英美書信的不同寫法

1.英式的書信格式是縮行式或混合式,而美式則是絕對齊頭式或改良齊頭。(縮行式:封內(nèi)地址和其需要分行的地方的后一行,都比前一行縮進(jìn)二格或三格;信的正文,每一段的開始一行都縮進(jìn)若干格(一般與稱呼末一字母取齊)。

2.稱呼用法,英式一般用DearSirs,后用逗號。美式則用Gentlemen:后用冒號。

3.結(jié)尾語的用法,英式和美式的習(xí)慣各不相同,在美式中Sincerelyyours,只限用于商業(yè)書信。英式則不然,商業(yè)書信或親友間來往書信中都可用。

4.日期寫法也不相同,英式是按日—月—年的順序。美式則按月—日—年的順序。

5.信封寫法的不同點(diǎn):發(fā)信人的姓名、地址,英式寫在左下角,美式寫在左上角。航空信的空郵字樣“AIRMAIL”“VIAAIRMAIL,”“BYAIRMAIL,”英式印在信封的左上角,美式則印在貼郵票的下方。

外銷員資格考試采取全國統(tǒng)一命題、統(tǒng)一考試時間和統(tǒng)一閱卷的方式進(jìn)行,是絕密級的考試??荚嚳颇坑型赓Q(mào)綜合業(yè)務(wù)和外貿(mào)外語兩科。其中外貿(mào)綜合業(yè)務(wù)包括《中國對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易理論與政策》、《國際貿(mào)易》、《國際貿(mào)易實(shí)務(wù)》、《國際金融》、《國際經(jīng)濟(jì)法》、《國際營銷學(xué)》和《國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作》七門;外貿(mào)外語由英語、日語、俄語三個語種任選其一。外貿(mào)外語分筆試和口試。從2000年開始,統(tǒng)一口語考試時間、統(tǒng)一口語考試命題。按照規(guī)定,報考當(dāng)年度外銷員資格考試的考生,單科通過成績可以保留兩年,外貿(mào)綜合業(yè)務(wù)、外貿(mào)外語筆試和口試成績均合格者,方可頒發(fā)資格證書。
