業(yè)務(wù)分析員崗位職責(zé)
1.參與售前工作,為客戶提供業(yè)務(wù)咨詢以及需求引導(dǎo);
2.收集客戶需求并主導(dǎo)需求分析過程;
3.參與設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用方案;
4.提供最佳實(shí)踐指引,并指導(dǎo)客戶使用bi應(yīng)用;
5.協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用程序測試規(guī)則并進(jìn)行測試。

1.較強(qiáng)的語言表達(dá)能力和書面表達(dá)能力及靈敏的反應(yīng);
2.一定的專業(yè)知識;

職位描述:
主要/核心職責(zé)
1.與業(yè)務(wù)部門密切合作,深入了解所負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的商業(yè)環(huán)境、關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)、運(yùn)營模式及流程、信息技術(shù)解決方案如何支持業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作等;
2.跟進(jìn)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域信息技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)方案、工具等的發(fā)展,參與潛在解決方案契合度及商業(yè)價(jià)值的評估;
3.負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)變更及項(xiàng)目交付過程中的需求收集和澄清,進(jìn)行影響分析并參與商業(yè)論證過程;
4.與架構(gòu)團(tuán)隊(duì),開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)同工作,將業(yè)務(wù)需求轉(zhuǎn)為為明確的系統(tǒng)方案并與業(yè)務(wù)部門達(dá)成共識;負(fù)責(zé)或者支持項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理擬定整體交付策略、工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)及交付基線;
5.在交付過程中與開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)密切協(xié)作,實(shí)施質(zhì)量保證;在測試階段為測試團(tuán)隊(duì)提供必要的支持與指導(dǎo),確保方案交付質(zhì)量;
6.協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴,運(yùn)維團(tuán)隊(duì)對所交付方案的服務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行評估,更新相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)/系統(tǒng)知識庫,收集業(yè)務(wù)反饋并驅(qū)動持續(xù)改進(jìn)過程;
任職要求:
1.在信息技術(shù)或科學(xué)/工程相關(guān)領(lǐng)域獲得大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷;
2.至少3年的業(yè)務(wù)分析及系統(tǒng)分析實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.良好的項(xiàng)目管理及溝通意識,敏捷交付相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
4.有金融服務(wù)行業(yè),前端銷售/客戶關(guān)系管理/流程管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
5.流利的英語和漢語交流;
