SJ-H_1型高效緩凝劑性能研究
Abstract
High-efficiencyretardersareusedextensivelyinconcreteproductiontoslowdownthesettingprocess.TheSJ-H_1retarderisatypeofhigh-efficiencyretarderthatincreasestheworkingtimeofconcretewithoutsignificantlyincreasingthewater-cementratio.ThispaperreviewsthecurrentstateofresearchonSJ-H_1retardersandexplorestheirproperties,applicationmethods,andeffectsonconcrete.WealsoexaminethechallengesandopportunitiesforfutureresearchonSJ-H_1retarders.
Introduction
Concretesettingisacomplexprocessthatisinfluencedbyavarietyoffactors,includingtemperature,humidity,mixingtime,aggregatecharacteristics,andcementcomposition.Retarderscanbeusedtoslowdownthesettingprocessandincreasetheworkabilityofconcrete.Commonretardersincludelignosulfonates,gluconates,andcarboxylicacids.Theseretardersworkbyadsorbingontothesurfaceofcementparticles,slowingdowntherateofcementhydration.
