交易咨詢tas顧問、高級顧問grantthornton致同(北京)稅務(wù)師事務(wù)所有限責(zé)任公司上海分所,grantthornton,致同主要工作內(nèi)容和職責(zé):

1、管理和執(zhí)行財務(wù)盡職調(diào)查項目的現(xiàn)場工作;

2、在并購交易工作中,其他服務(wù)線團(tuán)隊合作;

3、實施財務(wù)盡職調(diào)查項目,客戶涉及多個行業(yè)的境內(nèi)和境外客戶;

4、使用財務(wù)模型進(jìn)行財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析與預(yù)測;

5、滿足客戶要求,撰寫項目報告書;

要求:

1、本科以上學(xué)歷;

2、會計、財務(wù)管理、審計、金融等財經(jīng)類專業(yè)背景;

3、具有2年以上并購交易顧問、投資銀行或四大會計師事務(wù)所審計相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;

4、具有團(tuán)隊合作精神;

5、具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和寫作能力;

6、擁有跨境交易經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;

7、愿意就項目需要短期出差

2)foranalyst,1-2yearsworkingoradvisoryexperiences;forassistantmanager,atleast2-3yearsexperienceinprofessionalservicesadvisoryorbankingrelatedindustry.experiencesinareaofaudit,riskmanagement,internalcontrolinrelationtothebankingsectorispreferred

3)goodunderstandingonnpltransaction,corporaterecoveryorrestructuringexperienceisaplus

4)haveindepthknowledgeandunderstandingofthecurrentkeyeconomicandfinancialissuesandbusinessrisksinchina
