職責(zé)描述：

崗位職責(zé)：maintainandimprovetheprocessofmassproductiontomeetquality，productionefficiency，safety，costanddeliverytarget.

1、managetheproductflowchart負(fù)責(zé)公司工藝制程，解決工藝異常，改善和提升工藝，提高效率和質(zhì)量；

2、managethedpuonprocess提升產(chǎn)品制程能力，工藝流程維護(hù)、優(yōu)化及改進(jìn)，不斷提升制程直通率；

3、firefightingonlineintime及時(shí)解決制程異常，改善對(duì)策并追蹤關(guān)閉，推動(dòng)工藝改善；

4、makesuretheprocessisworkableandeffective，massproductioncanrunsmoothly確保制程工藝是可行和有效的，批量生產(chǎn)可以順利進(jìn)行；

5、processimprovementtoimprovethequality，efficiencyanddrivecostreduction改進(jìn)工藝，提高質(zhì)量，提高效率，降低成本；

6、processdefinition，improvementandfailureanalysisforproductwhichintroducefromnpitomp從npi到mp的產(chǎn)品過(guò)程定義、改進(jìn)及失效分析

7、handletrouble-shootingofdailyproductionprocessproblemontimeanddowntimereduction，optimizeandimproveproductionprocesstoimproveefficiency獨(dú)擋一面解決日常生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題，及時(shí)減少停機(jī)時(shí)間，優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，提高生產(chǎn)效率

崗位職責(zé)職位要求條件：

1、本科以上學(xué)歷，理工類專業(yè)，bachelordegree;

2、8年以上電子制造工藝工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先），熟悉pcba、smt制程工藝流程；atleast8yearsworkexperienceinmanufacturingprocess-engineeringfield，familiarwithpcba/smtprocess;

3、精通組裝、插件工藝，能獨(dú)立解決生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的工藝異常工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)strongprocessengineeringcapability，goodunderstandingofassemble，mi，massproductioncanrunsmoothly;

4、熟悉spc，doe，fmea，cpk等工具，熟悉電子元器件相關(guān)知識(shí)，具有電源類產(chǎn)品工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；familiarwithspc，doe，fmea，cpk，andgoodelectroniccomponent-relatedknowledge，powerworkexperienceispreferred

5、良好的組織溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，具有靈活應(yīng)變能力，解決能力導(dǎo)向；goodorganizationalcommunicationandcoordinationskills，flexibleadaptabilityandabilitytosolveproblems;
