signtotheDesignerforallthedesignworksconductedbytheDesignerngtheperformanceofthecontractiftheEmployerrequirminateorcancelthecontractbeforetheDesignerstartsthededthedesignworktheEmployershtheactualworkloadalreadydoncbytheDesignerWhenthoactworkloadofthedesignislessthanhalfoftheworkatthestagethelmershallpiyhcilfofthepaymentforthedesignworkatthestageWhenoadofthedesignismorethanhalfoftheworkatthestagetheEmployershallpayallthepaymentforthedesignworkatthestage.須按合同規(guī)定支付定金，收到定金作為設(shè)計開工的交付文件的時間順延。9.1.4TheEmployershouldpaydownpaymentasprovidedbythecontrafdownpaynientwillbethesymbolforthecommencementoftignworkbytheDesignerTheDesignershallhavetherighttoputofmentdateofthedesignworkifithasnotreceivedthedownpaymentandthetimefordeliveryshalIbeextendedaccordingly.擔(dān)，且設(shè)計人提交設(shè)計文件的時間順延。逾期超過30天以上時，設(shè)計工作，并書面通知發(fā)包人。發(fā)包人的上級或設(shè)計審批部門對設(shè)計文件不審ployershouldpaychargesfordesigntotheDesignerattmountanddatcprovidedinthisContractForeachdayofoverduepaymentooftheoverduepaymentshalbepaidasdamagesforoverduepaymentandthetimefordsignershalIbeextendedaccordinglthedelciyofpaymenthasexceededdciystheDesignershcillhavpendtheperformanceoftheworkatthenextstageandgivetotheEmployerIncasethehigherauthorityorcompetetmcntofdesignapprovalwouldnotapprovethedesigndocumcntsortheengineeringconstructionofthiscontractissuspendedorstoppedtheEmp1oyershou1dpaythepayab1echargesfordesign.
