應(yīng)用文寫(xiě)作非信件類

通知

通知是上級(jí)對(duì)下級(jí)，組織對(duì)成員等部署工作，宣傳事情或召開(kāi)會(huì)議等使用的應(yīng)用文，分

為口頭通知和書(shū)面通知。通知通常包括三部分：1.通知的具體事項(xiàng)內(nèi)容；2.事件的時(shí)間地

點(diǎn)及通知對(duì)象；3.注意事項(xiàng)

口頭通知所使用的語(yǔ)言具有明顯口語(yǔ)特征，通俗易懂，其發(fā)通知的單位和日期都可以不

寫(xiě)。

書(shū)面通知是正式的布告或公告，要求語(yǔ)言規(guī)范，簡(jiǎn)潔。

格式：標(biāo)題為Notice或NOTICE；正文；正文右下方為發(fā)出通知的單位或個(gè)人
