8徑向晃度radialrunout

徑向晃度表示測(cè)量斷面所在的軸表面到軸中心線距離的偏離

程度。用百分表垂直指向被測(cè)斷面的軸中心線,轉(zhuǎn)子軸頸在支持

面上盤(pán)動(dòng),被測(cè)表面上各點(diǎn)讀數(shù)的最大與最小值之差,為軸頸在

該截面的徑向晃度。

2.0.9端面瓢偏endingrunout

端面瓢偏表示該端面與軸中心線不垂直的程度。在被測(cè)端面

接近直徑的周邊部位,相對(duì)180°位置各安放一個(gè)垂直于端面的百

分表,盤(pán)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子,兩表同時(shí)指示的最大差值減去最小差值的1/2

即為端面瓢偏值。

2.0.10大型水泵largepumps

出口公稱直徑大于400mm的高壓離心泵,以及入口公稱直

徑大于700mm的低壓泵。

2.0.11高速水泵high-speedpumps

額定轉(zhuǎn)速高于1500r/min的水泵。

2.0.12可調(diào)式汽封adjustablesteamseal

可調(diào)式汽封是一種隨著啟動(dòng)過(guò)程中蒸汽壓力的逐漸增大而分

段閉合的汽封。其主要特點(diǎn):?jiǎn)?dòng)時(shí),汽封塊張開(kāi),使動(dòng)靜部分

達(dá)到最大間隙,避免了啟動(dòng)過(guò)程中由于振動(dòng)及變形而導(dǎo)致的碰磨。

隨著機(jī)組升速加負(fù)荷,汽封塊端部閉合,使動(dòng)靜間隙減小,以減

少汽封的漏汽量從而提高機(jī)組的效率。

2.0.13空冷凝汽器air-cooledcondenser(ACC)

空冷凝汽器簡(jiǎn)稱為ACC,指以空氣作為冷卻介質(zhì),使汽輪機(jī)

排汽凝結(jié)成水的表面式換熱器。

2.0.14相對(duì)振動(dòng)relativevibration

相對(duì)振動(dòng)是指轉(zhuǎn)軸和相應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)(例如軸承座或機(jī)殼)之間的

徑向位移量的測(cè)量值,如無(wú)特別說(shuō)明,本部分中的“軸振動(dòng)”均

指相對(duì)振動(dòng)。

2.0.15絕對(duì)振動(dòng)absolutevibration

絕對(duì)振動(dòng)是指轉(zhuǎn)軸相對(duì)于某一慣性參考系的位移量的測(cè)量值。

2.0.16輔機(jī)故障減負(fù)荷試驗(yàn)runbacktest

當(dāng)發(fā)生部分主要輔機(jī)故障停運(yùn),機(jī)組最大出力低于給定負(fù)荷

時(shí),測(cè)試控制系統(tǒng)將機(jī)組負(fù)荷快速降低到實(shí)際所能達(dá)到的出力,

并控制機(jī)組在允許參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)繼續(xù)運(yùn)行能力的過(guò)程,稱為輔機(jī)故

障減負(fù)荷試驗(yàn)。

3基本規(guī)定

3.1設(shè)備開(kāi)箱檢驗(yàn)及保管

3.1.1設(shè)備到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后,應(yīng)由建設(shè)、制造、監(jiān)理、總包、施工、

設(shè)備保管等相關(guān)單位共同開(kāi)箱查驗(yàn)并記錄簽證。有缺陷的設(shè)備應(yīng)

按合同約定進(jìn)行處理。

3.1.2設(shè)備開(kāi)箱檢驗(yàn)時(shí),裝箱單、說(shuō)明書(shū)、質(zhì)量證明文件、圖紙

等技術(shù)文件應(yīng)齊全。

3.1.3設(shè)備裝卸和搬運(yùn)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1應(yīng)按箱上標(biāo)識(shí)部位綁扎吊索及加襯墊物,并防止重心偏

移;

2對(duì)剛度較差的設(shè)備,應(yīng)采取措施防止變形;

3應(yīng)核實(shí)設(shè)備搬運(yùn)途中經(jīng)過(guò)的路面、橋梁等承載能力;

4碳鋼吊索不得與奧氏體不銹鋼材質(zhì)的設(shè)備接觸。

3.1.4設(shè)備開(kāi)箱檢查應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1在開(kāi)箱檢查時(shí),應(yīng)防止損傷和損壞設(shè)備及零部件。對(duì)裝有

精密設(shè)備的箱件,應(yīng)注意對(duì)精密設(shè)備妥善保護(hù);

2設(shè)備防腐涂料未清理前,不得轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和滑動(dòng),清理檢查后應(yīng)

用原防腐涂料進(jìn)行防腐處理;

3需要添加潤(rùn)滑劑等特殊要求的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備,開(kāi)箱檢查時(shí)不得

盤(pán)動(dòng);

4設(shè)備開(kāi)箱檢查后暫不安裝時(shí)應(yīng)重新封閉;露天放置的箱

件,應(yīng)采取有效的防護(hù)措施;

5裝箱設(shè)備的配件及專用工具應(yīng)成套保管。

3.1.5設(shè)備保管人員應(yīng)熟悉設(shè)備保管規(guī)程,汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組設(shè)備的

特殊保管要求,并做好保管記錄。

3.1.6設(shè)備安裝前保管應(yīng)符合DL/T855《電力基本建設(shè)火電設(shè)備

維護(hù)保管規(guī)程》的規(guī)定。

3.1.7設(shè)備和器材應(yīng)分區(qū)、分類(lèi)存放,標(biāo)識(shí)清晰,并應(yīng)符合下列

規(guī)定:

1存放區(qū)域應(yīng)有明顯的區(qū)界和消防通道,并具備可靠的消防

設(shè)施和有效的照明;

2大件設(shè)備的存放位置應(yīng)根據(jù)施工順序和運(yùn)輸條件,按照施

工組織設(shè)計(jì)的規(guī)定合理布置,以減少二次搬運(yùn);

3設(shè)備應(yīng)支墊穩(wěn)固、可靠,存放場(chǎng)地排水應(yīng)暢通,并應(yīng)采取

防撞、防凍、防潮、防塵和防傾倒等措施;

4存放地點(diǎn)和貨架應(yīng)具備足夠的承載能力;

5海濱鹽霧地區(qū)和含有腐蝕性的環(huán)境,應(yīng)采取特殊措施,防

止設(shè)備銹蝕;

6儀器、儀表及精密部件應(yīng)存放在貨架上或按要求放置在保

溫庫(kù)內(nèi);

7管材、管件和部件應(yīng)標(biāo)識(shí)明確、分類(lèi)存放,避免混淆;

8充氮保護(hù)的設(shè)備,應(yīng)定期檢查記錄氮?dú)鈮毫霸O(shè)備密封情

況。當(dāng)壓力低于3.5kPa時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)充氮?dú)猓?/p>

9燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)濾芯保管應(yīng)有防潮措施。

3.1.8隨設(shè)備提供的材料應(yīng)有質(zhì)量證明文件,在核查中對(duì)材料質(zhì)

量有質(zhì)疑時(shí),應(yīng)進(jìn)行復(fù)檢。

3.1.9外委加工和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)加工配制的成品或半成品,應(yīng)按本部分的

有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),合格后方可使用。

3.1.10安裝就位的設(shè)備應(yīng)加強(qiáng)成品保護(hù),防止設(shè)備在安裝期間損

傷、銹蝕、凍裂;經(jīng)過(guò)試運(yùn)行的主要設(shè)備,應(yīng)根據(jù)制造廠對(duì)設(shè)備

的有關(guān)要求,制定維護(hù)保養(yǎng)措施,經(jīng)監(jiān)理審定后,妥善保管。

3.2土建工程

3.2.1汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組安裝前期,由監(jiān)理組織土建專業(yè)、安裝專業(yè)

進(jìn)行圖紙會(huì)檢。

3.2.2土建施工期間,安裝專業(yè)應(yīng)做如下工作:

1施工準(zhǔn)備時(shí),對(duì)預(yù)留孔洞、預(yù)埋件、汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組基座及

主要附屬設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)等標(biāo)高、中心線、地腳螺栓孔位置等重要幾何尺

寸應(yīng)進(jìn)行校核;

2澆灌前,安裝單位應(yīng)參加基座澆灌前的中間核查工作;

3起吊重型設(shè)備需要的起吊設(shè)施的基礎(chǔ)、錨固點(diǎn)及為超負(fù)荷

起吊而對(duì)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行的加固方案,應(yīng)在土建施工前與設(shè)計(jì)單位、

監(jiān)理單位和土建施工單位確定;

4因吊裝大型設(shè)備而預(yù)留的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、基礎(chǔ)或墻體,應(yīng)在土建

施工前由設(shè)計(jì)單位、監(jiān)理單位和土建施工單位等有關(guān)單位確認(rèn)。

3.2.3交付安裝的土建工程應(yīng)具備下列條件:

1行車(chē)軌道安裝完畢,二次灌漿的混凝土已達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度,

并經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格;

2主輔設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)、基座混凝土已達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度的70%以上,

模板已拆除;

3廠房封閉,屋面止水;

4廠房?jī)?nèi)的各基礎(chǔ)縱橫中心線、標(biāo)高標(biāo)識(shí)和基礎(chǔ)沉降觀測(cè)點(diǎn)

清晰、齊全;

5各層平臺(tái)、通道、梯子、欄桿、踢腳板裝設(shè)完畢且焊接牢

固,主機(jī)周邊孔洞有可靠的臨時(shí)蓋板或圍欄;

6廠房?jī)?nèi)的管溝、泵坑、排水溝及集水井等清潔,排水暢通;

7消防設(shè)施可靠;

8建筑物和基礎(chǔ)上的基準(zhǔn)線與基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)標(biāo)識(shí)清晰、齊全。

3.3設(shè)備及系統(tǒng)安裝

3.3.1設(shè)備安裝應(yīng)根據(jù)下列技術(shù)文件進(jìn)行:

1制造廠設(shè)備質(zhì)量證明書(shū)、說(shuō)明書(shū)、圖紙等;

2專業(yè)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)及作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū);

3綠色施工專項(xiàng)措施。

3.3.2施工前,工程技術(shù)人員應(yīng)對(duì)施工人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底。

3.3.3汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的施工場(chǎng)地應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1臨時(shí)放置設(shè)備和材料的場(chǎng)地應(yīng)滿足相應(yīng)載荷要求;

2施工地點(diǎn)環(huán)境溫度宜保持在5℃以上;

3水、電等力能供應(yīng)應(yīng)滿足施工需求,照明充足;

4基建施工和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行區(qū)域的隔離設(shè)施應(yīng)有明顯標(biāo)識(shí);

5起重設(shè)備應(yīng)具備使用條件。

3.3.4設(shè)備安裝時(shí),建筑物的保護(hù)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1不得任意變更或損壞建筑物結(jié)構(gòu);

2禁止在建筑物金屬結(jié)構(gòu)上任意施焊、切割;

3不得隨意在建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)上錘擊、開(kāi)孔,不得鑿開(kāi)混凝

土保護(hù)層在鋼筋上焊接、切割。

3.3.5設(shè)備安裝前,如發(fā)現(xiàn)有損壞或質(zhì)量缺陷,應(yīng)及時(shí)通知有關(guān)

單位共同檢查確認(rèn),并進(jìn)行處理。

3.3.6設(shè)備中的零部件和緊固件安裝前應(yīng)按DL/T438《火力發(fā)電

廠金屬技術(shù)監(jiān)督規(guī)程》和DL/T439《火力發(fā)電廠高溫緊固件技術(shù)

導(dǎo)則》規(guī)定進(jìn)行光譜、無(wú)損探傷、金相、硬度等檢驗(yàn),并與制造

廠技術(shù)文件要求相符。

3.3.7設(shè)備及部件的清理應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1設(shè)備部件內(nèi)部的雜物、油垢、銹跡應(yīng)清理干凈并及時(shí)封閉;

2設(shè)備的精密加工面不應(yīng)用鏟刀、銼刀除銹,不得用火焰除

油;

3用蒸汽吹掃的部件應(yīng)及時(shí)去除水分;

4清理軸頸和軸瓦時(shí)不得損傷其表面;

5清理后的設(shè)備及零部件應(yīng)分類(lèi)存放,并防止二次污染。

3.3.8汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組施工應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1設(shè)備的解體檢查、測(cè)量和調(diào)整應(yīng)符合制造廠的技術(shù)文件要

求;

2拆卸設(shè)備部套時(shí)應(yīng)做好標(biāo)記、使用專用工器具,并不得強(qiáng)

行拆裝;

3拆下的零部件應(yīng)妥善保管。

3.3.9隱蔽工程的安裝檢查應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1進(jìn)入隱蔽區(qū)域、設(shè)備內(nèi)部清理和檢查的人員,應(yīng)穿無(wú)紐扣

的專用工作服,鞋底無(wú)鐵釘并擦拭干凈;

2設(shè)備及管道封閉前,應(yīng)指定專人檢查,確認(rèn)內(nèi)部無(wú)雜物后

辦理簽證;

3設(shè)備及管道的封閉應(yīng)明顯,牢固、可靠;

4不得在已最終封閉的設(shè)備或管道上施焊、開(kāi)孔、拆封。

3.4試運(yùn)行

3.4.1汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)及其附屬機(jī)械、輔助設(shè)備試運(yùn)時(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)具備下

列條件:

1廠區(qū)場(chǎng)地平整,道路暢通;

2試運(yùn)范圍內(nèi)的施工臨時(shí)設(shè)施應(yīng)拆除并清理干凈,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)溝

道、孔洞蓋板齊全,臨時(shí)孔洞應(yīng)裝設(shè)護(hù)欄或蓋板,平臺(tái)的樓梯、

通道、欄桿及護(hù)板應(yīng)安裝完畢;

3消防器材滿足試運(yùn)要求,消防系統(tǒng)具備投用條件,事故排

油系統(tǒng)具備使用條件;

4試運(yùn)機(jī)組范圍內(nèi)的各層地面施工完畢;

5生活用的上下水道暢通,衛(wèi)生設(shè)施能正常使用;

6廠房和廠區(qū)的排水系統(tǒng)、工業(yè)廢水處理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)正常投用;

7照明系統(tǒng)應(yīng)正常投用,事故照明系統(tǒng)完整、可靠并處于備

用狀態(tài);

8試運(yùn)時(shí)室內(nèi)溫度宜保持5℃以上;

9電話等通信設(shè)備安裝完畢,應(yīng)正常投用;

10與試運(yùn)有關(guān)的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)正常投用。

3.4.2汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組及附屬機(jī)械、輔助設(shè)備和系統(tǒng),在試運(yùn)前應(yīng)

具備下列條件:

1設(shè)備及系統(tǒng)按規(guī)定安裝完畢,并驗(yàn)收合格,安裝技術(shù)記錄

齊全;

2設(shè)備及管道的保溫工作已完成,管道支吊架已調(diào)整結(jié)束;

3基礎(chǔ)混凝土及二次灌漿層達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度;

4操作電源、動(dòng)力電源、壓縮空氣氣源可靠;

5水位計(jì)和油位計(jì)標(biāo)識(shí)清晰、顯示正確;

6轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)械已按要求加潤(rùn)滑油、脂,油位正常;

7工業(yè)水系統(tǒng)具備投用條件且沖洗潔凈;

8閥門(mén)應(yīng)逐個(gè)檢查調(diào)整完畢,全行程啟閉(停)靈活、開(kāi)

度準(zhǔn)確且無(wú)卡澀;

9試運(yùn)范圍內(nèi)的容器,已按要求清理和沖洗;

10各指示和記錄儀表及信號(hào)、聲光報(bào)警裝置已裝設(shè)齊全,

并經(jīng)校驗(yàn)調(diào)整準(zhǔn)確;

11試運(yùn)設(shè)備或系統(tǒng)已掛牌并標(biāo)識(shí)清晰,表計(jì)指示正確且在

有效期內(nèi);

12啟動(dòng)用汽源應(yīng)充足并穩(wěn)定,其壓力和溫度應(yīng)能符合軸封

供汽、汽動(dòng)給水泵、除氧器等用汽的要求;

13自動(dòng)控制部分及精密部套的通風(fēng)、空調(diào)裝置應(yīng)投用;

14試運(yùn)設(shè)備的保護(hù)裝置已校驗(yàn)合格并投用。

3.4.3汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的分部試運(yùn)調(diào)試措施已批準(zhǔn)。

3.4.4汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組整套啟動(dòng)前應(yīng)完成下列工作:

1汽水管道的吹掃和沖洗;

2冷卻水系統(tǒng)通水試驗(yàn)和沖洗;

3化學(xué)水系統(tǒng)沖洗、充填藥劑、調(diào)整試運(yùn)行,并能供給足量

合格的除鹽水;

4真空系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)密性檢查;

5除氧器、熱交換器、蒸發(fā)器、減壓裝置等的檢查調(diào)整;

6各附屬機(jī)械分部試運(yùn)調(diào)整;

7潤(rùn)滑、調(diào)節(jié)和密封油系統(tǒng)及凈化裝置試運(yùn)調(diào)整,油質(zhì)合格;

8調(diào)節(jié)、保安系統(tǒng)靜態(tài)整定和試驗(yàn);

9頂軸裝置和盤(pán)車(chē)裝置調(diào)整試驗(yàn),校對(duì)大軸晃度指示表;

10抽汽止回閥與傳動(dòng)裝置的調(diào)整試驗(yàn);

11汽封系統(tǒng)調(diào)整試運(yùn)行;

12熱工、電氣有關(guān)保護(hù)、連鎖裝置,遠(yuǎn)方操作裝置和電動(dòng)、

氣動(dòng)、液動(dòng)閥的調(diào)整試驗(yàn),開(kāi)、閉、富余行程及開(kāi)閉時(shí)間已作記

錄,并投運(yùn)正常;

13中間再熱機(jī)組旁路系統(tǒng)的調(diào)整試驗(yàn);

14抽真空試驗(yàn);

15低壓缸噴水試驗(yàn);

16發(fā)電機(jī)氫氣冷卻系統(tǒng)、繞組冷卻水系統(tǒng)的沖洗與調(diào)整。
