SamPleS(樣品)oftheirbloodandfattissue.

Then,ontwoseparatemorningvisitstothescientists9lab,eachmanwalkedforanhouratan

averagespeedthat,intheory,shouldallowhisbodytorelymainlyonfatforfuel.Beforeoneof

theseworkouts,themenskippedbreakfast,meaningthattheyexercisedonacompletelyempty

stomachafteralongovernightfast(禁食).Ontheotheroccasion,theyatearichmorningmealabout

regulationandinsulin(胰島素)levelsthroughoutthebodyandsoareassociatedwithimproved

metabolichealth.Thesegenesweremuchmoreactivewhenthemenhadfastedbeforeexercisethan
